When you make an appointment and then have to wait 15 minutes, an apology should be given and a accommodation at check out. Good place to get your nails done but poor service will never retain customers. The tech on the last row under the TV near the wall do provide good nail service and is very punctual. Very $$$ for the work. Went in for a fill (got my first set done elsewhere) and I was charged more for my regular pink gel polish fill than my initial application of French-tip acrylics. I will not be returning because why is the fill more than a regular application?? And no designs, also to add fuel to the flame, my nails were crooked. Words cannot express just how much I love it here! Not only did they manage to get me in at a last second scheduling, but they were so accommodating and so very sweet. You can definitely tell that they were beyond busy and the room was pretty packed though they were all still so kind and still managed to give me their full attention! Jenny, my nail tech, was absolutely wonderful! I had the most complicated nail design and despite her telling me that she wasn't sure if she'd be able to do it perfectly, she did a gorgeous job! 2 1/2 to 3 hours of work and honestly, she made the wait worth it with how the results came out! I like the way they do nails. But I was not happy that after my first appointment I couldn't set a second one. I called and called and ended up leaving a voice mail. They didn't even call me back they just scheduled me for an appointment on a Sunday with out getting my confirmation or speaking to me to confirm that worked for me. Then she said it was because I no showed. When I couldn't set up the appointment BEFORE that and their own staff set up the appointment with out calling me back. I like the place but their appointment app sucks and they are not good at answering or calling back. read more

(I wouldn't always expect that as they are a fantastic nail salon that may be varying in wait times) I got a design on my nails as pictured and white toes. I got the $42 pedicure and it was perfect! Not too long and not too short in length. My nails were done as I wanted and both services together only took about 2 hours, which is perfect since I don't necessarily want to be in a salon all day. I haven't even left the parking lot because I was charged almost $80 for a pedicure that on the menu was 54. I asked for only two acrylic nails, which she did one and then not the other. I had to ask her to add acrylic to the other nail she filed one my right toe crooked so crooked. I'm gonna probably have to go home and fix it. This is ridiculous like I am a licensed professional and they were beyond Like noncommunicative. The lady charged me way too much for the service provided means good massage a good pedicure, but the service the quality was just not there. One toe is a very thick white friendship. The other one is a very thin white friendship they don't look horrific, but they're definitely not an $80 set of nails. I could've done that at my house for myself. read more

My mother of 64 years loved this place. Went there several times because she loved the service and even tipped them. Owner did her nails even. She had been calling and texting them for 4 days now and her phone had gone to voicemail. I had called and got someone on the phone right away. It was Damon, the owner. His wife/gf had even met my mother. Turns out they had blocked her phone number. I went to make an appointment. Everything was free after 2pm he said. I made the appointment and gave him her information. All of a sudden, it was only open for next week. I had asked and he stated "they don't want to do her nails". This all happened today, 11/13/24. No return call, no text. I have this all on recording as well, though I may just post it to youtube since there is no audio upload here. I'll include a link when I do. I wouldn't go here, personally. Their nails looked awful to me, even if my mom loved them. Just know if they don't like you, you aren't a valued customer to them! Below are picture of the nails she had for three weeks before they started cracking and lifting. She had left many voicemails and really liked them. She's really hurt over this but what can you do with people that are running a business like this. She would come from Cedar Crest, the east mountains, just to go here. I never write reviews. The lady who worked on me did a good job but when I put my shoes on I accidentally touched two of my fingers. I had already paid and tipped well and I walked back to one of the two people who work there as it wasn't busy at all and I apologized and asked to have my two fingers corrected. Mind you, I got a very simple manicure and pedicure. Nothing complicated at all. Nothing that would take more than 3-5 min to correct if that and they were not busy AT ALL. The guy painted on top of the nail polish that came out. It looks horrible. The nail polish was sticking up and it made it look worse. I was like "it looks bad" and he said "it was fine". I left and now have to repaint those two fingers myself at home. I will NEVER be coming back here again. Absolutely a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else Message from the owner on Google: Hi Husna. First of all sorry about bad experience with us. From the picture, look likes the polish was not dry at all. We talked to the lady and she said she told you to sit and wait at least 15 minutes because you messed up the polish and she fixed already. So you actually messed up like 3 times before you walked out the door. You didnt even wait for 5 minutes. Are you sure you not touching your fingers again on the way home? If you would like us to fix it for you for free, call us at (505)503-1334. First lie: I sat for more than 15 min. I had a timer on my phone that vibrated when she told me to wait 15 min for that one finger. I didn't get up soon after my phone vibrated. I waited for a few more minutes just in case it was till wet. For your information. Second lie: I did not mess my nail polish three times. I came back and asked for you to fix my last two fingers after I waited the appropriate time to leave. I did ask the lady working on me to touch up one small ding I made while trying to dry my hands in an uncomfortable position. It happens to everyone. Get over it. It's not a big deal. A few minutes of your time to fix something would have been appreciated. There was no one there waiting for an appointment and you had plenty of time to help if you wanted to. Third lie (accusation): No sir I was not touching my fingers on the way out. I clearly showed you the part of the nail polish that was sticking up and it did not phase you whatsoever. Came here on NYE to get a pedicure after a bad experience at my regular place. Looks like I may have a new regular place! This place had the requisite massage chairs and gel mani-pedi option and also had many more options for upgrades than I was used to. I also loved the ability to book online and get a guaranteed spot without having to call ahead or take my chances. I stuck with the essential oil option since I was short on time but did not feel cheated in the slightest. Haley did my pedicure and was a skilled technician who gave me a clean, meticulous pedicure. They also have a reward system that you can be a part of but I did not know that. In order to receive the birthday deal, you need to be a part of the reward system.
