But they have always been responsive to us and helped us when there are problems. Their tech is solid: land line to microwave to the customer rooftop. We have a couple of commercial accounts with them and, in one case, an office of 15 users just hums along and has for years. For another customer I've replaced DSL with Western Broadband and been really happy with the results. The prices are what they are. It is not cheap to supply bandwidth like this and they have a huge overhead for equipment and service so in my opinion what they provide is well priced. We have and will continue to recommend them.
