I met with Carlos, who helped me decide what kind of blinds/shades I wanted for my living/dining rooms, as well as the kitchen window. He gave me pros/cons of each, and tons of options. It was so helpful! Gabriel dealt with our installation and did a great job. Everything works great and we are happy with our finished project! We will definitely be in touch when we decide to update the rest of our window treatments :)

Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. I hired them on the strength of the reviews here so I am contributing one though I usually review elsewhere. The project was completed on time and budget, five windows total. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. Thanks to Carlos and the crew for a good job.

Greg, the owner, came out with his wife for the initial consultation, walked us through the different options, and helped us pick colors and styles that matched each room without ever making us feel pressured. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for motorized blinds, and the turnaround was excellent. Our blinds arrived in about two weeks, and installation couldn't have gone smoother. Greg was in and out in less than an hour, everything worked perfectly before he left, and there wasn't a single thing to clean up afterward. My toddler loves pressing the up and down button on her new blinds and loves the fact that she can see out the windows and watch our squirrels in the backyard now! It's always nice to support a small owner-operated business that takes pride in their work, and Coyote Blind Company definitely fits that description. The entire process was professional, efficient, and exactly as promised. I'd 100% recommend Greg and his team if you're looking for quality window coverings in the Phoenix area.

He spoke to me about the space expectations for heavy drapery, as well as the maintenance requirements, and we quickly pivoted to other options. When he brought up the idea of a pull-down shade, I balked hard; my visions of those types of shades was outdated. We ended up choosing exactly what he suggested and I AM ECSTATIC! It took about four weeks to come in, the installer showed up right on time, and this is a blackout shade that looks so elegant and modern - I am thrilled. It rolls smoothly, and as it rolls down it seamlessly glides over the sliding glass door handle. I was envisioning something more clunky, something that protruded but this lays flat and truly blocks the light. The pricing was also very fair and competitive; they came in at far less than the Shade Store. I would go back to them for any window treatment needs, and recommend them to everyone!

Poor Workmanship & Lack of Follow Through I cannot recommend…read morethis company based on my experience. I hired this contractor to repair blinds, install new window screens, and provide solar screens for my home. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was disappointing. Many of the window screens do not fit properly, and the solar screens are bent and do not fit the windows correctly. In addition, where two solar screens should have been installed, he instead provided one oversized screen. The screen is difficult to handle, twists and bends easily, and is extremely difficult to store without risking further damage. A professional in this business should understand the importance of proper sizing and appropriate installation. Even more disappointing has been the lack of follow-through. I have called multiple times to address these problems, but my calls have gone unanswered. I expect a contractor to take pride in their work, stand behind the services they provide, and respond when a customer raises legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on the poor workmanship and lack of communication, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it to others.
