It started off a little funky. Was greeted by a man and explained I wanted a pedicure. He had me sign in and while I was doing that a woman came up to me and told me to wash my hands and pick a color. I found that odd so I asked repeated I wanted a pedicure. She looked super annoyed but told me to go get in a chair. The guy who did my toes was amazing. He offered me a sheet explaining the different "levels" of pedicures they offered and I chose "P1". It was $39. For that price I was supposed to get a standard pedicure with aroma oils. A custom exfoliating scrub on my feet and legs. A hot rock massage and a hot towel wrap. Great price! He was very thorough and I was pleased with my results. Very relaxing. I wish I had been asked what components I wanted in my exfoliating scrub. I think that would have been a fun touch. They have numerous options on the wall, but it was a nice scrub that he mixed that smelled amazing so it was ok overall that he picked. Here's where it gets funky again. When I went to pay it was magically $53. I asked why and got an explanation I didn't quite understand. Not wanting to argue I just paid and tipped. I assume it was due to wanting gel polish. Overall, not a bad experience. I'll likely give them a try again. read more

When I get a pedi I always get Gel, so I don't have to worry about the dry time or messing them up. May 14, 2024 I went to get my Gel Pedi, then after went to the gym. Once I got home, I notice the Gel was coming off and it was still wet. So no worries, no bid deal. So on May 15, 2024 I went back to get it fix, then head to the gym. Once again got home and my Gel was still wet and coming off. So at this point I am annoyed, don't go to Heritage to spend the extra $15 for Gel, because it will just come off. The pictures shows the gel coming off and how uneven the polish is. read more

Been coming here off and on since it opened. Never been SUPER impressed. No one here can do anything besides a simple (and I mean simple) acrylic overlay and gel polish. Don't come in here expecting to show a picture and walk away happy. Always inconsistent work, long wait times for pedicures even with appointment (one time I was waiting for over 45 minutes in the chair and left) One time I called to make an appointment, girl on the phone said they were free now. So I drove over from across town, as I pulled in I get a random call and the girl tells me "um are you coming? Someone came in and now it will be a wait" excuse me? That's why I called to make an appointment.. Everyone here is oddly skilled.. like picking a video game character. Nina.. I believe with short hair and glasses is the WORST. Never have I had a coffin set that I didn't have to refile because it was crooked or looked like an almond. She cuts you w the file, insults your nail choices, and she's always in a hurry..if getting a pedi as well, she'll have you put your feet in her lap and file your gel in front of everyone else getting manicures.. one of the men that does nails doesn't do them properly.. anytime I get a gem or decal it comes off by the next day, is crooked, and off center. Used to tolerate this place because of the location, however I was told today for the first time, that they're all of the sudden charging extra $10 for length..which is normal... for GOOD salons. I'm not paying $80 again for a bullshit set when there are too many salons/individual artists that will give me a bomb shape, gems, and SO much more for the same price. UPDATE 12/8 Returned to give the place another chance at an acrylic set, originally was going for pedi and to soak these gold nails off, and get a gel manicure. However, Nina (same tech as before) convinced me to get a rebase and stated nails were still in good shape. I found it a bit odd that she looked close at my previous gold set she did and asked if I got my nails done there... as if 1. There was something wrong with them. Or 2. She read the review and was being shady. The new nails themselves were not awful. The moon crescent isn't as pronounced as I would like it to be, and although the tips are well shaped, the top part is still a bit lopsided. On top of this, you can obviously see the pieces of lifted acrylics that were broken off on the previous set on the left hand. I'll be returning for pedicures and I'll maybe try some basic manicures (bc of location near my home), however after another attempt I don't think I'll be returning for a full acrylic set. Too many small businesses with amazing techs that do solid, beautiful work for a fair price. read more

I heard this place was good and available for walk-in. I walked right in, the started the most affordable pedi I've had since the 90's. They started taking off my gel while still in the pedi chair which I appreciate because I was on break. They did exactly what I asked, were pleasant and never pushy. They also didn't charge for gel removal. read more

The guys aren't the friendliest but the girls are sweet and do a great job. Been getting my pedicures and eyebrows done here for years.

Love my pedicure and nail color! I was house/dog-sitting in the area and was in desperate need of a pedi. So desperate, that I came back a second day (the first day was on a Monday and it was packed - good for them! I had to leave but knew I'd have more time the next day). Hai was my nail tech and he was chill and friendly, and I was also thankful that he (and the establishment in general) was fine with me having a dog on my lap. I like how they line the nail bath tub with a plastic cover. Seems more hygienic this way. Hai did a good job with taking care of my feet and toes, and I was thankful for the long foot massage. It was a clean environment, the massage chairs were decent, and the nail polish selection was so fun. I'm looking forward to upgrade to a Deluxe Pedi (herbal exfoliating scrub and massage with essential oil, hot stone, and lotion) next time! read more

I came in an hour before closing and they treated me like I came in 5min before. Literally was throwing my feet around and barley duncked my feet in the water and did my $40 pedi in less then 10min. I even said no on the manicure just because I saw how they were treating me and didn't want to aggravate them for simply just existing. Just requested a nail color change, and the girl was such in a rush she drilled my nail so thin it was raw even nail polish didn't cover it (in picture) She said it was because my nail are sensitive but never had a problem before and she did the same thing to the other hand. I love loved this place so much because it's very clean and have nice pedi add on.. but treating a long time customer like really hurt my feelings because It was that bad! and I'm sorry to say I will not be going back.. read more

horrible service. I waited ONE HOUR to get attended when i had an "appointment". Ladys are rude and will yell at you and pull your hands extremely hard for what. They dont use gloves which is EXTREMELY unhygienic especially if theyre using their natural nail to move your cuticle over. I called to get a quote on a set and i got there and confirmed if it was just that price with EVERYTHING i was doing and they continued to say yes but once it came to checkout they wanted to charge me more amd continued to pull prices out of their ass trying to rip me off when i called AND went in to confirm TWICE of what i was being charged for the services i wanted. So i decided to ask why it came to that price and the lady was yelling at me when i was being as calm and gentle with her and she kept cutting me off and called me stupid. Honestly wouldve been fine if i didnt get called stupid tbh but its sad that it got to that point when i was being nowhere near disrespectful to the lady. read more

I was charged a price nearly 30% more than the listed menu price for a simple polish painting of my already manicured finger nails and pedicured toe nails. When I pointed this out I was told the price was because they did a manicure and pedicure -- they did not. Again, I came in with my finger and toe nails prepared to be painted not needing any other services. Then I was told the price was more since I didn't have acrylic nails. Pointing to their own price list did not make a difference. Why have price lists if you do not follow them? I just paid and left. I certainly will not return and recommend others reconsider before trying this place. Even without this dishonest exchange, I wouldn't return to Heritage as my nail polish was done in a hurry and looks sloppy. The polish is thick and on my cuticles. Pass this place up and go somewhere else. Update: For what it's worth, my polish on my toes has not budged not chipped whatsoever. It's been 3 weeks so that's a plus. Maybe thick polish wasn't such a bad thing? read more

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! Even if this location is convenient to your location. The first time I went here I thought this place was AMAZING. I invited my best friend the second time and the service was great. However, three times was definitely NOT the charm. I legit do not know why these nail salons are allowed to get away with being so unprofessional and rude to paying customers. First, I was double-booked for a pedi and the other customer was given the preferred tech for her pedi. This was fine as pretty much anyone in the place should be able to do a pedi. My nail tech, Lam, was great last time so I made sure to stress that I wanted her to do my nails, regardless. I'm not sure if it was an off day for her but the experience at this place went downhill from the point I sat down at her station. I asked her if I needed a new set, she said no. She discovered within minutes I might need a new set as I had already asked her. She tried to lift my nails off with one of the new tips - she struggled and had zero technique. The pain is expected but she kept digging the new tip into the skin below my nail causing quite a bit of pain. She decided to have me soak my nails - no problem. But, she also decided to randomly take her lunch during that time - great, we all gotta' eat. By that point, I had been in the "salon" for almost two hours. She comes back and we continue with my rebase. I request the "cat eye" polish and she immediately asks if I wouldn't prefer a different palette of colors. That should have been my first clue that this was about to take a turn for the worse. Long story short, some of my nails are too thick due to Lam needing to reapply polish because she couldn't get the iron particles in the polish in the right position before the polish started to dry. The pattern is noticeably inconsistent on each nail. I've had this type of polish before (done at a different salon) and was very pleased with the uniform pattern on each nail. This was not the case this time. When she's done, Lam asks me if I like them - I take a look and tell her I am not too jazzed about them. She asks if I want her to redo it. By this point, I had been in the salon for THREE HOURS. It was inconvenient for me, the PAYING CUSTOMER, to have to commit more time in this "business". Lam knows I'm disappointed so says she will not charge me the $10 for the cat eye polish. I was already prepared to pay the full price but I agree. While I'm there trying to figure out her tip, she tells me that I don't need to tip her so I just sign my CC receipt. She then tells me next time I need to schedule with Mindy for both my pedi and nails. I tell her I just figured that was how they did their scheduling because each time I had a different person do my pedi vs. who did my nails. But I tell her I will do that next time and head on out. On the drive home, I keep looking at my nails and start noticing how some are thicker than others. I also start noticing how the shape of some have been messed up due to the multiple layers added. I am simply not happy; I call back about an hour later to ask if I can go ahead and schedule to have Lam redo my nail color. I was graced with the most rude and condescending woman on the phone - Tam. I explain the situation to Tam and immediately I get the snotty response - "you picked the color, right". She then starts talking down to me like I don't understand how nail polish works. ‍ She then states that I'll have to pay $23 to have the polish redone. She is incredibly rude, starts talking to someone in the background in Vietnamese, and hangs up the phone. I call back as I'm not sure if she meant to hang up but she answers and is immediately rude - the phone is then passed to someone else, who yells into the phone and hangs up. ‍ I simply don't understand how this place stays in business considering the reviews I've read on Yelp, Google, and Facebook. I definitely will NEVER give this place business again and I highly discourage anyone else bother with this place unless you want to be treated like you don't matter even though you are providing their income. read more

This is the second time I've gone here and the second time I've been disappointed. I went a second time just thinking maybe I had a bad experience the first time. But no, they are sloppy and rude. I went in to remove my dip polish and get regular polish after. The lady criticized my nails the whole time and commented on how "thin" they are. (I've never been told this). Then when she polished them, she kept saying "you should just get gel polish. Not this. It chips easy". She polished my nails horribly and when I asked her to fix one nail that she knicked herself she told me "that's just how your nails are". On top of all of this, she cut my actual finger with the nail clippers and stated "ooops". My point is, there are so many amazing nail salons. Don't go here and waste your time or money. read more

Wanted a pedicure and happened to be on the west side. I am pleasantly surprised by the service. I called and they quoted me a 15min wait but we got there earlier and they were ready for my partner and I. They have different levels of pedicures. We received the basic which was fairly inexpensive. They appeared to be cleaner than most salons. I liked that they had herbs to mix into the water for the upgraded pedicure. The staff was really nice and seemed that they enjoyed their work (a lot of time the moral seems low at salons (sadly))! They also had hundreds of different nail polishes to choose from--but I brought my own. Overall, the service wasn't luxurious, but it was well-done no frills work. Almost one week later and I am still happy with how my pedicure has stayed. read more

This place is close to my house so I think that's why I keep going. I only go for an eyebrow wax and it is always hit or miss. Mostly miss! Sometimes I get a lady who takes her time and trims my eyebrows and tweezes any hair the wax missed and other times I get someone who does a quick wax, no tweezing or trimming and I don't look much better! I also don't like that they don't take the time to take off the sticky wax that is left over. The last time I asked for the leftover hair to be tweezed and the lady had to adjust her glasses and still couldn't see the hair lol. I ended up finishing them at home. read more

I used to come to this place ALL the time and recommended it highly to many people. However, lately I've been highly disappointed in their service. I've gone in before, they told me it would be a 10min wait and to have a seat while choosing a color. After about 15 mins a worker came up to me and asked if I could come back tomorrow that they did not have time for my services today. This most recent time, I called and made an appointment, showed up and was taken back right away. My nail tech, rushed my new set, made comments on why i wanted my nails as short as I did and continued to file my nails very, very unevenly. She also cut me with her drill multiple times, and would just say "oh" every time it happened. While in the chair, another customer was getting a pedicure, and while trying to relax, her nail tech was on a phone call on her personal cellphone, chatting and laughing through the customers WHOLE service. I proceeded to see this other customer get taken back for her manicure service, while her tech was still on her phone, making phone calls, pausing multiple times to get up and do little errands around the salon. My personal nail tech, was super messy. She dropped the nail brush, picked it up and continued to use it without cleaning it properly. She would get acrylic on my fingers and just get the brush wet and go over my finger to attempt to clean it off. While waiting, a phone call came into the salon, a tech answered and stated they could not take anymore customers for the day, as they were all "busy", the call was put on speaker for everyone to hear. The client in the phone asked if even one person would be available in 30 mins as it was 1.5hrs before closing time, and they again told her "no, everyone is busy". The client on the phone asked about possible appointments for the next day, and the tech continued to tell her "everyone is busy, sorry". So saddened to leave a review as such, but this place has gone downhill! read more

Very safe services. Of course they're shut down now. They do an amazing job on my cuticles.

This is the WORST, HALF ASS,DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY, STATE BOARD RULE BREAKING, NON-COVID PANDEMIC RULE FOLLOWING SALON I have EVER been to! I was cut, my feet were thrown around, I wasn't asked if I was okay during the whole service, my tech was not focusing on me. He was more concerned with everything else in the salon. He was about to give me a French tip with my previous black polish on my nails still and then told me it was stained. He was not gentle whatsoever. People were not spaced out 6 ft apart. One of the workers was not wearing his mask over his nose. My tech dropped the cap to the acrylic drill and picked it back up and put it back on his machine without properly disinfecting in barbicide. I myself went to school and have a license in esthetics and I am barbicide certified. This salon follows no rules. He throws the card back down on the counter after my mom pays for both of our services. And after my service he didn't roll down my pants or offer to put my flip flops on for me but my mom who was sitting next to me, her tech did put her shoes on for her. Way better service compared to mine and we were less then 6 ft apart from each other. They didn't explain anything to us and we felt uncomfortable because another customer sitting across from us kept staring the whole time. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. I will be calling state board. They need to be shut down. And one more thing. Don't tell me you follow covid guidelines because you didn't tell my my temp or right it down for me so looking at the sign in sheet it seems like they just fill it out with 97.3 for everyone. How would anyone know if someone had a low temp or covid symptoms. I wasn't asked about it or asked to fill out any paperwork. I wouldn't be surprised is someone gets sick, catch's an infection, or worse catch's covid. read more
