If you need a tow or if you and/or your wife lock their keys in the car use Henry's. If you are in the Framingham area and you call AAA request them. If AAA says that it is a 3 hour wait for Henry's but they can have someone else out in 10 min, wait 3 hours. After being locked out of our car, we called AAA they sent another company out (smitty's). After that company scratched up my car, ignored my wife suggestion which would of worked and told me to call a locksmith for several 100 dollars - I had Henry's come out, took the drive all of a min to open the care. He was friendly and gentle with the door. I will always ask for Henry's now. read more

My car was towed and they damaged my bumper. They are denying it and even told me that they have pics to prove that the damage was already there. When I tell the guy to go ahead and look at the pics he tells me that the pics were deleted by the driver due to all cars from the lot being picked up already. How convenient? I told the guy he could still find it through the cloud or something on the phone. He continued to deny that they damaged my car. The guy was very rude and he was even yelling at me over the phone. When I asked for his name he refused to provide it to me. He said I didn't need to know his name then hung up on my face. I called again because I wanted to file a report with them for the damage. I asked the lady who answered what the guys name was and she responded, if he wants to give it to you he will then put him on the phone. I told him I wanted to file a report on the damage and he refused to do that as well. I asked for his name again because he refused to write something up and he once again said I did not need his name and that either way I would have to wait 2 weeks to file anything because the owner was on vacation but that either way it wasn't them and they are not responsible. I sent my husband over to see if he can ask for the name of the guy because we were going to go file a report with the police dept to then take it up with my auto insurance and the lady at the front also refused to provide it. The guy came and spoke to my husband, well yelled at my husband about how he already told me it was not their fault. The lady then started recording my husband as if he was doing something wrong for simply asking for a name. These people are terrible. They have the worst customer service and there is no talking to them. I filed a consumer complaint with the Attorney General because these people can not get away with damaging people's vehicles. read more

I had 2 vehicles towed 8.4 miles. They claimed it took 3 hours for 1 and 4 hours for the other. He must have carried them on his back. He charged me 1100.00 dollars. If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away!! My husband and I called for a tow at 6pm. Our car had broken down- thankfully in our driveway. We called and ordered a tow for our car to a local repair shop. We were told we would receive a call from the driver when they were on their way. Well, 90 minutes later and no call, we decided to call them back. When the call service checked with the driver, she reported back that they had waited outside our home for 30 minutes and decided to leave and refused to drive back. We were literally sitting in our living room, on the couch with the windows open looking for the truck. We had also been outside with our broken down car, clearing out our stuff and making sure it was all set when the tow truck came. No one was at our home. No one called either. Truly dishonest and a displeasure to deal with. We called another tow company and received pleasant service and they were to us within the hour. Horrible way to treat potential customers. Thank goodness we were at home and not the side of the road. Update- to reply to the owners comment- I don't appreciate the further dishonesty. We, too, have records. While we cannot prove that we were in fact literally looking out the window and know for a fact that no one made it down our narrow street that night, we have cell phone records that we went back to and confirmed that we did not receive ANY calls that night. While I appreciate that you're a business owner and likely don't appreciate my review, it is accurate. My review isn't the only one of its kind, by the way. The proper thing to do would have been to apologize. We will never attempt to use you again and will instead use the company that followed through with our call and communicated with us. read more

I wish I could select 0 stars. My car got towed recently form an apartment complex. My bad for not parking on the guest spot. But I called these clowns under an hour to pickup my car around 10PM as they are open "24 hours". They said they can't release the car at night as "paper work" needs to be done and on call person won't be able to do it (not my problem). When I called next day morning at 8 they told me to bring 196$ "CASH ONLY" and when I get there the shitty paper work they have done is to fill a crappy paper by randomly adding numbers to get to 196$ total with no release time mentioned even asked for on the paper. 70$ storage fee which I shouldn't have to pay because I requested them to release the car with in a hour the car got towed. To make things worse now my engine light is on and I am not sure what this shady people did to my car. These guys should be reported by everyone. read more

Wow! I have never been treated so horribly by a company before. I'm actually still in a little bit of shock after the interaction we had with Henry's Towing last night. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to explain what we experienced. We were in an accident last night in Framingham and our car had enough damage that we were unable to drive it home to RI. We called AAA for a tow and about an hour later we received a call from Henry's asking if they could tow our car to their lot for the night and would tow it down to RI the following day. We were not really thrilled with this idea and when my husband told the guy that we really wanted it towed home tonight the guy started going on about how their drivers had been working 48 hr shifts and didn't have anyone to do the tow that night and couldn't understand why we wanted it towed to a shop so soon as he stated "it's not like you'll get it repaired tomorrow." Firstly you are not our mechanic so I don't need your input on how quickly our car can be repaired and while I understand that you have some overworked drivers, that isn't really our problem. We are 4 days post blizzard and if your drivers are too tired then you should have told AAA to call someone else. My husband was starting to give in and asked a few questions which was met with very hostile responses. My husband asked when they would be towing the car the next day and the answer he got was "tomorrow" so he then asked if the guy could narrow that down and he said "sometime tomorrow" . . . . wow thanks!! Then we asked if there would be a storage charge for leaving the car with them overnight and this is where things got real ugly. The man he was speaking with became very combative and told my husband "you are obviously not a trusting person" and then went on to say "maybe you should learn how to drive." This infuriated my normally mild mannered husband because we were just in an accident that was 100% the other drivers fault and now this jerk was accusing us of being bad drivers. Also if you are pushing us to leave our car in your lot overnight and you get angry and defensive when we ask about a fee for this . . . . . well that's a red flag and I'm thinking we just caught you trying to scam us. A brief argument broke out between my husband and the guy from Henry's before they hung up on us. We immediately called AAA back and demanded another towing company be called. The rep we spoke with was genuinely shocked when we told her what Henry's had said to us and gave us instructions on where to call on Monday to file a complaint with AAA's customer relations. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I wish I could give this place no stars. My car was towed from somewhere that has NO POSTED SIGNAGE, when I called them they must have just towed me because the driver had to call me back. He showed back up where I was with 3 other men and an additional tow truck, but without my car... Told me if I wanted my car it was $160, even though the towing storage yard was 1/2 a mile away. All 4 men were rude and spoke down to me. They gave me an attitude about how "I should know better where to park." I was in an apartment complex that allows guest parking until midnight and I was towed at 10:30 pm. I have been to this apartment complex numerous times and never been towed. I got a receipt but feel as if the men took the $160 I gave them and pocketed it since there was no one else working and they were laughing and making jokes the whole time I was with them about my car being towed. Horrible experience. My car was towed on Friday night, the fault was my own. I was told by the driver and the police officer who had my car towed that I could pick it up on Saturday morning. I was also told by the driver that it was $120 a day to keep that in mind.I did what I needed to do and attempted to pick it up early Saturday as I need my car for work and to get my child to school. I was told by a woman answering the phone that all of the drivers were out of the office doing police tows. However she would page a driver and have them call me when I could come and pick up my vehicle and they would give me the price. This in and of itself seems fishy you would think there would be a standard rate for towing. I felt pretty confident that it was going to be $120 seeing as how that's is what I was told by their driver and did not want it to be more. I called back several more times on Saturday attempting to pick up my vehicle. The last time I called I was told that they closed for the day and I would not be able to get my vehicle until Monday at which point I told the woman on the phone that I would not be paying for the extra days because it was due to no fault of my own. At 8:07 Monday morning I again called the office and spoke with a very rude obnoxious man who tried charging me almost $400 because my car was there for the weekend. At which point I explained to him repeatedly that that was due to no fault in my own and it was his company's fault and he said well we're understaffed no one was in the office for you to be able to retrieve your car so it was here all weekend. At which point I asked him if that was my problem or his. He said it's a problem every company has being understaffed. Which I told him I completely understand however why was I being penalized because they were under staffed. I was speaking calmly to him evidently he felt attacked and told me to stop yelling which I was not he was because if I were yelling everybody would know. He then proceeded to tell me he would only charge me what it would have been for the one night which is $307. Again not at all what I was told when they came and picked up my car. He still continued to yell at me on the phone which is bizarre because this is his job and this was his problem so I hung up. I will be filing charges for a civil suit against them. I now have missed two days of work because of this which is absolutely ridiculous. I have heard horror stories about this company repeatedly I would suggest nobody use them. Certainly not if you do not enjoy being ripped off and spoken to rudely for trying to retrieve your own property. read more

Guess what they send someone over and the guy tells me he doesnt even have the right tools to change my flat tire, can you believe the service?!? So what happens he calls another employee to come with the tools to change my flat. And it took this guy 45min to get to the location. Called Henry's at the recommendation of the auto repair shop. When the driver showed up, he was courteous and respectful. We didn't want him driving over the lawn to get the car, and he was super careful. He grabbed the car the way it was presented to him but said he would take the car up to the street (we have a long driveway) and reposition the car to tow from the front end. He had the situation sized up and taken care of in less than :15 from the time he arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution to my quandry of a dead car down my long driveway. Most definitely NOT RELIABLE like they claim to be in their advertising. Had AAA call for battery service. After waiting almost 4 hours the service driver called me and said that he was at my apartment complex.. then repeatedly asked where my car was and I told him it was the back of the building and asked him to please wait for me to come down from my apartment to be by the car since it was 7 degrees outside and I could not explain precisely where the car was located and he hung up on me!!! He was also rude to the AAA dispatcher and when they called the company number they said they would not come here because the complex was so big. Horrible and extremely unprofessional. Then when they finally came and gave me a jump start Tony the tow driver said he could not replace my battery but he was so nice and helpful. I had a bobcat break down in Natick and needed it brought to a shop in Framingham. The dispatcher listened to what the problem was and asked some good questions (because a broken Bobcat will not just roll like a car will). The driver was there (with the right equipment) within a half hour. Despite it being a challenge to get the machine moved and involved multiple changes to how it was hooked up (because as it moved, then angle of "attack" changed) he was able to get it loaded and brought to the shop in Framingham. Pros: reasonable price, positive "can do" attitude by dispatcher and driver, timeliness Cons: none Hopefully I will not need a two truck in the future but if I do, Henry's get's my call! The transmission linkage broke in my Jeep and I was stuck in a parking lot with my niece in the cold so I called AAA. USELESS call. First they said they would send someone out. The kid showed up but couldn't tow it because it was stuck in 4 wheel drive. He called & said they needed a flatbed and some would arrive in a half hour. After an hour I called AAA and they lied to me and said that the kid closed the call and they didn't have anyone with a flatbed to pick me up, they would work on finding someone but it could take hours I explained I had my niece with me who needed meds at 3pm. Her response was I'm sorry there is nothing we can do for you. My BF called around and got Henry on the phone, explained the situation to him and to have me call him. I called Henry who was extremely sympathetic to my situation and would have someone out to me in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later Chris from Henry's pulled up!! Chris was friendly, very professional, very polite and just a really nice kid. Chris hooked up my Jeep and got me and my Jeep home safely!! I would recommend Henry's to anyone & everyone!! I hope I never need towing services again but if I should I will be calling Henry's!! read more

My car broke down in Framingham on 3/22 at around 8:45 in the morning. For some reason it kept just stalling and when i hit the gas to drive...nothing! I called AAA and they informed me that the tow truck would be there in about 45 minutes....Well...20 minutes later..Henry's towing to the rescue.
