I had my shutters installed by Weaver this morning and they are gorgeous! From the moment I sent an inquiry email until the instal technician left my house, I was impressed. They were professional, courteous, and communicative. Both the estimate and installation appointments were right on time. Weaver called me this morning to confirm my install and to ask if they could come early. Of course I said yes (living in a fishbowl hasn't been fun). The shutters are wonderful quality and my husband and I both can't wait to finally have some privacy in our new build home. Custom shutters aren't cheap but it's easy to justify the expense when you receive the service and quality that Weaver Shutters gave to me. They originally quoted me 4-5 weeks but the shutters were done in 2.5 and installed in 3. That was a really welcome surprise! Shutters come with lifetime warranty but beware because after 3 years our shutters developed flaws. When they arrived to look at the man was extremely rude. When I asked him a question, I was ignored and he started speaking Spanish to his associate. They tried painting over the defective areas. He refused to look at the remaining shutters that developed the same defect. I asked how long it would take to make new shutters he responded with, "I already told you" and then walked out. Called to speak with management and of course got answer machine and no return call. They are very difficult to get a hold of. As with any company things are bound to happen. Their sales people were always prompt and responded to every question; unfortunately, when it comes to "warranty" they are less than responsiveness. I have tried calling, and I have tried emails (who refer to calling) to get this fixed through the warranty period. I was hoping the fact they were an Arizona company, small business, that they would respond, but sadly appears this is something I will have to live with. 6-months in they started to crack and splinter on the top shutter. Beautiful shutters and incredible service. We had our shutters installed at the end of 2006. I recently called to inquire about getting new magnet latches. With the Arizona sun the plastic eventually breaks down. It is easy to fix. This is the second time since 2006 that I called requesting replacements that are included in their limited lifetime warranty. When I called I spoke with Carlos and he let me know that they were currently out of stock but expected to receive them soon. I asked when I should follow up and he said by Monday. Turns out they came in Friday and he was in the area today and delivered them (wearing a mask and keeping social distance). Hired this company because of great word of mouth from Home Depot consultant team. The came out and took all the measurements very professional. But install is where it all went wrong. The measurements were wrong and shutters didn't fit right. Paint job was poor like they did t dry long enough. I've been waiting three months with emails, calls and still no repairs made. They won't return my calls or emails no matter who I speak with. Do yourself a favor and hire another company as I figure out how to recoup my losses. read more

I was told that I would be called in a matter of days to schedule an appointment for installation. I never received a call, so I attempted to call the company, Weaver's Shutters, over the span of a month and a half, several times, and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. The shutter tightening assemblies inside the shutters do not last very long. We were excited to have shutters installed four or more years ago based on a relative's success with a competing company. Hers never need adjustment! The shutters are always at a tension that keeps them from getting too loose or too tight. Unable to identify the manufacturer on those shutters, we decided to buy from Weaver because of their lifetime warranty. Within about a year, we have had loose, floppy shutters on almost every window, or sometimes they get too tight through normal use and won't close. About a week ago, a Weaver technician adjusted them for us, replacing many of the adjustment assemblies and tightening most of the other shutters. However, just about a week later, we have shutters that are too loose or too tight again! Their customer service is hit or miss, too, mostly because they don't have a presence in Tucson. They have mailed me replacement parts without too much hassle, but when calling them on the phone, there is rarely someone in their office. I must call them several times before someone will pick up the phone or return a call. read more

However, when we needed service recently, we called and left a message and no one returned our call. We have since called them many times and no one answers. This company has great customer service!!!! We ordered shutters through Home Depot. They set us up with Weaver to come out and measure our windows to get the shutters we needed. After close to 4 weeks (they told us 4-6 weeks, so it was sooner than promised) they came to install our shutters. Unfortunately they were made the wrong size. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed since we had a party the following weekend. They told us they would do everything they could to get them done by then (that was only 1 week). Well, they did get them done and the beautiful shutters were installed on Friday before our party. They are now completely finished and I couldn't be more happy with how they look. I have been doing business with Weaver Quality Shutters for over 25 years. First, I had the shutters in my home installed over the years as my budget would allow. All four visits for installation went perfectly, matching my wall paint exactly. Installers were on time, work area was maintained meticulously and the work itself is exceptional. Had a louver repaired a few years back, another excellent job. Recently I had a new sliding door installed. Shutters had to come off and then at reinstall time, the door handled dictated a slightly deeper frame. Randy, Israel, and Juan were fantastic! This is my first review on Yelp. They do not have enough stars for Weaver Quality Shutters! this company is a ten star! We had Brent come out last year for the estimate after we went to Home Depot. He was right on time , did a great job, we moved forward and placed the order. The shutters were complete on time and installed perfectly. Now comes the good part. It's been seven or eight months since we had them installed and we decided to replaced the flooring in the house. Well in tile guys removed the tile under the center support for the two sliding glass door shutters and had them blowing in the wind. After the new tile was set I called Randy in the installation and repair department to see how soon a technician could come out to reattach the center support to the new tile. He said how about in two hours. We are all the way in Lake Havasu City and he had two installers come out and fixed the problem in minutes. FANASTIC! Thank you sooo much Weaver Quality Shutters!
