He gave me his honest opinion about what will work based on his experience and also what he has tried in his own home. -When Harun came out (he wore a mask), he was spot on with his recommendations and provided me with 4 great options. I later received an email quote from Brandon in the office for all 4 and was advised that sample fabrics were being sent through the mail. -I opted for the Hunter Douglas Vertiglides for the doors. - Be advised that due to Covid, the Hunter Douglas factory is operating with a reduced staff so the treatments were delivered a little after the 5-6 week timeframe. Harun was great with calling to keep me updated. -The installer, Kirk, was professional, prompt and friendly. The doors look beautiful! So sad since the company had been around for a long time with a proven record and a lifetime warranty! We only found this out after a louver broke off of the shutter panel. When I called the number for Weaver Shutters, I discovered that it was no longer in service. Needless to say, I was devastated. I went to their website to see if they had a new phone number listed, and this is where I saw the permanent closure notice. On that website it stated that AZ Shutters N' Blinds was taking over the servicing of their lifetime warranty, and I very much appreciated that Weaver went to the trouble to find someone to service their clients. I was thrilled to still have a source for repairs, but wondered just how much it would cost me after just having spent thousands on the shutters to begin with. All this worry was quickly resolved because Rose answered the phone and was one of the most professional, courteous professionals with whom I have ever dealt. She went above and beyond to help me get my shutter repaired since we work the same hours they are open during the week. When I asked about the cost, she stated that she would only need to charge me if someone came out to the house. If I delivered it, then no charge! Wow! The repair was perfect and looks flawless. The pricing I received was the best price on the market, with some of the other competitors coming in at a much higher price for their product. The follow up scheduling for measurement appointment went very well, and two weeks later my shutters were ready for installation. The install team was very professional and as a first time shutter owner, they gave me all the information I needed for safety and maintenance for the product. But this is what impressed me the most as the one shutter for the patio door failed the quality inspection at the factory and was rescheduled for another day. That alone told me about the professionalism of the company and how they paid attention to detail for their products. Once everything was completed, Mr. Brule personally took the time to follow with me the next day to make sure that I was satisfied with the product. They were professional, courteous, and communicative. Both the estimate and installation appointments were right on time. Weaver called me this morning to confirm my install and to ask if they could come early. Of course I said yes (living in a fishbowl hasn't been fun). The shutters are wonderful quality and my husband and I both can't wait to finally have some privacy in our new build home. Custom shutters aren't cheap but it's easy to justify the expense when you receive the service and quality that Weaver Shutters gave to me. They originally quoted me 4-5 weeks but the shutters were done in 2.5 and installed in 3. That was a really welcome surprise! They're also custom made in Weaver's factory in downtown Phoenix so you can feel good about shopping local (and in the USA).

I am a…read moremillennial who grew up with my grandmother's heavy drapery and I had never really explored modern options, so I am eternally grateful to the expert consultant who came out to speak to me about this window. He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone!
