Worst customer service I've ever experienced. As a travel agent I've been to many Hermes locations and never have I been treated to dismissive. Miwa starts off "store closes soon what do you want" and doesn't engage in conversation. Never offered water. Either needs serious re training or fired. I've shopped in Hermes boutiques all over the world and this has to be the worst for customer service. While Waikiki and Ala Moana often leave something to be desired, I've never felt so used and abused as I have at the Bellevue store. My SA did not show up for an appointment, I waited nearly two years for a bag that was NOT an icon bag (and in the end told them to keep it), sandals never arrived, the floor manager is dismissive, they won't honor prices given from one week to the next, I could go on and on. I'll spare you the details of a specific experience, just take my word for it that it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Just go to Gucci and Bottega from now on. I'm never buying anything from Hermes again. It's a rip-off. read more

In Seattle I tried to have order sent to me. I was asked by Elizabeth if I ever came in their store. I hadn't. She then said she couldn't send watch band to me. I wrote Hermes and they contacted Elizabeth, now she could send it. Two times I talked to her and each time, she hung up without saying goodbye. A horrible experience, since watch was not cheap. The service here has been great my SA is always very attentive to my needs and I will always recommend shopping here, the men's section doesn't turn over as quickly as I would like however the female scarfs are constantly updated. On the hunt for Kelly or Birkins? Forget about it you have to build a solid relationship first before you will be offered a bag here. Terrible customer service. I bought a bag and some shoes in Paris while I was on a trip this fall that I love. We had a great experience there. I was looking forward to coming in here and potentially picking up a year-end gift for myself. The moment we walked in, the impression they made was poor. Awful customer service. Didn't like the customer service in Bellevue, and preferred shopping online instead of in store.

Where to begin. I have done some shopping at this store since it opened. The service has never been stellar, but I assumed they were following their French colleagues who also deliver subpar service. I needed to exchange soap I was given to soap I preferred. Same price. Same size. The only difference was fragrance. They refused. It was all in the original packaging with a receipt. They refused. They said it was because it had been several months since it was purchased. I do not live on the East Side and The Bravern has always been a pain to shop in. And I could understand their argument had it been about the scarves. They are time sensitive. But soap? That probably is already a year old? I love Hermès and shop at the Duty Free locations in Hawaii frequently. This location was just... odd. I bought Oran sandals from SA Suzie but she was texting most of the time on her phone or became pushy about getting my hermes battery replaced ($60 for Hermes service and the watch would be gone 3 months....??? But I had it easily replaced within 5 mins at a local jewelry store instead...) I didn't have a good experience with Suzie but perhaps the other SAs are much better. I must admit, I find a lot of the luxury brands to be anything but luxury - they seem to be more about branding and high price points than quality and service. Not so at Hermès. My experiences here have been top of the line, each time. On my recent visit, I was looking for a special birthday gift for my daughter, and I was short on time. I arrived with no appointment (I didn't realize they were needed because of COVID limitations) and ten minutes before the store closed, due to a misunderstanding on my part. Oops. I called the number on the window and spoke with a sales associate, who was helpfully trying to find an appointment time within the next couple of days, but when she realized I was right outside, and that I knew what I was looking for, squeezed me in right before the store closed. Even with the short time allowed, she didn't make me feel rushed. I asked about scarves, told her the colors I thought my daughter would like, and she gave me options until we found the right one. She took the time to gift wrap it perfectly and make the whole experience a full-service, attentive one. The store is exquisite, and large - two beautifully appointed floors of perfectly displayed, superbly made items. I adore the scarves, which are displayed like the works of art that they are. The quality is second to none - I have had a couple of them for more than 30 years and they look as vibrant as ever, and the one I bought for my daughter was equally lovely with the same exceptional craftsmanship. Yes, you pay for all this, but it is so worth it for a lifetime of enjoyment - or for me, the radiant look of joy on a young lady's face when she opens that gorgeous orange Hermès box. read more

I shopped for around 6 months~ spend over 26k~ and never got any quota bag offered even tho I clearly love the brand and have been and Hermès client in Mexico City for years before I move to the US. Unfortunately at the same time it seems that they have no stock and they don't really seem to care unless you are a client that probably spends triple of that? I would suggest going to California or Las Vegas instead where they always have stock and have been incredibly nice to me even now with a brand new account. Walked in today with my girlfriend to buy her a bag for our anniversary gift. Came in and they had only one bag stocked in store. The bag they had was on display and was ugly as hell. Decided to skip this place and went to Chanel. They need to keep better stock and have better customer service. Don't waste ur time calling in person to ask what bag they have. It seems there are others in the reviews with the same sentiment on Miwa. First off, have some class, you're an ultra luxury brand that should treat existing and future clients with respect. All I have to say is, I received no respect and was treated like I was the scum of the earth. I explained to Miwa that I was interested in 3 specific handbags, and I'd like to create a wishlist like I did in NYC for the Seattle store as this is where I live. She not only laughed in my face, but she proceeded to threaten me that I from now on will purchase ALL HERMES items from her and no one else, then she will, "consider," making a wishlist for me, as it was too early to do so yesterday. She then said for the bags I want it would be 20-30 years, and even it were to happen in the next 3-5, I'd probably go through life changes, like, "having a baby.." and my priorities would change. (Um.. what?) Miwa then told me that for people like ME, I have a better chance of getting what I want in Europe as they are more likely to give to tourists. Thankfully I go to Europe every year, but please don't classify me as a type of person, when you don't know anything about me. She THEN, double down and I asked her, so you're saying I have to buy a bunch of things I don't want or need just to get a bag.. and she responded, don't you go on social media, don't you know of the rumors? I have tried twice to go into this Hermes and both times I was refused entry, (not sure why) EVEN though I was ready to buy a belt I had been looking at for months. When my wife and I were greeted at the door we were told we need an appointment however I ran into another person at the Trophy in the same mall and asked her if she needed an appointment to go in and she said she did not. I did end up going to Gucci and buying a belt that was my second choice. I am disappointed since I do come to the Bravern and shop frequently. I came in just to wander around with zero intent to buy. Hermes is out of my price range, but I love the style of the items they sell here and wanted to look at them. They now have the Hermes Apple watch, which is pretty interesting. At $1,500, the face is 1.5" and there are three faces to choose from No interaction with sales staff so no opinion on that. The store has a beautiful layout and reminds me of The Forum Shops at Caesar's in Vegas. I wandered down here as a pedestrian which is what I would recommend or use the valet service out in the front of the shops. There is no street parking and the garage is around the block. Their customer services was suck on February 16th. I went the store at the Bravern to get a belt and Zipengo GM case for my good friend's birthday; costed 3k. Shuyuan ( cashier # 118538) was helping me out. However, her attitude didn't happy to help. I felt really uncomfortable. I think Hermes needs to consider your staff's attitude. I was greeted right away when I entered the beautiful shop. This was my very first time there, and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Jane was fantastic; very knowledgable on the history of Hermes. I was originally only going to purchase a twilly or two, but ended up buying a tie as well. The tie was a special order and will be sent to my home (so convenient!). We were offered water and sparkling water. The tour of the shop was very fun and I now have even more respect and appreciation for the brand. While I was checking out, another associate validated my parking pass and Jane tied the twillys to my bag. She did a much better job than I ever could (mine always unravel and slide off). Every time I visit Hermes, Laura greets me as a friend and not as a just a customer, even though I don't visit often, nor am I a big spender. She remembers small personal details that I have given her and always makes it a point to follow up on them, even if it is irrelevant to shopping. I know she is listening to me, and not pretending. Laura is always willing to go hunting for products that I have found online either on the US or French sites, and makes it a point to ask how best it can be delivered to me rather than assume. She always responds quickly to my texts, and always is gracious and happy to try and find the product anywhere she can. She even keeps trying when a product is out of stock including a pillow that was out of stock for months, until she finally was able to obtain one. She always keeps me updated on what she has found. Laura also gives great advice (without ever hard selling), even when it might differ from what I was thinking. Recently I had her order a scarf in red, which looked beautiful on the website. When I went to pick it up at the store, she showed me the scarf I ordered, but also showed it to me in orange, which turned out to be much better for my coloring. In the end, I trusted her advice, and I love the scarf. I have never had a bad or snooty experience with Laura - she truly treats me as if I am a friend - she is a rare example of outstanding service in an industry where great service is becoming difficult to find. read more

This location has restored my faith in customer service. I have picked up an online order here and the salesperson was extremely kind and showered me with samples and catalogues. This past time, Rommel greeted my husband and I and helped with a few small purchases. He spent extra care and attention in showing us the story behind some of the designs. To elaborate on my experience, and why I visited the store: I made an appt for 3pm and was told this was a 30min appt. I arrived and checked in by a friendly greeter. I was told to sit down and my sa would come to help. I waited until 3:25 and walked up to the counter to ask (over-heard she's the manager) if I can see someone else who's available. I noticed customers walking in and greeted by their sa right away or wait only couple minutes and helped out. Also saw several sa who seemed free without any customers. She was very rude, looked at me like I'm dirt, so annoyed by me asking that one question. My sa was very apologetic and I was already in a very bad mood bc of the manager. I felt really bad for her after I left... I didn't complain or say anything rude but I could've been nicer to the sa... I think she was running late bc she's so nice she couldn't cut the appt prior to mine shorter bc those customers were asking alot of questions. I've never been into designer bags. My husband recently started buying me a designer handbag every year and he will going forward. This year, he got me a $10k chanel bag. I thought if he's spending $10k on a bag, I might as well check out Hermes what all the hype is about. I'm never going to get a Hermes bag, I think the their sales tactic is a disgrace. Typically I expect a bit of snootiness when shopping couture lines, but the customer service and down to earth humility I experienced at the Bellevue Hermès was delightfully refreshing. I went in recently to have extra holes made in my belt and watch band. The woman that helped me said the belt would be no problem, however the watch band could be tricky. She consulted with the on-site leather worker and determined that the tool they would use to create a hole in the watch band may be too risky to use, and would not provide a "perfect" look. She immediately suggested they send the band out to be worked on by an expert, and repeatedly told me they did not want to settle for anything less than perfection with their pieces. She assured me this would be shipped back and forth as a priority, and would be free of charge. I was thrilled to know that my watch was being taken care of in such a thoughtful yet perfectionist way. My band was returned to me within the week, fit perfectly and the alteration was flawless. I was so thrilled that I ended up purchasing a bracelet that day too. I am so happy with the service and treatment, and will continue to give them my business! read more
