When I called i specified at receptionist what's included in 120$ per hours she said everything?, but in practice they will bill you 60$ travel time. When i tried to talk to manager about price and brand difference for installed faucet she attacked me was very rude with inappropriate behavior to the customer. for 30 min real job time cost me - $556 for 2.5 hours 300! plus expensive faucet 256 $ - just for a simple installation kitchen faucet. Reasonable, isn't? Hell no. You can see in attached photo the real Delta product that was installed and MOEN Brush NICK brand in my bill - do not match in real life. Right now, I have this cheapest faucet, no promised warranty for this job / because woman manager screamed to me that I have never ever called again and never ever used this company for the future. We are so grateful that we decided to keep WWS on our list of recommended vendors. WWS is a family-owned and family-run service. They take great care of their customers. We have had normal routine service handled by them with the utmost care. We have had emergency, crazy work handled by them with care that goes beyond utmost. Recently our water stopped working. Damon & Aaron came out late on a Friday. I am sure they were looking forward to getting home. After about an hour at the house, they diagnosed the problem and found a temporary solution. We were crossing our fingers that it would be a fix. What is great, though, is they took their time to explain everything to us Friday night even though their homes were anxiously awaiting their return. The water worked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Monday, late Monday, the water shut down again. We knew we needed to replace our electrical line from the house to the well pump. It is close to 600' of line. Our call was to Benfield Electric to do the work. We also called Well Water Services, left a message about the issue. Damon came out late Monday night to conduct a couple of tests on the panel to ensure it was the right decision. At the end, within 2 days we had Benfield fixing the issue and putting in a new line. A review for them will follow. We highly recommend Damon, Aaron and the entire WWS crew and family.
