When you walk in the building, you still have to check in at the Family Practice desk. No need to worry if they don't call you back in a timely manner since the facials/chemical peels last 15 min max. I love that they have a No pressure sales tactics. But the estheticians advertise the services and products offered. Because of this, I have ended Ended up ordering Latisse based off my esthetician's eyelashes. I will admit that I could have purchased it much cheaper from Groupon though. (I didn't know that at the time of purchase...hence the reason not to do impulse buys) The facial is not the best you will receive but the staff makes up for it in with personality and genuine hospitality. In addition, all clients go home with a sample size of cleaner, moisturizer, and prescriptive sunscreen. This is a medspa which means your clothes stay on and there will not be a thick blanket to wrap or heated bed to lie on as you are being treated.

Of all my experiences, Clinical Skin Therapeutics has been the best. There was no sales pressure and no trying to upsell on products or services. Everyone I met was very friendly. My experience was with Monica and it was great. She gave a great explanation of what she was going to do and what to expect for results. She was kind, friendly, and within 30 minutes it felt like making a new friend. I'd refer my friends and family to Clinical Skin Therapeutics. In addition, their price was great compared to most Twin Cities locations. No Groupons needed....and for those looking to have botox done for the first time, I highly recommend avoid using Groupons. I've used them in the past and nearly every experience was shady. I would like to give the benefit of good intention to most places....but I'm just saying.... Skip the hassle and go someplace that I found that I could trust and where I'll return.

I found my skin guru, and although it has taken years Tracey is so worth the wait!…read more I came by today for a dermalinfusion facial treatment. The process was painless, easy, and my skin looks AND feels so incredible. Tracey walked me through the process and the science behind this quick and easy treatment. I cannot stress enough how relaxed and at ease the process was. Upon arriving I was tucked into my cozy treatment bed. This bed was a huge perk, comfy blankets, and it's adjusted for comfort by remote (Tracey took care of that). I have been to quite a few Med Spas in the Twin Cities, and they all have differing opinions and recommendations on my skin. Tracey by far provided the most gracious and well rounded advice. She immediately assessed my skin, and did not inflate or exaggerate areas of improvement. I had such a great experience that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership. Which is a great way to save on ongoing facials, injections, products, etc. It's taken years, but I finally found a medspa that I can feel comfortable at! The good: easy scheduling The better: beautiful and comfortable setting The best: top notch owners who do not up-sell or pressure. These are the experts and I feel lucky to have found them. They both have years of experience and expertise & are constantly developing their tool kit, even pioneering many treatments such as SkinPen! I'll post an update upon my next procedure. I haven't yet decided what that'll be, but the Refinery offers the best of the best. I can't wait to try my samples! Great variety of medical products for your at home care routine as well!
