I am 53 years old and started training with Dan after my bulging disc C5 and C6 inflammation calms down. A year and a half, I lost 29lbs . I don't know how I did it but I did it. Dan guide me thru and his constant nagging and reminders was a big help!! I know I can't do it by on my own. Training session was surprisingly fun, tailored to match my liking and he made my hour session goes by so quickly, that's the best. From hating to go for an hour training to looking forward for my next training session. There are times, instead of a workout session, he did a stretch therapy and then send me home. I'm like wow, how he knows i have that mild pain on my elbow, just by asking me a few questions?? Pain was instantly gone!. Of course its not a one time magic, pain on elbow did come back after a few days due to my work . By going weekly, now my pain is almost not there at all. Thank you Dan! Wish I started with you 10years ago!

Dan took one quick look at my body, knew exactly what areas needed work, went to work, and made it like new.

Everyone there is great!! The massage is great, really relaxed and moved or flattened my knots or/and over all definitely recommend this place. I've been here many times now, I get a massage about once a week. Check it out.!!

My masseuse was welcoming and I was fine with her shyness since her English wasn't great, but we had a basic conversation during the massage. She was nice but didn't put much strength behind the massage. I guess that's my fault for not speaking up, but I also wasn't asked if the pressure is sufficient. I mentioned several times that my neck needed a lot of attention. While she did kind of focus on it she didn't actually work on the knots and I felt like she brought the pain to the surface but didn't resolve it (I don't think that makes sense, but I mean that as it wasn't an effective massage for the problem area I came for). My calves and ankles got more time and action (and were not sore) even though I kept pointing out how much my neck was tight and painful. When I left the table, sure, I felt somewhat relaxed, but rather I was reminded of areas that had pain without being given proper pressure on them. Am I supposed to buy a 2-hour massage to feel the relief? When it came to tip, I didn't have much cash on me, but her colleague pressured me to tip with card-- $20 on a $72 (the original price was increased by $2 because I used card). The $14 that I originally offered wasn't enough apparently because "90 minutes is a long time". So why do I not feel as relaxed as other massage sessions? Unfortunately, not going back.
