I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. Will use them again if i'll need urgent care again.

This clinic caught my eye since it was close and the reviews were great. I called and confirmed they took my HMO card before scheduling a same day appointment. The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

I recently…read morecame across her Yelp page while searching for her address and was genuinely surprised to see her rating drop. It felt very unfair, and I wanted to share my experience. It is always a pleasure to see Dr. Tran. She has consistently been patient, attentive, and respectful. I tend to have a lot of questions, and I usually do my own research before appointments because I know she is busy and other patients are waiting. That mutual respect goes both ways, and she has never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What I value most is how she explains my health issues. She takes the time to explain the underlying reasons, not just what to do or what not to do. That approach helps me truly understand the situation so I can make informed decisions. Many doctors simply give instructions without explaining the logic behind them, and with my personality, that often leads me to ignore advice I don't fully understand. Dr. Tran is different, and that makes a huge difference in my care. The staff has also been consistently helpful and professional. As long as you arrive on time, there is usually very little waiting. Good communication between a doctor and patient is extremely important, and Dr. Tran genuinely listens. I hope she continues practicing medicine the way she does and doesn't let unfair reviews discourage her.

He's easily frustrated, impatient, rude and sometimes even openly shakes his head at you if you want him to explain something (acts like you're wasting his precious time). Communication is poor from both this doctor and his receptionist. Sometimes the receptionist doesn't know how to answer your questions and just tells you to make an appointment for office visit... Let's talk specifically about my USCIS immigration examination. He is sloppy and careless. We gave him the immunization records and he did not even mark them correctly on the USCIS forms (among some other concerns we had), so we had to make him redo it. How embarrassing is it that the patient has to catch silly mistakes? It was his mistakes, but he acted as if we're just bothering him and had a terrible attitude when he reluctantly came out to talk to us. The receptionist was also rude and even went as far as to tell us we should get a license and do the USCIS exam ourselves. I mean c'mon this doctor cannot even copy and paste immunization records properly, I'd do it myself if I was allowed to. Just such a stressful and bad experience, I hope my review can help others avoid this so called doctor

It was a classic case of: 'I didn't know I needed therapy until I got therapy.' I booked an evaluation not because of an injury, but as preventive maintenance for my physical well-being. It's the same logic I use for my car: you don't wait for the engine to fail before you take it in for service. A standard annual physical checks your internal chemistry, but it doesn't check the health of your skeletal architecture. If you want to live a long life without a wheelchair or chronic pain, this is the missing piece. It's just science. Dr. Benjamin listens with extreme patience. After just watching me walk, he could tell me exactly what I needed to work on. He didn't just explain the root cause of my back pain (the classic millennial struggle); he explained the chain reaction behind it using simple analogies and actionable steps. He treats the cause, not just the effect. Since the exercises are all bodyweight-based, I can do them anywhere--at home or while traveling. Before this, I didn't realize my back was aching simply because it was compensating for my hamstrings. I've moved away from the linear mindset of 'stretch what hurts' to a deeper focus on strengthening the right muscles for longevity and performance. It's about unlearning a lifetime of bad habits and replacing them with proper form. This has completely changed how I approach my training. I've stopped relying on 'primal intuition'--doing whatever it takes to finish a movement--and started using the muscle groups that were born to do that work. Instead of burning out my strongest muscles, I'm finally using the whole system. Be who you were designed to be. I don't know why this isn't a routine checkup for everyone yet, but I am sure it will be once we start to value our bodies as much as our technology.
