I met with Carlos, who helped me decide what kind of blinds/shades I wanted for my living/dining rooms, as well as the kitchen window. He gave me pros/cons of each, and tons of options. It was so helpful! Gabriel dealt with our installation and did a great job. Everything works great and we are happy with our finished project! Blind brothers quoted the most reasonable solution for our sliding door. Everyone else wanted to go too fancy. I hired them on the strength of the reviews here so I am contributing one though I usually review elsewhere. The project was completed on time and budget, five windows total. The rolling shade in one room had a minor imperfection and Blind Brothers ordered a replacement before I ever saw the installation. They came back and replaced it at no charge. Thanks to Carlos and the crew for a good job.

He measured all of the windows and came back with the most competitive quote that we received. Plus, he is super friendly and definitely knows what he is doing. His wood shutters are custom made locally and of the best quality. That said, the shutters did take about 8 weeks to be completed, but they were worth the wait! We also had them install some wood blinds on our side rooms and a cool shade on our front door that is mostly glass and very exposed. Those came our perfectly as well! I love the front door shade (I was hesitant about it at first). Now to shutter install day - the team arrived right on schedule and the shutters look AMAZING! I am obsessed. We have an older ranch home that has been remodeled but some of the window frames are funky (Wider at the top than the bottom, etc.), and they cut them perfectly to fit - you'd never know! I hired this contractor to repair blinds, install new window screens, and provide solar screens for my home. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was disappointing. Many of the window screens do not fit properly, and the solar screens are bent and do not fit the windows correctly. In addition, where two solar screens should have been installed, he instead provided one oversized screen. The screen is difficult to handle, twists and bends easily, and is extremely difficult to store without risking further damage. A professional in this business should understand the importance of proper sizing and appropriate installation. Even more disappointing has been the lack of follow-through. I have called multiple times to address these problems, but my calls have gone unanswered. I expect a contractor to take pride in their work, stand behind the services they provide, and respond when a customer raises legitimate concerns. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on the poor workmanship and lack of communication, I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it to others.
