It begins with a back stretch while laying face down on a special massage table that moves my hips and legs up and down, a heating pad on my back, a massage, then comes the adjustment and a couple stretches. The adjustment consists of moves I've never had done to me before but have made a huge difference in my comfort throughout this pregnancy. My favorite part about coming here is that Dr. Sepulveda goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling good every time.
