Henry did a pedicure for me last week. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The cuticles were dry and still left that he didn't even bother to pick the nail polish job on my toes was hideous. I went back today to have them redone and had to pay $17 an employee could have been the manager laughed and was talking crap. Unprofessional needless to say because I felt like I should not have to pay for crappy work.I do not recommend this place at all. They don't communicate with you they talk in there language all they want is your money. read more

I recently visited this salon for a soak-off after allowing someone else to practice on my nails. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived, the technician did not greet me or make me feel welcome. While my nails were soaking, she began helping another client and was noticeably friendlier and more attentive to that client than she was to me. During my service, I explained that someone had been practicing on my nails. In response, I was told, "You get what you pay for." I found that comment judgmental and unprofessional. Everyone starts somewhere in the beauty industry, and regardless of where a client previously had their nails done, they deserve to be treated with respect. I was also concerned by what I observed during my service. After filing off the acrylic, the technician had me soak my nails in a bowl. She then placed the drill bit/tool she had just used on my nails directly into the same bowl while my hands were soaking. A few minutes later, she removed it from the bowl, reattached it to the drill, and continued working on my nails. Because I had small cuts around my cuticles, this raised concerns for me about sanitation and safety. I left feeling judged and uncomfortable rather than valued as a customer. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. read more

Never going back! They are not properly trained in gel polish application & will do whatever sevice they feel like, not what you ask for. I booked an appointment online & requested the Jasmine Serenity Lotion Manicure with Classic Polish & Jasmine Signature Elegance Pedicure and Classic Polish. When I arrived I checked in & again selected these 2 services on the check in screen. They kept trying to push gel polish, even though the previous time I was here they did a horrible gel application. When I said no they told me it would be $5 extra to take off the gel they'd previously applied. I agreed because what was I supposed to do have a pedicure with the old polish remaining or leave? When it came to the manicure they just wanted to do a regular manicure, when I asked about the service I'd requested they just told me, don't worry about it, this one's cheaper. But that was not what I had requested. So I asked again for the service I signed up for. They reluctantly agreed & put this "whitening peeling gel" all over my arms & hands, then applied a muscle rub lotion. It was not at all what is advertised in the "Jasmine Serenity Lotion Manicure with Classic Polish" service. At this point I agreed to gel finger nail polish because they kept taking more & more walk ins, & were ignoring the people who were already in front of them. Big mistake! The application was so messy, uneven & she was not allowing it to cure with enough time under the lamp in between layers. At one point she had a blob of gel all over my skin & I asked 2 times for her to wipe it before putting my hand in the lamp. She got mad when I finally wiped it off myself. You CANNOT cure gel on skin, it causes contact dermatitis. If they were properly trained & licensed to use gel products they would know this & would not be trying to cure gel on skin. At this time I was ready to just get out of there. They then started offering me a discount, $95 even cash, like it was some deal. However, that's exactly what the advertised prices was of the services I had signed up for. Of course I was charged more than the $95 they'd promised. And now I'm starting to get itchy blisters around my cuticles, I'm sure it's from the gel that was applied all over my skin. They also missed about half my nail on my toes as well, and got polish on my skin on my toes also. Never going back, I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere that listens, does what the customer asks for, not what they want to do & is trained properly to use the products they try so hard to push on you. read more

I called before going and asked for a price for a pedicure, manicure, and a full set of acrylics for my daughter. I was told it was going to be $60 for a pedicure and manicure and $80 for acrylics with a pedicure. We went and they tried to tack on more stuff. They wanted to add some service that I said no to. Then, the person who did my nails, she was nice, but she told me she wanted to do something other than what I asked for. She said it would look beautiful. She didn't lie, but she also wasn't honest that she was going to add $15 to my bill. When we were done, the $140 I planned to spend turned into $200. Then, they couldn't even give me a breakdown of charges. The kid who ran my payment basically ignored me when I asked for one. I left and noticed 2 of my nails aren't even painted evenly. I will never go back to this place. My daughter did say her nail tech was really good, but didn't run anything by me if they were tacking on the cost of everything. read more

Took my daughter to get a manicure. She's getting ready for her first day in high school. Shop was not busy at all. We were a walk-in. The woman who appeared to be in charge was very rude. Did not even bother to get up out of her chair to greet us. Instead she barked as to what we wanted. We said a manicure. She yells regular or gel? We answered regular. She tells my daughter to pick a color and sit down. Having not been to a nail salon before perhaps this is normal, but we found the experience very unpleasant and lacking in even minimum customer service. We will not return. read more

Had a new dip set done and then a fill about 3 weeks later. Nails hurt for a couple days after the fill so I went to another place to have them gently removed. My actual nails were lifting and separating from my nail beds terribly. I was told it was a fungus and needed to get an Rx. I called immediately and was told to return the next day. When I arrived the staff was unpleasant and the only person allowed to "fix" them was the one who did the worst job I have ever had. My daughter-in-law and I walked into Jasmine's Nails Salon on a Friday right after lunch. We were promptly greeted and attended to. Heidi attended to me and I believe it was her husband that attended to my daughter-in-law. I have a gel mani and my daughter-in-law had a fresh full set of acrylics. We were both very pleased with the services we received and I'll definitely return. Please know that they are performing required social distancing, use of masks, and do maintain a clean environment. They had all other employees working on clients who seemed to be repeat customers. I'm pleased to know that I gave them a chance despite any of the negative reviews posted here. This was my second visit to this salon. First time was about a year ago. Fairly good experience that time. This visit was just last month. Same as last time, all I went for a pedicure. Really wanted a treat for myself as I don't do it very often (again, it had been about a year since my last visit). They weren't that busy and were able to put me in a chair right away. When the tech came over and started to work on me, she looked at my heels (which I TRY to keep them sanded frequently at home) and told me they were "dry". And that it would cost EXTRA to work on. That she would have to put some liquid on to treat callouses! WHAT!?! Isn't a pedicure just that? Sand, smooth and polish? Apparently NOT! At least not at this salon! The only reason that I'm giving it 2 stars is that she did do a good job with the polish. With tip (yes, that was foolish of me to add) it cost me about $27 FOR A FOOT BATH AND POLISH!! read more

Had been coming here for a couple of years because it is never crowded and feels more state of the art than other salons. I had noticed, however, that the owner lady is not friendly to customers nor her own employees. I mostly stuck around because of the kind nail technicians who I had grown to like and because I had never had an interaction with the owner lady. My last pedicure there was after a male technician who never worked on my feet before, dropped the ball and didn't give me the full service. Half way through, he stepped outside to smoke and upon returning didn't remember where he left off. When he returned he got right to painting my toes without the leg exfoliation/massage/hot towel. When I gently mentioned it to him, he denied it, and started getting angry. That is when the owner came over to see what the commotion was about. I told her what had happened and he continued to deny it. I said it was fine and to just finish and give me a discount at the end. She sided with him and told me I was lying to which I responded that she should check the cameras. While she reviewed the footage on her phone, she started yelling and telling me she was not going to give me a discount. Eventually after making me wait an extra 15 minutes at the counter, she discovered that I was telling the truth and without an apology offered to take $5 off the deluxe pedicure, which to me was not enough. Nonetheless, because I value my peace of mind and sanity, I paid it and never returned. I now go to Nails Maxx nearby. And even though it's a bit more crowded, the owner is a sweetheart! And I found out I wasn't the only one to leave Jasmine Nails...some of Jasmine Nails former nail technicians are at Nails Maxx too! read more

I went in to get a gel manicure, they have a nice selection of gel polishes. My gel manicure was $26 dollars which in my opinion is cheaper than other salons I've been to in town. They sat me down right when I walked in on a Saturday around mid afternoon. Best salon I've been to so far on the west side. My manicure was quicker than your average and turned out better than most. I will be back to try it out a few more times. I do recommend this nail salon and they do welcome walk ins. read more

I really love this nail salon. Heidi is great. She is helpful, fast and efficient. I always feel like I am her only priority when I am there, and our conversation is amazing. Her salon is family owned and they take pride in its appearance and cleanliness. There is a great selection and while you are pampered they always have Dancing with the Stars on for entertainment. She takes appointments, and what i love, is they are waiting for you, not like other places where they make an appointment and when you walk in still have to wait 1/2 hour. Walked in on a Saturday morning and it was a little busy but we were greated promptly and sat fairly quickly. They have a great color selection. My mother and I got full sets. I asked for almond shape and she got square round. The gentalman that did my nails was great although some of my nails are misshappened a bit. My mother had an older lady and she was good. My mom asked to get a design with a gem and also get a hoop through her pinky nails. The tech forgot to give her a gem and the hoop but we were already running late since it took over 2 hours for our nails. We will be returning. read more

I am reviewing them as I just walked out, so I don't forget later! I just got a gel manicure, regular pedicure, and an eyebrow wax done all for 57 dollars, including tax! (Note: Tax is not included in their prices. My subtotal was 53, and then it was 56.98 after tax). Gel manicure: Flawless. The person who did mine was a true pro! I like the lavender lotion they use. It was very calming. Only 25 bucks! They use mostly OPI gel products for their gel manicures, which I have never seen. Regular Pedicure: Felt almost like a deluxe one! First of all, since they have only been open 4 months, their massage chairs are top notch! Clean chairs and super awesome massages. Next, they do an extra exfoliation thing before they lotion your legs. Say what? I have never seen that before in a standard pedicure. Lavender lotion, again was clutch! Then, a hot towel on top of all that! Wooo. Polish was good, too, not even a question about that. Eyebrow wax: I told the lady briefly what I wanted. I always get nervous about eyebrow waxes, which is why I usually pluck and trim myself. I have been lazy lately though. The whole time she did it, my eyes were closed and I was praying that she would heed my words and that it would come out the way I want. Once she showed me the mirror, I was sooo ecstatic! My eyebrows looked perfect, exactly how they would if I was a professional, who could do it myself. So everything thing I got was perfect, no complaints at all. Overall, the staff were all friendly and I could tell they already had loyal clientele. Atmosphere was nice as there was some cute joking around between staff and clients, as well as light comfortable conversation between strangers in the massage chairs. I loved it!
