Since receiving the letter the company representative no longer answers my calls, voicemails, or emails. I've tried following up several times for approximately 2 months since I made the claim with no response. $1400 tv was damaged and I will be seeking legal restitution as this company has refused to honor their service. I would note the moving experience wasn't bad, but if an item is damaged by your movers you should honor your claims for damages!!!
