I visited this nail salon after being disappointed by another one. I made the right choice. I received a very nice pedicure along with the wonderful leg and foot massage. The technician was friendly and professional. I will definitely return as will the friend I brought along who also received a pedicure. The salon was much cleaner than the one I previously visited. read more

Came back again just decided to take the wife and mother here. We did not have a long wait, most places say come back, here they get you in. They really don't talk to the customer much but they do an excellent job on nails. Trish is a terrible nail tech she messed my nails up 3 times. She doesn't care about imperfections. She was also very aggressive and it hurt. She also did not go to my cuticles so it looks like they are already a week grown out. read more

Trish is amazing! I loved how patient and sweet she was with my niece and her pedicure. She messed her pedicure up 3x and she redid it without any frustration. I also loved my nails. They are so perfect and the designs are exactly the same as the Pinterest image I provided her with. I WILL DEFINITELY recommend . You WONT regret it. We planned a mani pedi but then got the upgraded pedi which is $30 for like scrub, massage and bottom of the foot scraping. For that price i would have like more scraping of the dead skin. The cleaning of under the nail was ok but not too much in detail. Also had to leave without the mani because we didn't have enough time to get to an appointment. So overall it was ok. read more

Sadly, this is my last visit here . Rude males working here . We were asked in the middle of our feet soak, to get up and choose our nail polish, after being asked to sit and soak.. 15 mins in, and we have to pull out and go look for colors. After trying to match my toe mail color to my gel polish, this guy becomes exasperated and all of a sudden they have a matching color. It was a HORRIBLE experience today, and this is it for me. They are good until they are not. We were 3 all together, made an appointment a day prior, and even with all the arrangement ahead of time, things were chaotic. I paid over $140 to feel on pins and needles . No thank you. read more

This is by far the worst nail salon anyone could ever go to . The man doing my nails mixed black and white and continued to paint my nails with the same polish even thought it was mixed Then when i asked him to fix it he proceeded to try and tell me "he would not be doing it again" . He made the paint on my nails uneven and some of it unpainted . He got nail polish all over me and never cleaned it up. He yelled at me because i was "moving" while the whole time i was still and he was shaking therefore making my hand move as he held it. My nails look more botched then when a nine year old paints they're fingers . They charge me $70 for nails that look absolutely awful . They are too chunky he didn't shave them down at all it's uneven and overall my worst experience at a nail salon. read more

I've never seen so much detail and perfect shape for nails before at every nail place I have been. She did an amazing job with my nails and I'm pretty picky about the shape and the way they are. I'm 100% happy with the way they came out. With my experience with other places I've been cut or they have been harsh on my nails, at this place she was very careful and gentle and I have no cuts! I was very happy :) read more

So I decided to try this place on a whim a few weeks back. The outside is pretty plain but insife is very chic and clean. I got a full set and a pedicure. The full set lasted me almost 2.5 weels before I broke a nail. That is amazing for me! Im very rough and hands on at work and outside. They even repaired my broken nail for free! I really recommend this nail shop. Everyone is super nice and they are quick and thorough! Will probably use them for a long time. Give them a try! read more

I had been searching high and low for a nail salon that really pays attention to detail and I found it! I'm always happy with my nails and love how long the set will last. I get acrylic over my natural nail. Initially when I called I didn't realize I was booking with the owner Lien. Lien's work is always detail orientated. She cares about her staff and it shows. Recently went in to see Lien but she was out for vacation. I decided to book with the next available staff member. I was fortunate enough to meet "Bee". She was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Her work was amazing too! She is a natural artist and it shows through her work. Thank you so much for making my day! Little kind gestures make the world of a difference! read more

Well as my first experience/impression with this nail shop as I am in search of a new spot. I got a gel pedicure and dip powder overlay. As I sat in the seat to get my pedicure, it was cool at first, then it just got uncomfortable. The lady who was doing my nails was literally hovering over me to pick a dip color while mid pedicure, which I had to ask her to backup (politely)... Once I finally got my nails done they ring my bill subtotal $76.14 TOTAL $101.60!!! SOOO since when do you pay $25.64 in tax??? Make it make sense?? When I attempt to question the charge, the man who was ringing me up, reminded of what services I had..Well my issue was the tax, not what I was charged for services I had received..DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!! read more

I only come here for an eyebrow waxing and I consistently have positive results. I am typically in and out quickly which is super important. LindseY does my nails, she's so creative and polite. She sees a Lot of customers and it seems As if she is friends with them all. I've seen some average/poor reviews about this place and I have to say-- I think people are as nice as you treat them.... I've seen women come in here acting ABOVE the HELP, so to speak, and those are the people I've seen treat staff poorly. The staff here is polite, and respectful, there is a language barrier with some staff but they are always as polite as you are to them. Anyway, Lindsey and Linn are creative and really good with nails... Check them out. read more

The worst nail experience and customer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time going to the salon since it near my house. I came in, it wasn't busy morning just one person doing nails. Nobody greeted me, I was standing until a lady who was working on someone's hands yelled across the room covered by loud the sound "What do you want?" When I called before to book. I waited for 45 minutes outside in the cold and no one did care! They sent me away cause the the woman who suppose to do the nails was no longer available by that time but in 2 hours or so... They told me to come back later on or whenever they'll be available again. This happened to a friend of mine as well. They are, unprofessional and very unpleasant! read more

The absolute worst. why schedule an appointment when you're still going to have to wait longer than a half an hour to get your pedicure? Also got a manicure and the polish job they did was terrible, it doesn't even go to the edges of the nails. And then they made some poor girl cry because they were raising their voice at her because they didn't understand what she wanted. Even though I watched her show them pictures. And try to redirect to what she wanted. not worth the time or money- plus the way they treat customers is dismal. read more

I recently got my nails done here. Pedicure and Acrylic nails, overall an excellent job!!! I had some language barrier issues and the entires was a bit slow and pricey $60+. They had lots of room for all their customers, massage chairs, wax rooms, and everything was very clean. read more

Its the only good nail place I've found here in Rio Rancho. I've gone there to get my nails done for a while but now they've become kind of rude. They rush my nails when someone new comes in. I went to get my eyebrows done last week. When i asked for a clean up they shaped my eyebrows anyway and made them very small and thin. They even waxed part of the front of my eyebrows. I recommend going there when absolutely no one is there and in the morining so you wont get some of the attitude i get. read more

I went to Pro Nails this AM, first one in, for manicure and pedicure, no polish. Worst experience ever!! Pedicure was minimal and tips of four of my fingers are bleeding where she trimmed the skin. Have never had that done with a mani before and now they are sore. Will never go back unless new management comes in. Used to go there last year repeatedly, but staff has obviously changed.
