Two nail technician who work there right away told me they couldn't do it because it was supposedly AI. So I gave them a different image, an easier design. Nope not going to happen, so I gave up on the nail designs. I told Fiona, (nail tech). Ok do what you feel would look good, They looked nice. I was happy with how they looked. Until two days later. I did tell them first that I am a treat maker and that I wash my hands constantly. So I proceeded to say, make sure to put extra dehydrated primer (go over my nail beds twice). Other places I've gone too have done this and I've never had a problem until now. Now I have done my nails for over a decade and I was a nail tech as well. So I know what water can do to your nails and how rough it can be on your hands and nail beds. Yes, I wear gloves when handling my treats. Mainly apples for candy apples. But I don't use gloves when washing the wax off the apples, because I need to feel and make sure all of the wax is off before dipping them. I messaged one of the nail techs that works there. I told her what had happened to my nails. She messaged me back and asked if I could send her a picture of my nails to show her boss. I sent her a few pictures. She said that either she or Fiona could fix them. I wanted to give Fiona another chance. So the nail tech said in her text message that Fiona would be off in the after noon on Saturday. So she would be able to work on my nails at 2. I get there and they let Fiona know that I was there. I waited a while so she could finish another client before me. Fiona walks right to me and asks what happened. I told her I didn't know what happened to them. In a rude way she gets my hand looks at my nails and asks in a (condescending manner) What do you want me to do!? Im like wait, of What!? I would like for you to fix them. She flat out said No! She wouldn't fix them. She hands me off to another nail tech (looking all lost) not knowing what to do. I know first hand these things happen. But when you pay over $100, and travel over an hour away and the product didn't stick. I just wanted them to fix my nails. They did give me half my money. Only because I was upset at the situation at hand. It should have never gotten to that point.

I called a few minutes before closing to schedule an appt for the next day. They were so sweet over the phone so I had a good feeling about this place. I was warmly greeted & taken to a chair right away. The owner let me know if I was vaccinated I could choose to not wear my mask. I am vaccinated & normally keep my mask on regardless but it was nice to have the choice especially since I was finishing my coffee still. There were tons of color options to choose from. The staff was really nice! They actually try to have a conversation with you. My nail tech kept telling me my nails were beautiful & good choice on the colors haha. I felt comfortable & pampered. I did not catch the owner's name but she was super sweet & friendly. My whole appointment took 45min for my mani & pedi which was awesome! I can't stand when it takes forever so I was thrilled to be in & out so quickly. The salon itself is beautiful. Now that things are somewhat going back to normal I'll be getting my nails done more often. I will definitely be back!

Pedicure regular $25.00 (very basic they dont even massage your feet) You can pay either 6.00 or 8.00 extra for the "deluxe" which allows you to pick a scented pack of soak, scrub and lotion (which these items should always be included anyways) gel polish that is an additional $15.00, if you do matte polish that is another $5.00, my daughter did "three dots" on her big toe for another $4.00 so my 11 year olds pedicure was over $50!!! Now... her gel manicure was $35 a little high but to be expected I guess, another $5.00 for again the 3 dots to match her feet plus matte polish of $5.00 for a $45.00 manicure. 1.) They didn't tell us matte was more they didn't tell us the "3 dots on one toe" was more... I completely understand charging more for art work but at least me the prices appropriate for the work being done. Now... on to me... Pretty much the same as above so I had a deluxe pedicure with regular polish $33.00. I told the lady I wanted it "matte" like 5 times she said "ok ok" When my nails were shiny I asked why they weren't matte... she couldn't understand me...
