While staying in Minneapolis, I stopped into a close-by Walgreens to get a few items. I have alway seen locations in downtowns and this one was right around the corner from where I was staying. I am always pleased when I am properly greeted when I walk through the door. I am especially happy when a clerk or cashier look up from what they are doing to acknowledge a customer walking through the door. This store, like other Walgreens is big and bright with clean isles to navigate through. This incredibly delightful staff was over the top in greetings. Happy to see a customer. Happy to help a customer. Happy to speak with a customer. I needed a few items ranging from water to shaving cream. They had plenty of items to choose from and I pleased that their house brand is a substantially reduced price and the same item. Check out went very quickly and I received the same cordial greeting as I left as when I came in. The team member behind the counter just personified the model employee of engagement, spreading happiness and loving to be able to help. Kudos to a wonderful team here at Walgreens.

It has an urban footprint, with shopping cart escalators. As mentioned, it is connected to the rest of the Target campus (3 city blocks) via skyways, which is itself connected to the rest of the 2.5 mile Minneapolis skyway system. Groceries were on the bottom floor (along with a Starbucks), with the CVS branded pharmacy and OTC items on the top. There is checkout on both floors. It wasn't too crowded, but well staffed on a Thursday afternoon, and was able to buy some items that we needed for our trip.

Not a single person made an effort to help--despite Walgreens being the one to ask me to come pick up my prescription. This was my first time at this location--and will definitely be my last. The beiginngj and considered switching back to old pharmacy because of how bad things were but I gave them a second chance and ever since they have gone above and beyond to assist me and accommodate me... they have been amazing at getting my orders available for pickup super fast and have helped me switch up mistakes I made in order pickup or delivery when I wasn't able to have certain times or when it was convenient for me to pickup if I was near the location on a short notice... i do wish they had better parking but it is a busy downtown minneapolis area and they mainly are a delivery pharmacy but also have pickup... anytime I have had a question or an issue outside of their control they were able to figure it out and work with my doctors in lightning speed to get it figured out... they have really helped me navigate areas I was una aware of... ty so much and I am happy things got on a great track... i am usually pretty forgiving and like to give second chances as things can change... the staff is always friendly and helpful... they respond fast and have exceeded my expectations 10 fold since the mess in the beginning... ty again for everything... ty for having awesome delivery deivers also and I appreciate their hard work and dedication as they are not appreciated enough and people will give delivery drivers crazy demands and make it extremely difficult to get things delivered, especially at apartment buildings where people dont give access codes so they can get the order delivered successfully... ty all
