I got the most expensive pedicure available at the time (#TreatYoSelf) as I was in town for a wedding and wanted to do something a little luxurious. After tax it was $75. Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). The massage was okay, and the experience was fine, but honestly my cuticles could've been trimmed a bit better and the massage could've been better. As for my mom (who went with me on this trip), her visit was less than stellar. She also requested the deluxe pedicure but as soon as the guy finished trimming her nails and with the callus remover, he started painting her nails. He didn't give her the mud, the mask, a massage, or any lotion. When she questioned him, he pumped out some lotion and did a subtle massage. When it was time to pay, we informed them that my mom didn't get a deluxe pedicure. Instead of really being remorseful or really apologetic. They brought the guy to the front told him some stuff (in their home language) and tried to claim she got a deluxe version. When we said what was not included, the lady finally charged us accordingly. This place is really just a joke. I think it is a little deceptive to try to charge for a service that wasn't rendered. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere.

Then a man stepped in to try and fix it, and these photos show what I was left with... after the fix and after washing my hands. No refund, no apology. 9/15/2026 i've been to Joy's several times and never had the service that I had today…read more I went in to get a pedicure and asked the lady to make sure to get the areas that were dry First off, she started scrubbing really hard, and I let her know it was too hard. when she was done with 1st left foot, she went onto the Right foot. I checked the left foot and it was cut up. At the end when I went to pay, I asked to speak to a manager because my foot was really hurting and cut up and I showed him. All he kept saying was we do what our customers tell us to do. I said I did ask her to scrub the dry areas, but I didn't ask her to cut me.. He repeated myself and proceeded to charge me full price. He ended up only giving me six dollars off. Why this didn't suffice, because number one she was talking to the woman that was working next to her and not paying attention to what she was doing. Number two, I go there frequently and had never experience this kind of service ever until today. Not once did he apologize or did they take accountability. Even when I showed him the pictures and my foot, all he did was blame me. Shame on Joy's. I know that you don't care that I will ever go back again and it's unfortunate because I always like to go in there. One bad experience negated the previous good service I always received because they were rough and not gentle like their website says, and they didn't take accountability nor apologize
