Got a pedicure less than 24 hours ago. The polish is already starting to peel. I have had open toed shoes on since then. They use the same tools on multiple people without cleaning, sanitizing or sterilizing them. They were pretty careless and a little rude. I paid over $70. Definitely not worth it. read more

You guys! What a wonderful salon. I'm visiting from out of state and needed a place with great reviews and decided on Ombré. Since it's Memorial Day, I called Helen at the number in the description and she answered right away. I snagged an appointment 10 minutes later! I ended up getting a regular pedi and dip gel mani. Most (if not all) the colors are matched so you don't have to worry about matching colors on your own. Don't Go! I've never had such a rushed job on my acrylic nails. She went so fast and was very sloppy. She was also rough with no regard for care to your nails or fingers. The salon is cluttered, dirty and broken chairs. They charge the same as much better salons. Almost any other nail salon would be a better choice. read more

You know that saying, don't judge a book by its cover? Well, this shop is the definition of that saying. The exterior had not changed since I can remember. I've lived in the neighborhood all my life & I've never been inclined to walk in. They were open on Christmas Eve (thank goodness). I had left my nails as the absolute last thing I needed to get done (of course). I stopped in and walked out just starring at my nails. Today was my second time at US Nails & I love them, again. Tam was my technician both times...her precision and care in manicures & pedicures is unmatched. Im going to one sad lady when she graduates school & gives up the family business. :/.... I never leave bad reviews or even reviews in general but this was not a good experience. Both my sister and I came to this salon because our usual salon has been booked every single time that we call to make an appointment. We were browsing nail salons to be able to get our nails done and came across this salon and called to make an appointment since the reviews seemed promising. Since we sat down at the chairs, it was not a good time. First of all, she left me soaking off my previous nails from another salon for over thirty minutes because four walk in pedicures came in at the same time my sister and I's appointments were scheduled for. She took in the pedicures and had her other techs do their pedicures. My sister asked for medium almond nails. My sister came out with very filled down small oval nails. They are honestly non existent. When it was my turn for my nails, I showed her a picture (coffin french tip with a light nude base). She starts off by placing bigger tips than my nail beds. I tell her that the tips were too big and were digging into my nails. She tells me that she will fill them later. I'm not one to argue so I just say okay and let her continue. She then placed a dark nude on which I told her was not what I wanted. She then places a bubblegum pink powder on my nails and I again tell her its not what I wanted. Finally she placed a clear pinkish acrylic on my nails and I just said that was fine. I honestly was very over this experience already. She then finishes with the acrylic and begins filling the acrylic and the sides of my nails. When I tell you I was wincing in pain, I mean that I was wincing in pain. She was filling my nails down very fast and hard. I was in so much pain and not having a good time. She finishes with filling and I tell her if she can paint my nails nude and do the french tip on top. She does the nude color and I'm over it because my nails are throbbing and my hands are very dry and cracky (I have sensitive skin) from the soak off. I tell her its fine. We pay our nails and my nails were sixty five dollars. I got no design or nothing on my nails, just plain nude coffin nails. Once my sister and I got to her car my sister asks if my nails hurt too. She told me how she was also very rough and fast with her nails as well. My sister is very upset with her nails and even though my nails aren't ugly (we showed our mom my sisters nails and she called them frijoles) they still hurt a lot and they were not what I wanted. Again, I never give bad reviews on places but I do not want people to be mislead by these reviews. I would have included pictures but my sister wasn't comfortable showing her nails and neither am I. read more

I came in for a mani and toe polish change and they did great work. I hardly had to wait, though there have been times US Nails has been packed.
