Incredible tasting cute little shop. Excellent service. Great wines. Cheese shop with wonderful selection and liquor too

Great wine and better service! The folks leading our wine tasting were awesome! Gave us a couple extra sips and let us taste everything! The wines are moderately priced per bottle but its super cheap ($12) to try all the wines. They have a deli that does a charcuterie plate for $25 and it is delicious. You get to pick your meats and cheese and there are too many great options! The outdoor seating is beautiful and shady. Tons of seating and all in all a great time. Its quite and peaceful outside where you can eat your charcuterie and drink your wine!

We did the wine tasting here and it was great! We did the dry tasting and sweet tasting so the man helping us told us to do all the drys first and then move onto all the sweets. It was nice that they also had oyster crackers to clean your palette in between and chocolate for some of the wines. The man helping us was very informative. They also have a deli inside that you can go and eat at after. They also allow you to drink the wine you just bought there. We got the charcuterie board basket where they let you pick a cheese, meat, apple, and crackers for two! That was awesome as I have never been to a winery that let me customize my charcuterie. Location is also awesome as it is in walking distance to other wineries. We ended up going home with a bottle of the raspberry sweet wine!

The are taking Covid precautions and wearing masks which is appreciated. Knowledge tasting and you select 6 to try. They provide oyster crackers between tastes and dark chocolate for the sweet fruit wine. The patio area is beautiful with flowers all around and tables not crowded together. We enjoyed dejecting a cheese, sausage & cracker for a lunch with wine in the patio. A great way to spend an hour our two relaxing.

Must stop here if you're doing a Hermann Winery Tour! Great place, lots of seating, can do self tours of the barrel room and a shop in place! Very friendly staff. Semi-affordable wine but in line with other Missouri wine.

Nice wine tasting they offer a mix of Missouri wine and California wine which is a refreshing change from all the wineries. Prices seemed a tad more expensive for the bottles then the other wineries we have had. The two ladies who helped us very nice and very informative they gave us a little history about all the wineries in the area.

Such a cute little winery shop. We went late in the day and had the best service from the two women working the deli and tasting counters. They went out of their way to make sure we knew what was available, when the kitchen was closing, etc. They even had grape juice and chocolate chips for the kids to "taste". So helpful even through the last minute they were open, and helping multiple groups get what they needed before the shop closed up, too. I loved that we were able to sit in the courtyard after close and enjoy the wine. Fantastic place.

We went back to this winery twice during our weekend and had a lovely time during both. We first went in for a wine tasting. The lady who did our tasting was great, with lots of attention and conversation. We went back on Monday when most things in the town were shut for the day. We got a picnic that included bread, sausage, cheese and an apple. You can buy wine by the glass. The dining room was warm and inviting! We spend a few hours there playing games, talking with other guests and the lovely worker who was a fellow chiefs fan! She even brought us more wine! I loved this winery and would love to go back again one day!

There is also a restaurant and a building for live music or festivals. They also offer free cellar tours, and you can sign up in advance. This winery can get crowded. There are lots of picnic tables outside where you can sip your wine with a nice view of the vineyard. There is now a sign for no outside food, which is disappointing since we have food allergies. The tastings cost $15 and include a stemless wine glass. Service was excellent. The wine was good but not great. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

There are plenty of great things to do in Hermann, Missouri, but no visit feels complete without…read morespending some time at Stone Hill Winery. In my opinion, it's hands down the best winery in the region, and what makes it special goes well beyond the wine. The experience starts with a tasting, and Stone Hill does it right. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, the tastings are top notch, and the wines speak for themselves. Their sparkling wines, Norton, and Chardonel are among my absolute favorites. The grounds are beautiful, with incredible photo opportunities around every corner. And if you're lucky enough to visit during an event, the live music is some of the best you'll find in Hermann. But one of my favorite experiences at Stone Hill takes you beneath the winery. The guided tours of the historic cellars are truly something special. There's so much history in those underground passages, and the guides are experts at bringing it all to life. It's an experience unlike anything else in the area. The nearby museum is another must-see and adds even more appreciation for the history behind this remarkable place. And then there's dinner. A visit to Stone Hill simply isn't complete without a meal at Vintage 1847 Restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is phenomenal, and the steak is easily my favorite in Hermann. It's the perfect way to end a day of exploring. In fact, I've pretty much figured out my perfect Hermann itinerary. Start with a wine tasting, spend some time exploring the museum, take a guided tour through those incredible cellars, and finish the evening with an unforgettable dinner at Vintage 1847. Throw in some live music and a few great photos along the way, and it doesn't get much better than that. Hermann is full of wonderful experiences, and you could easily spend days discovering everything the town has to offer. But if there's one place I would tell absolutely everyone to visit, it's Stone Hill Winery. There are plenty of reasons to visit Hermann. Stone Hill is one of the biggest reasons to keep coming back.

On this visit, we tried the Strawberry Rita slushy (it was too sweet for my taste but sweet wine/slushy drinkers would love it). We also did tasting flights inside their tasting room. It costs $10 per tasting flight- you can pick either a dry or sweet flight. Each flight also includes a stemless glass. It's a good deal. My partner and I tried both flights (we usually drink dry wine, but enjoyed both flights). They have absolutely delicious wine. We were very impressed and came home with several bottles. The servers were very friendly. There is a ton of outdoor seating, including under a covered patio. Lots of picnic tables and friendly cats around to greet you. The wine tasting was 6 sweets and semi sweets. Very good time was had. Food was served here and I ordered chicken shredded nachos which was delicious and meaty. My friends ordered flat breads which in my opinion both tasted like cheese bread and lacked flavoring. Seating was available, live band played to groove too. Souvenir shop and wine slushes. No complaints, I really enjoyed it here. Kudus to friendly staff and a clean property.
