The views are absolutely stunning and trick your mind into thinking you are in Italy. The wine is amazing, balanced, and full of flavor. There were no bad wines like you may experience in other winery tastings. They also provide little bites of an elevated caprese salad during your tasting. All of it is from Texas and so fresh! They do provide information for a membership but are not pushy at all. I highly recommend this tasting/tour and we will definitely be back!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but it didn't take long to realize that not only is Dale a great tour guide, he's also a very personable and knowledgable man who makes you feel like an old friend. The points of interest were superb and the last stop we made provided one of the best meals I've had in my life and most likely the best ribeye ever. The day lasted longer than expected, but it was a wonderful day and ended up being just perfect. We are planning to use his rental venue for a retreat in the coming months and looking forward to it. (due to Covid19) This was not an issue for anyone attending the tour and the company got all $2800 paid for in full. 2. Yes $2800. We had 28 people in our group, It required two buses that were at their max capacity. 3. I would give a HUGE ZERO if I could. The buses arrived at the pick up location 25 minutes early and expected us (all 28) to load up. Not all 28 people were even there yet. The male driver already seemed annoyed at this point. We ended up pulling out at the agreed on time. When trying to leave the 2nd winery we couldn't. The drivers HAD LEFT and weren't there to pick us up. We waited outside in the sun outside for 30 minutes before they even got back. But that unfortunately is not why I am writing this review As we were loading the bus to go home the male driver said that would be charging us for a cleaning fee ($300) because someone spilt something on the floorboard. Pretty steep for a small spill that could be wiped up with a Clorox wipe but she agreed to pay it she sat down. Comments started to be exchanged about the steep fee and how the day had been complete chaos up until this point. The man began to get pretty heated and slammed the door. When he opened the door to his seat he said "who the f**k spilt something in my seat." Nobody had spilled something on his seat. Upon looking at the "spill" it appeared to be sweat from Him. He continued to cuss and yell and eventually told us to "get off his bus." We all piled off and the other bus also unloaded. Now it is important to note the other driver said we didn't do anything wrong and that she didn't agree with how he was handling things. He told her he was in charge and that he would make the call. She became quiet after that. They ultimately left us there to find our own rides. The male driver was rude and didn't speak unless spoken to the entire day. A beautiful day with amazing company was RUINED by this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

The healthy portion of Burrata cheese, the acidity in the balsamic glaze and tomatoes creates a seamless match with the Sangiovese, enhancing the wine's red fruit characteristics without washing out the palate. For this trip, I also tasted the 2023 Meritage, a dark, complex blend anchored by Texas grown grapes including Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon balanced with Cabernet Franc. Offers layered aromas of cassis, graphite, baking spices and grounded by structured, firm tannins. My previous review included the feedback that prices were incredibly high. Now, the prices of everything else has caught up. Good job Team Perissos. The hospitality of the staff is why we moved to Texas in the 80s. I'm well traveled and I can tell you, Texas hospitality is beyond compare.

Hands down the best paella we have ever had! That's another review though! LOL The Horne family that owns and runs 7 Creeks are great folks. Always stopping by to visit (when they can, it stays pretty busy on weekend days), and they're all willing to talk about how they make the wine, wine and food pairing, etc. They offer some food items, e.g., charcuterie board, Fat Boy Cheese and crackers (if you haven't had Fat Boy cheese, you gotta get you some of that-- delicious!). And, they welcome you bringing your own food. It's a good place for families, usually quite a few there, plenty of room for kids to run around and exhaust themselves! :-) 7 Creeks usually has live music on Saturdays, and often has special menus cooked and offered by Jerry Horne, he is a fantastic cook... gumbo, street tacos, etc. Well worth your time to stop by the winery in Burnet, TX. He was super responsive and able to get us in on the upcoming Saturday. The bus itself is really nice, great sound system. Rick and Erica texted us before we arrived to ask if we wanted an array of coffee from the coffee bar on board and we were greeted with our orders. We also had so many snacks and drinks available. One of the greatest things is that this isn't a preselected tour and you can go where you please during the allotted time. They even dropped us in town for dinner at the end of our time. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend using this service in Fredericksburg. Thanks for making our girls trip amazing!

He picked us up from our Airbnb and drove us 45 mins out and back, while we blasted some rachet songs to sing haha. He would check in on us during the winery to see if we needed anything or have any questions, and he would offer to help us take multiple pictures. He also got one of the wineries to allow us to explore their cellars! On our last day in Austin, he drove by our airbnb to pick up someone else and honked at us as we waited for our uber. Bob was our driver and his great demeanor added to our great day. He knew the area and many of the locations as he used to be the head football coach at Dripping Springs High School. He made sure to be at our beck and call! Comfortable Mercedes bus was more than enough for our group of 6. We'll call again when we come down next time.
