Terrible quality and communication - they used to be a fantastic company and I used them on two other homes but on this last home, I think the ownership changed and I believe they're now out of business read more

Weaver installed our shutters. They're absolutely beautiful and have been terrific for many many years. I've been calling because I need to remove the shutters to replace my windows and have them rehung. I've left 2 to 3 messages and today another one. No one is answering the phone or returning my phone calls. Can anyone tell me if the company is still in business and recommend someone who might be able to do this for me? Ty! read more

Excellent company, professional, caring, and kind employees, excellent workmanship, excellent product, excellent customer service! One of the best of companies we have dealt with for any household need. 10 Star if that rating was available! Highly recommend! read more

My cousin recommend them to us and I will say best decision ever for our shutters! Israel came out to measure and give pricing and was the nicest and gave us the best deal !! I was so worried since I heard shutters are so pricey but they gave me a great and fair price! They were able to install them just in time for us to move I to our new home. Jim really worked to get them installed when we needed. One sadly broke In transit but they made sure to get it replaced and did another small window we needed too! The installers have been doing this work for a long time and it was so quick and efficient ! Loving my new shutters! read more

I had my shutters installed by Weaver this morning and they are gorgeous! From the moment I sent an inquiry email until the instal technician left my house, I was impressed. They were professional, courteous, and communicative. Both the estimate and installation appointments were right on time. Weaver called me this morning to confirm my install and to ask if they could come early. Of course I said yes (living in a fishbowl hasn't been fun). The shutters are wonderful quality and my husband and I both can't wait to finally have some privacy in our new build home. Custom shutters aren't cheap but it's easy to justify the expense when you receive the service and quality that Weaver Shutters gave to me. They originally quoted me 4-5 weeks but the shutters were done in 2.5 and installed in 3. That was a really welcome surprise! They're also custom made in Weaver's factory in downtown Phoenix so you can feel good about shopping local (and in the USA). read more

I'm really impressed with the shittersI had Weaver Shutters install white plantation style shutters in a condominium. I could not be happier with the quality and customer service. They are so gorgeous and completely transformed the place, especially the living room. The shutters cover an Arcadia (sliding glass) door, and 3 bedroom windows. . The measurements are perfect, the actual material used to make the shutters is top quality so they feel substantial, and they were always on time for appointments. Last but not least, the pricing was excellent. I will use them for my own house when we remodel. read more

We had our shutters installed this morning from Weaver and they are absolutely beautiful! The entire process was so streamlined and easy. I called to get an appointment for a quote and they were able to schedule the appointment within two days. We ordered the shutters at the time of the measure and they were installed three weeks later. The quality of the shutters is exceptional and their pricing was much lower than other quotes we received. Thank you Weaver for great service and quality and for installing the shutters on the promised date! read more

Updated review: it took MUCH longer than it should have to get a response ... but Weaver did eventually come through for me. When I finally got a callback, the tech was at my place with 2 weeks, and performed all sorts of minor maintenance on the magnets and latches (all plastic goes to Arizona to die in the sun). I told them up front that I was NOT the original purchaser of the shutters. They still didn't charge me a penny. Now THAT's what I call "warranty service ... PLUS". read more

As with any company things are bound to happen. Their sales people were always prompt and responded to every question; unfortunately, when it comes to "warranty" they are less than responsiveness. I have tried calling, and I have tried emails (who refer to calling) to get this fixed through the warranty period. I was hoping the fact they were an Arizona company, small business, that they would respond, but sadly appears this is something I will have to live with. 6-months in they started to crack and splinter on the top shutter. How much effort should a customer have to put into getting Weaver Non-Quality Shutters fixed? Shutters come with lifetime warranty but beware because after 3 years our shutters developed flaws. When they arrived to look at the man was extremely rude. When I asked him a question, I was ignored and he started speaking Spanish to his associate. They tried painting over the defective areas. He refused to look at the remaining shutters that developed the same defect. I asked how long it would take to make new shutters he responded with, "I already told you" and then walked out. Called to speak with management and of course got answer machine and no return call. They are very difficult to get a hold of. Absolutely disgusted with the repairman and his disrespect in my home. read more

Pricing was adequate and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality with a 7 day wait from measuring to installation. We highly recommend Weaver Shutters. read more

We are so pleased with our new shutters! We've used Weaver in two different homes and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting quality shutters. This is a local company that gives you a great product at a reasonable price. An added bonus is the quick turn around time from order to installation. We ordered shutters for 17 windows which were completed and installed in two weeks! read more

We have used Weaver to install plantation shutters through most of our home. It is a pleasure to deal with a contractor that has fair prices, keeps appointments, and returns calls. Most of my experiences with other contractors have been negative. They send knowledgeable staff to measure and quote at your home. Because they are busy, deliveries can push out a few weeks, but they let you know that up front. Weaver provides a quality product, delivered on time, properly and quickly installed. Will use them again. read more

Beautiful shutters and incredible service. We had our shutters installed at the end of 2006. I recently called to inquire about getting new magnet latches. With the Arizona sun the plastic eventually breaks down. It is easy to fix. This is the second time since 2006 that I called requesting replacements that are included in their limited lifetime warranty. When I called I spoke with Carlos and he let me know that they were currently out of stock but expected to receive them soon. I asked when I should follow up and he said by Monday. Turns out they came in Friday and he was in the area today and delivered them (wearing a mask and keeping social distance). We have loved our shutters and really appreciate that even after all this time Weaver Quality Shutters has honored their commitments. read more

We used them in our home and they still look like new after 7 years. We originally thought we would put shutters on three windows but loved them so much we decided to put them on a couple more windows and finally added them to nearly every window in our home. Weaver Quality Shutters has outstanding customer service! Brent, the estimator, is always punctual and courteous. We were updated as to when we could expect our shutters to arrive. The installers were on time as well and kept everything neat and cleaned up as they went from window to window. I highly recommend this locally-owned company! read more

Hired this company because of great word of mouth from Home Depot consultant team. The came out and took all the measurements very professional. But install is where it all went wrong. The measurements were wrong and shutters didn't fit right. Paint job was poor like they did t dry long enough. I've been waiting three months with emails, calls and still no repairs made. They won't return my calls or emails no matter who I speak with. Do yourself a favor and hire another company as I figure out how to recoup my losses. read more

22 years ago, they installed shutters in every window in our 4200 sq ft house. Today, we are getting ready to sell and called them to do a couple minor repairs. They were here, on time, and took care of it. No questions asked after 22 years. We plan on using them in our next house. read more

Shutters were installed in our home when it was built in '06 (before we bought the home). We decided to have shutters installed on 2 large sliding doors to match the others and they did a beautiful job with both the shutters and matching the paint! We also needed a few repairs on the older shutters, which they did easily and did not charge us even though they were installed 15 years ago. Highly recommend! read more

So I went through Home Depot to have them come out and measure my windows and choose which shutters to install at my house and the guy had me pay in full, up front. I was told that I would be called in a matter of days to schedule an appointment for installation. I never received a call, so I attempted to call the company, Weaver's Shutters, over the span of a month and a half, several times, and was unsuccessful in reaching anyone. I was always sent to voicemail. I left several voicemails and now a week later I'm having to dispute the charge that I paid with my bank. Oh, and they're wayyyy over priced too. read more

The shutter tightening assemblies inside the shutters do not last very long. We were excited to have shutters installed four or more years ago based on a relative's success with a competing company. Hers never need adjustment! The shutters are always at a tension that keeps them from getting too loose or too tight. Unable to identify the manufacturer on those shutters, we decided to buy from Weaver because of their lifetime warranty. Within about a year, we have had loose, floppy shutters on almost every window, or sometimes they get too tight through normal use and won't close. About a week ago, a Weaver technician adjusted them for us, replacing many of the adjustment assemblies and tightening most of the other shutters. However, just about a week later, we have shutters that are too loose or too tight again! Their customer service is hit or miss, too, mostly because they don't have a presence in Tucson. They have mailed me replacement parts without too much hassle, but when calling them on the phone, there is rarely someone in their office. I must call them several times before someone will pick up the phone or return a call. read more

This company used to be very good with their products and service, and we have purchased our shutters from them for the past 10 years for both of our homes. However, when we needed service recently, we called and left a message and no one returned our call. We have since called them many times and no one answers. Not sure if they are out of business or just don't give a damn anymore. We can't contact any one from this company to repair one of our shutters. Also, we noticed that this last order of shutters, which was the same as previously ordered, was not the same quality. They seem to be cutting corners somewhere. I would be leery of using them now. Too bad, because they used to be very good. read more

This company has great customer service!!!! We ordered shutters through Home Depot. They set us up with Weaver to come out and measure our windows to get the shutters we needed. After close to 4 weeks (they told us 4-6 weeks, so it was sooner than promised) they came to install our shutters. Unfortunately they were made the wrong size. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed since we had a party the following weekend. They told us they would do everything they could to get them done by then (that was only 1 week). Well, they did get them done and the beautiful shutters were installed on Friday before our party. They are now completely finished and I couldn't be more happy with how they look. When we do the other windows we will use Weaver again for sure. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install shutters. Thank you Weaver Quality Shutters!! read more

I have been doing business with Weaver Quality Shutters for over 25 years. First, I had the shutters in my home installed over the years as my budget would allow. All four visits for installation went perfectly, matching my wall paint exactly. Installers were on time, work area was maintained meticulously and the work itself is exceptional. Had a louver repaired a few years back, another excellent job. Recently I had a new sliding door installed. Shutters had to come off and then at reinstall time, the door handled dictated a slightly deeper frame. Randy, Israel, and Juan were fantastic! Each person's contribution was on the money technically and all three are personable and so kind. I recommend Weaver highly. Thanks guys for a job well done! read more

Superb service and shutters. Very efficient installation. Plantation shutters fit beautifully. Very happy.

Ordered through Weaver after our initial shutter company failed to deliver and eventually went out of business. They gave us a fair price based on other quotes we received and they delivered ahead of schedule. The installers were professional and quick. Really appreciate the end result. read more

I can't thank Weaver Quality Shutters enough. They promised to install them by a certain date and they did what they said they would do. This is my first review on Yelp. They do not have enough stars for Weaver Quality Shutters! this company is a ten star! We had Brent come out last year for the estimate after we went to Home Depot. He was right on time , did a great job, we moved forward and placed the order. The shutters were complete on time and installed perfectly. Now comes the good part. It's been seven or eight months since we had them installed and we decided to replaced the flooring in the house. Well in tile guys removed the tile under the center support for the two sliding glass door shutters and had them blowing in the wind. After the new tile was set I called Randy in the installation and repair department to see how soon a technician could come out to reattach the center support to the new tile. He said how about in two hours. We are all the way in Lake Havasu City and he had two installers come out and fixed the problem in minutes. FANASTIC! Thank you sooo much Weaver Quality Shutters!
