If I could give zero for customer service I would…read more They do a lot of volume here but do not understand that time could pass more pleasantly for everyone without being rude. I have no idea who trains them, but they are HOSTILE. The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is that the pharmacists themselves are the most affordable compounding pharmacists around. Bloomington Pharmacy is much nicer to people and they do compounding but they are pricier. If you can afford it, go there instead. This pharmacy frequently does NOT notify me that my prescription is NOT ready or why. They always blame me for their lack of communication so I try to build this into my refill process. They never have the right sized plunger / syringe combo for my liquid medicine. Two other plusses are they are 24/7 and they have a drive through. The customer service though, especially over the phone is absolutely horrendous so do not deal with them if you are vulnerable or sensitive - take reinforcements. I am not sure why their default setting is so unprofessional, but if you ever get a nice person, it's a pleasant surprise. #latestagecapitalism

For instance, I went in looking for a personal massager to loosen muscles after runs and I couldn't find them at this location after seeing them at the Walgreens at 50th and France. Kiosks to check in are new to the pharmacy. While it was easy for me ( although felt silly), I wanted to mention my frustration with pharmacy staff when they made a very old, little lady walking with a cane use the kiosk to check in. She obviously did not know what to do nor how to use the kiosks. The Pharm tech was not patient with her when saying "the kiosk is now the line." Another customer got up to help her. Not one of the four pharmacy staff helped this customer out. It was very obvious she did not have a clue what to do. I was extremely disappointed and sad this happened and felt inclined to write. I don't expect a reply but I do expect this to never happen again.
