I went in and got a full nail set done. Helen was amazing and very helpful. It's been quite some time since I've had my nails done and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone inside the salon was very nice. Highly recommended. I'm looking forward to going back.

    Regular pedicure $35.00 + tax.

Not worth the time or money. Stopped in for a regular pedicure during my lunch hour and although the service was complete within 35 min, it cost more and was less thorough than other salons I frequent. The nail tech was not friendly and seemed to speed through the process, no extra attention to any step, but handed me a menu to ask if I wanted deluxe services starting at $48.00. I had to call out for her to more completely pumice my feet after a quick once-over. She applied lotion only to my calves so that she wouldn't have to use polish remover on my toes before doing the nail polish, so low-end to skip steps. The polish was done neatly but with maybe 1 1/2 coats to save time or product, who knows? I heard the woman who answers the phones hang up on callers saying "Hello? No owner not here thank you." My advice don't choose this place for convenience, stick with your tried and true salons.

Hanna is the best! I wish I knew about this place previously. Amazing! Great customer service! I called for an appointment and they accommodated me the same day. When I showed up they took me right back. Both the pedicure and gel manicure was exactly what I wanted.....and exactly what I asked for. Sophisticated yet sparkly for Christmas! Positive atmosphere, kind and gentle service, and the prices were wonderful!

Came for a mini bridal party. I got a mani for $24 and my aunt got simple nail polish for $10. Total of $34 plus some change. They greeted us with water and quickly got to our sessions. The other ladies got both mani/pedis which took about an hour and 30 mins. Nice seating with massage chairs. Nice staff. Decent waiting area. Pretty waterfall decoration. Tip: if you come here often get a punch card and get $3 off your 6th visit!

Worst salon in Albuquerque. It doesn't even deserve a one star rating. I wish there was a negative star rating system. If you plan on going here, you might as well throw your money in the garbage before you leave your house because that's what you'll get. If you decide to get a service here you will not get what you paid for and you will have to have pay someone else to fix their mistakes. Additionally, you will not get all of the services you paid for either. I spent almost $300 on the deluxe most expensive pedicure for them to completely almost eliminate my nail fully, they cut them so short that my skin was covering my nails. I was supposed to receive a hand Massage with the package I paid for and I did not receive that. When it was time to get my nails done, I had asked if they can clean under my nails before putting the acrylic and they got upset and were very rude to me and said that they did not clean under the Nails before putting acrylic or at all. I was took back because everywhere I've ever gone always cleans under the nails. So you can now see the dirt under my nails in my acrylic because they didn't clean it . They also have Very rude employees! I am Never going back again! & to top it all off they left so much acrylic on my actual fingers and I'm still picking it off. Just look at the pictures I posted. You will see for yourself

Really liked this nail salon. Kim and Damon were very efficient. The salon was very clean, including plastic covers for pedicure- a must for me to feel comfortable since tbey are disposable. Temperatures taken upon arrival and all staff wore masks. Loved the ambiance - Very relaxing. I accidentally left my ring there and Kim called me to let me know so we could go pick it up- which I really appreciated. Great experience!

Just a visiting tourist but wanted to treat myself to a pedicure and found this place online. I asked for the deluxe $40 pedicure from the menu. It was about a 45 minute ordeal. The nail tech that I had was wonderful. Nothing but good things to say about the experience. Until I got to the front to check out.. then my $40 pedicure became $42, plus a credit card fee of $5- so $47 for a $40 pedicure came as a surprise.

My friend and I stopped in for a Pedicure. We were greeted immediately and asked to wash our hands prior to being seated due to Covid safety. We proceeded to pick our nail polish color and were seated in fully functional massage chairs. We opted not to have any of the deluxe pedicure options that were handed to us on a menu. I am very happy with the service that was provided and will definitely go back. A 8% discount is offered if you pay with cash.

My husband and me got the King and Queen pedicure on sunday Aug 1st. Its was nice environment and friendly staff. However, my husband feet got effected an swollen. My gel color which is called FAIRY and cost extra $ and looks like normal bland color.

First time at this nail salon, actually my first time at a salon since moving to ABQ. I settled on this place based on reviews. I was a walk-in, and they were able to see me right away. The salon itself is nice, they use liners in the tubs and had partitions available to separate customers. My was my nail tech and she was great. Super gentle and took her time. I was a little bummed that they don't do SNS on toes (which is why I knocked off a star) I really prefer that as it lasts much longer, but I was fine with the gel. They have a ton of colors to choose from for both dip powder and gel. I settled on #708 She did a good job with the gel polish and made sure I liked it before she continued as the polish was a bit sheer (which I liked for a more natural look). Overall, it was a pleasant experience, would go back again! Thanks, My.

Service was rushed, Kayla the nail tech was rude. I asked if she could clean up the polish on the sides of my nails and she did one, then rolled her eyes and walked off. I paid on my card then she said, "Leave how much tip on card?" . I was going to get a pedicure there but ended up just leaving.

Horrible application with no clean up.

I get a simple polish change for a very reasonable price. I have never had to wait long. I am very satisfied with the quality.

So I'm warning you, this is a long one. I wondered for a long time whether or not I should post…read more(especially seeing as she has so many outstanding reviews), and whether I was taking my experience too personally. Here goes.. I went in over the summer for a balayage and cut, I had just finished my first semester of grad school here and it was meant to be somewhat of a treat to myself. I had Melissa do my hair and she seemed friendly and considerate at first. Positives: The cut was fine and the dye job wasn't awful. Negatives: I had barely been sat down in the chair for 10 min when Melissa exclaimed 'wow your hair is soooo thin!' ok so this threw me off guard a little bit.. For one, my hair isn't exactly super thick, but it also isn't super thin either and besides that, I would think a hairdresser would know better than to make those kinds of comments. But ok, moving on, I chalked it up to insensitivity. Strike 2, we were chatting and she asked me 'where are you from', 'England!', 'oh but ethnically?' 'ahh my dad is iranian' 'ahhh! so thats where the thin hair comes from'. I kid you not, her words exactly. Who says that??? Way to make me feel like shit about myself. Third strike comes in the form of 'you have grad student hair, what happens is grad students don't eat properly, and they're stresses and then their hair starts to fall out'. Ok cool. At this point I have no choice but to put on a smile because I'm stuck in this chair for a good 2 hours or so. So the fourth strike comes when shes washing my hair and exclaims 'your hair feels nasty!' I'm literally gobsmacked and mumble something about 'It's probably product buildup..' she starts going on about how its from dying my hair too much and how hair dye strips the hair - guys, I haven't dyed my hair in 4 years and I say so, instead of accepting that I would know if I'd dyed my hair she replies with 'hmmmm are you sure, because hair dye causes damage like this..'.................................... Honestly at this point I'm on the verge of tears but holding it together. I've lost count of the strikes. Then comes the so called balayage. It wasn't what I wanted - didn't look faded in, she did such fine layers that it ended up looking like a weird blob of colour. Perhaps this was my fault and I should have been more clear, well at one point I said to her 'I know you know what you're doing but could you do the layers a little bit thicker but less of them' she gave me this look as if to say 'I know what I'm doing' and just said nothing. I've attached a picture of my hair that I took immediately after getting it done. This is just my personal experience but I would not recommend this place. There are much more talented hairdressers in town.

I'm very picky about who does my hair. So much so that I usually go years without a proper cut. I…read moredid a lot of research on salons in the C-U area and finally decided to try Eden's Rain and I'm so happy I did! My curls are back to being defined and full of volume. Melissa listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on how best to wash and style my hair. If you have curly hair I would highly recommend Eden's Rain. I felt safe the entire time I was in the salon. Everything was clean, masks are worn at all times. It was such a great experience.

Wendy is also a wonderful person. They are friendly and make sure that you are well taken care of during your visit checking to make sure no ingrown hairs are left behind. I would normally rate this 5-stars if I only went to these two ladies. However, on my last visit, I was stuck with a new girl (a redhead, younger) that I had never seen before. I don't recall her name, but to call her a novice is accurate. Perhaps more training or apprenticeship is required for sugaring for her, but this was very uncomfortable. The amount of pulling, too hot sugar, and left behind hairs wasn't worth the cost. No clean-up provided and it was just all around awkward. The other issue is with re-booking. From a business standpoint, wouldn't you want your receptionist trained upon checking out a client to re-book the client for their next session. This never happens and I am always the one to initiate the re-booking. Due to this, I haven't gone back since August. A bad sugaring and no re-booking bothered me. I do love this business, just not all the time. Last year at Christmas time, each regular client got a mug which was a wonderful token for clients. If you go, see who you are scheduled with before you make the appointment.
