First I would like to start with the facts. 1. We booked…read morethis tour months ago but unfortunately had to reschedule to a later date. (due to Covid19) This was not an issue for anyone attending the tour and the company got all $2800 paid for in full. 2. Yes $2800. We had 28 people in our group, It required two buses that were at their max capacity. 3. I would give a HUGE ZERO if I could. The buses arrived at the pick up location 25 minutes early and expected us (all 28) to load up. Not all 28 people were even there yet. The male driver already seemed annoyed at this point. We ended up pulling out at the agreed on time. When trying to leave the 2nd winery we couldn't. The drivers HAD LEFT and weren't there to pick us up. We waited outside in the sun outside for 30 minutes before they even got back. But that unfortunately is not why I am writing this review As we were loading the bus to go home the male driver said that would be charging us for a cleaning fee ($300) because someone spilt something on the floorboard. Pretty steep for a small spill that could be wiped up with a Clorox wipe but she agreed to pay it she sat down. Comments started to be exchanged about the steep fee and how the day had been complete chaos up until this point. The man began to get pretty heated and slammed the door. When he opened the door to his seat he said "who the f**k spilt something in my seat." Nobody had spilled something on his seat. Upon looking at the "spill" it appeared to be sweat from Him. He continued to cuss and yell and eventually told us to "get off his bus." We all piled off and the other bus also unloaded. Now it is important to note the other driver said we didn't do anything wrong and that she didn't agree with how he was handling things. He told her he was in charge and that he would make the call. She became quiet after that. They ultimately left us there to find our own rides. The male driver was rude and didn't speak unless spoken to the entire day. A beautiful day with amazing company was RUINED by this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

If you are planning a trip to Fredericksburg, booking with Reserve Tours is an absolute must. From…read morestart to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, and--most importantly--incredibly fun. The process began with Gary, the owner, who made the initial planning stages a breeze. Communication was top-notch; he was professional and prompt. We especially appreciated Gary's recommendations and local insight regarding which tasting rooms to visit. His suggestions for where to grab a delicious lunch were spot on and truly elevated our entire itinerary. It's rare to find a business owner so hands-on and committed to ensuring your day is perfectly curated. Our driver, Steve, truly made the day. He strikes the perfect balance of being professional yet completely relaxed, which set the exact right tone for our outing. Steve's flexibility was a standout feature of the tour--he was happy to go with the flow and never made us feel rushed. The party bus itself was fantastic. Even with our large group, the vehicle was incredibly spacious and comfortable, allowing us to move between stops in style without ever feeling crowded. It provided the perfect atmosphere to keep the energy high between tastings. Between Gary's expert planning and Steve's laid-back, accommodating nature behind the wheel, Reserve Tours exceeded all our expectations. If you want a stress-free day exploring the best of the Hill Country without checking your watch every five minutes, look no further. We will definitely be booking with Gary and Steve again on our next visit!

The entire process--from booking to drop-off--was smooth, professional, and thoughtful. Because I travel with a service animal, Reserve Tours went out of their way to accommodate us with one of their smaller, private vehicles--a Lincoln Navigator--which made the day even more comfortable and enjoyable. Our driver, Ian, was outstanding. He selected fantastic wineries, shared great local history, and made the experience feel curated and personal. He handled all our check-ins and made sure we were well taken care of at every stop. Highly recommend Reserve Tours for anyone looking for a seamless, elevated Fredericksburg wine experience. The attention to detail, customer care, and quality of service were top-notch.

When we went, it was in the middle of the day on a Monday so they did seem a little shortstaffed. However, the woman working was extremely nice and was able to guide us through our tasting very well. The wines were- in our subjective opinion- a bit hit or miss. Some of the wines were good, some were bland. If you enjoy full bodied wines stick with their vintage and pay for the upgrade wine tasting experience. Or I would even recommend just buying a bottle/ glass of their Tempranillo.

Their is plenty of space to bring your dogs and they have card games you can enjoy while you relax with a glass of wine. The staff is very nice and attentive. They have 2 different tasting options so we tried one of each. Both were good. There was one wine on each list we weren't a fan of, but overall were pleased with the selections. Our favorites were the Sammie's Sparkling and 2018 and 2020 Good Guy. The charcuterie board is a great deal with an assortment of cheeses and dried fruit. A great accompinament with a glass of wine. We will definitely be coming back!
