Her crew came out and did a perimeter spray and treated the baseboards inside with stuff that's safe for pets, which was a huge relief. The treatment worked perfectly. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat--after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free--I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. Turns out the previous inspector hadn't done the job correctly, so the supervisor stepped in, handled everything, and reinspected the entire property. Since then, we've been rat-free. Pacific Coast's pricing is fair, and they do make things right when something slips through. One thing I'd love for them to update: the payment process. They're still mailing paper invoices where you write down your credit card number or send a check--or you call and read your card number over the phone. It's 2025. Please give customers an online payment option. Overall, we'll continue using them. They're solid--and they stand behind their work.
