My neighbor and I were so glad that staff were able to help with a list of items she needed for her studio art class at H.S.U.! Staff was more than willing to cut the various pieces of wood for her and show her different options. We even had a staff recommend smelling a beautiful purple wood that smelled like sweet and musky notes of cologne/perfume! Staff was very courteous and friendly to the point where they even suggested going to another shop since they didn't have other cheaper options for a staple gun. I am glad this is a spot I had a chance to experience b/c we felt we were supporting a local shop. The only downfall while at the counter was learning how dragonflies get caught in their building because they fly very high up into the ceiling and get caught up there. Unfortunately their windows are not opened and sadly I forgot to ask if that is even an option.

I had a few problems, but there was NEVER any issue, or for that matter any negative talk or demeanor from the folks at Redwood. How great is it when Rodney would come out to my home to try a fix, (at NO extra fee) or, later, when he sent the unit back to the maker for replace/repair services on his dime. Got it back within a week, and the DVR started getting funky again. So I called EasternCCTV in SoCal, and they walked me through every test necessary. The outcome was a bad HD, so, I took the defective unit into Rodney, and after a 20 second call to EasternCCTV, he went into the back of his shop, grabbed a NEW unit, and swapped my out. I'm tellin ya, if only everyone in business had that quality re customer service, it would be a nicer World! (Did I mention the unit is about 18 months old?) Try to find THAT kind of service!
