Ronnie responded to me within a few hours of me reaching out about my A/C issue, and was able to fix a problem I'd been dealing with for years. My drain line wasn't clearing and being afraid of a big A/C bill had us clearing our drain line with a exercise ball pump, a tube, a pan. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue within 15 minutes, and even gave us advice and product recommendations about how to clean it out to prevent gunk from building up in there. I can't even describe what an amazing technician Ronnie is! What a real blessing he was! My A/C took a fritz out of nowhere, we(my 2 teens, 2 dogs, and I) suffered in this terrible Texas heat for 24 hours before digging deep in my pockets and deciding on calling someone to look at my A/C, fearful from my past experience, I had a family member whose in the same livelihood and charged me 2 arms & 2 legs when he fixed my A/C years before... BUT this is Texas and trying to get through the heat is a walk in hell. I called him around 8:30pm and he tried to see if he could walk me through some maybe simple solutions before he came out. What!? That was kind enough for me to definitely choose his business over everyone else I called. None the less, it was not working after changing out the battery of my thermostat or check my breaker or some drain plug, so he came out 8am the VERY NEXT DAY! Knock, knock, right on time! Polite, punctual, HONEST, and reputable?? May I please have all these qualities in all my repairmen and everyday people? Lol! He fixed it in no time and extremely knowledgeable and kind overall person! If you want your A/C looked-over/fixed, do yourself a favor and hire him!
