I didn't have to buy the "name brand expensive batteries" I could use normal batteries. Thank you for being honest. Absolutely the dumbest guys in the world working there. Read this before driving over there. The other day I phoned them to see if they could help me with a battery. Until this fiasco, I was a lifelong customer of Interstate Battery. I had even purchased my last battery from this location. After giving them my vehicle information they suggested a battery for me. Keith told me that they had it in stock. I asked him to hold it for me and I would pick it up the next morning. I work in Parker, 1 hour from their store. I called that morning to confirm pick up and availability of the battery ( just to be sure!!!!). They told me they had it waiting. I drove out there to find no battery waiting, and every excuse under the sun for not having it. We thought we would have one delivered this morning, another lady took yours, it was all a big mistake......blah, blah, blah. Having a battery, and expecting to have one delivered are two different things. These two morons working there just laughed it off. I called corporate to complain. A very nice young man from their Commerce City location called to see if he could help me. He had the battery at their location. No thank you, I had a great lady in Advance Auto Parts in Parker help me with a Die-Hard battery. New chapter, new brand of battery, far improved customer service. My advice to Interstate Batteries is to check up on these reviews and your employees. These two idiots lost you a lifelong customer. read more

I absolutely love Interstate Batteries. Warranties are some of the absolute best. Not to mention there's a Interstate All Battery Center in every state! So never any worries!! I wish there were more stars, I would give more. In a day and age where Service has gone by the wayside, these guys have cornered the market on good service. We had an Interstate Battery go bad on our new travel trailer, We took it in, Charlie tested it and determined it was bad, The battery was almost a year old, so it cost us $8.00 for the pro rated warranty. So we upgraded to bigger batteries (2). They really work to solve problems you may have, not only now but in the future. We really appreciate the GREAT SERVICE! First of all, I am blown away at some of the below reviews of this place. It may be possible that they were submitted under previous ownership. That is absolutely NOT the case now. This place, and the staff are INCREDIBLE. If I could give more stars, I would. I have been helped twice by a gentleman named Jun. Jun is a Phillipino gentleman that is VERY knowledgable about batteries. I had a problem with deep cycle batteries with my camper last spring, and Jun totally educated me on my problem and a solution. Yesterday, if anyone is interested, Jun also educated me not only on my two batteries I needed for my diesel, but also on the performance of my alternator. 12 volt batteries normally peak at 12.8 volts. For an alternator to charge your car battery, at MINIMUM efficiency, it should charge at 13.8 volts, ONE volt over what the battery needs. It just so happens that my truck's alternator is charging at 14.8, which Jun pointed out to me that the alternator is still doing VERY well at charging my batteries. Meaning it is on the upper end of charging. Jun explained all this to me to help reassure me that I don't have an expensive alternator problem as well as needing new batteries. The point being, this guy know his stuff and is very nice at the same time. He also charged me to install the two batteries, $15 dollars per battery which I was happy to pay. Mainly because I had no tools with me and in all honesty, you pay for convenience. All in all, I highly recommend this store. I am sure if you have a problem with them, they are happy to make it right. Thank you Jun for getting me back on the road with MUCH less stress. Keep doing what you are doing. Note that this business is NOT ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau. Now I know why. There is no reason to go to this atrocious business, ever. The batteries I've purchased there were weak and over-priced, but the worst of it is the wholly incompetent and uncaring staff. They have not even the smallest measure of integrity when it comes to correcting their mistakes or in any way compensating a customer for what they ruined. The people there have neither skill, knowledge, nor attention to detail. They know it, too, and nobody, especially the superficially friendly but wily manager, Frank Moore, cares AT ALL. If they damage your product, they'll cheerfully not charge you for ruining it. Beyond that, the destruction is your problem, not theirs, and they all but dare you to take them to court. These people make the world a worse place for everyone, one transaction at a time. read more

We experienced a technical issue with our vehicle resulting from the replacement of a new battery but the customer service I received from Brad (CSR/Tech) and June (Assistant Manager) was outstanding. I was walking up to the door with one minute until the posted closing time. The old guy watched me walk up to the door, locked it and stood there and looked at me. I asked him to open the door and said that I would be really quick. He said "we are closed". Obviously they don't need the business so I took mine elsewhere. read more

Hmm, last three car Key replacement batteries I purchased and had installed by these folks didn't last more than four to six weeks each!!!

We have done business with this store ever since it opened at this location. I came back from a trip to find my battery dead at DIA, had it jumped and it worked fine but took it to this location the next day to have it checked along with alternator, etc. This particular battery was a Bosch as it had been replaced in California about 2 years ago--the only battery available at the time where we were. After explaining this to the manager, a lady, at this store, she was not much interested in checking even the battery and suggested that I should have had the car towed in California.!!! I just gave up and took it to BIg O where they very willingly checked out the battery and all of the electrical systems, as well as rotating the tires for FREE. Leonard Diggs P.S.
