What that means is that although they are authorized to sell Verizon products, they are not held to the same standards and no formal complaint regarding Cellular Sales of Texas, LCC, can be made with Verizon. We got scammed by the courteous salesman. He added additional fees and charges solely for his commission. We are screwed with the contract we signed as well as with our cell phone purchases. I would advise you steer clear of this establishment and save yourselves the money and the frustration.

Before, it was every other week, but now we're without internet for 24-48 hours each week in Belton, TX. When calling support, I'm put on hold for 20-30 minutes, and I often have to call back several times just to get an appointment scheduled. Not to mention, our monthly bill is over $150 for this unreliable service.
