Some companies did not return calls, but The Covered Window did. James the owner returned our call, an appointment was set up. We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Interiors By Thomas including lighting and removal of the…read morepopcorn ceiling throughout the house. The whole experience from quote to completion was outstanding. Their quote may have been a little higher than others we received however they did everything, where as others would not. Communication was done via e-mail so everything was in writing and could be referred back to. It was so nice to hand them our keys this spring and come back this fall to a new kitchen and ceilings. We had a few phone conversations throughout the remodel and they provided photos of their progress. Upon our return we found a very clean house (popcorn removal is a messy job) and just a couple of very minor details which were promptly addressed. We delayed having cabinet pulls and a light installed so we could match them to the finished kitchen. We were so glad we did as this gave us an opportunity to meet a couple of the nice guys that had done much of the work. We were able to see first hand how carefully they prepped and covered the work area to protect things and skillfully worked on putting the finishing touches to our beautiful new kitchen. We took a chance by not being here to keep tabs on the work but felt comfortable after reading previous reviews and after meeting Thomas and his crew. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This gave us a large utility room with a closet, sink and storage. We also moved a wall, giving us a larger dinning room and a separate TV room, replaced a glass sliding door with a single French Door. They also replaced the tile and carpet with Luxury Vinyl Flooring, installed ceiling fans and can lights. All doors and casings were replaced and painted along with the whole interior of the home. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to our emails and phone calls. We really appreciated Lindsey's suggestions when picking out countertops and stain for the laundry room cabinets. Per our contract timeline all the work was done in the time frame presented to us. The work crews always informed us on what they would be working on each day. They were presentable, friendly and polite. You could tell they took pride in the work they were doing. Our experience from start to finish was what we expected. If you're considering a remodel, big or small I would recommend Interiors by Thomas. You will not be disappointed!

Bill the owner convinced us to buy his sink instead of store bought. That's when problems began shortly after, I got real sick and needed a kidney transplant so our concerns at that time weren't on the problem with the guest bathroom sink ! There was a mysterious ring near the drain. I was blessed and got a transplant after 6 years. The first year you stay pretty busy with hospital visits but we didn't worry about sink because we felt Tintas would be able to fix the issue!! We where mistaken they sent Colton out to see the issue, the ring was rough and had no porcelain but instead of helping they did the old wasn't us we didn't blah blah blah use CLR or you can pay us 1000 dollars and we'll get you a new sink and vanity. That's was what they charge us the first time how about that, such a deal. Don't you think if yoonly had to use CLR why would they not just clean it ? So beware make sure to check what warranty they offer on their work. Don't make the mistake we did . Ric Surprise AZ

I had an absolutely awful experience after having Colin Grant come to my residence to give me a…read morequote, and it was so beyond disgusting and unprofessional that I cannot go without leaving a review so that hopefully this never happens to any innocent person requesting a quote for their home ever again. I requested a quote for shutters installed for the whole house. Colin Grant came at 11:30 am to give us an estimate, and showed us the samples after sitting down at my dining room table. When he got up to measure our windows, I noticed that the fabric seat of my dining room chair was soaking wet after he got up, and I quietly informed my wife. I wasn't sure why he had soaked the chair or how, but I digress. He continued, measuring two windows before asking if he may use the restroom. He went to our guest bathroom and came out about 15 minutes later and said thank you, and continued measuring. Nothing was too abnormal at this point. He gave us our estimate, we thanked him and he left. He also pushed the chair back into the table before leaving. We noticed this, and in hindsight it is clear he was trying to hide how he had soaked our dining room chair. Later, when my wife went to the guest bathroom, she finally saw the worst of what he had done. We don't know if he had an accident, or what his excuse may be, but what's most disgusting is his lack of acknowledgement of what he had done to our bathroom. The bathroom had feces all over the toilet cover, toilet seat, on the walls, on the floor, and on the surface and sides of the toilet paper roll to the point where we had to throw it away. You cannot make this disgusting scenario up. We could tell he had attempted to hide this, smearing the poop and staining everything even more. Colin Grant left his fecal matter all over my guest bathroom and completely ignored it, acting as if nothing had happened when he left the restroom. A simple "I'm sorry, I had an accident" or "I didn't mean to make this mess, what cleaning supplies do you have for me to clean it up" would've been better than what he did. Complete radio silence. My wife spent hours angrily cleaning our now disgusting bathroom of the mess he made. We have both tried calling him separately to demand an apology and retribution for the cleaning required for this disgusting mess. He did not answer all day. My sister in law called him later in the day and he did answer, only for him to hang up on my wife when she angrily told him about how disturbing this situation was and how nasty he is for coming into what he said was a "beautiful home" (his words) only to paint our bathroom with his poop. We do not care what the circumstances of this accident was; it is disgusting that he would not acknowledge his mistake and own up to the mess he made under our hospitality. We demand acknowledgement of this situation and we warn you to never request a quote from this company, especially not from Colin Grant, until this is resolved and this company takes care of the lack of accountability present in its employees.
