They removed my device improperly for a temporary mechanic repair and after getting confronted by both Intoxalock and myself the customer, they refused to do anything to get the device back in compliance. I got lucky with no penalty from the State because I had paperwork showing they lied. Don't get yourself caught in a situation like this because a shop has a "quicker" way to do that's not legal.

I had ordered a refrigerator for one of my tenants and I use the measurements the tenant gave me. When the delivery guys went to deliver the new refrigerator there wasn't a 1/4" on either side. When I call and explain my situation, they graciously understood. They agreed to not charge me for the replacement on the delivery, even though it was my fault. There was no arguing, explaining, negotiating, etc. Becker's is one of the best businesses in Denver to work with Thank you all! Carole

After going down an internet rabbit hole, I decided on one of those brands to replace my Shark that just didn't feel like it was cutting it. The Sebo I wanted to try was already on the floor right as I walked in, so I gave it a shot. It was love at first vacuum. Thankfully I snagged the last one they had in stock, as I was anxious to take one for a spin at home. Tim was great, super friendly, and has me setup for future service on my Sebo. A fantastic deal, considering the price tag. Took the time to make sure I knew about activating my warranty and offered to put the vacuum together if I wanted. He even brought the boxed item out to my car. While he was the only one working the shop on Sunday afternoon and there were a couple customers ahead of me, it was absolutely worth the wait for the one-on-one service I received. Though it has only been a couple days, I am very happy with my purchase (my wallet is not, but give it time), and looking forward to the ease of swinging through to grab more bags or any other supplies. Happy that this shop is still going strong!

After entering i received a hello. Very little interest to the fact i was there. If the salesman would have taken the time to acknowledge me i would have been happy to share the contents of my 3 music room systems. I would have been happy to talk to him about my desire to upgrade my main room amps, but that did not transpire. Maybe i didnt look the part. I did end up picking out an album and i had to look for someone to ring it up. The comment from the salesman was "thats it" as if this was an inconvenience for him. You have a beautiful store with some nice equipment but your obvious visual judgment of a potential customer is disgusting. I definitely would not return.
