My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

I am so glad I found Michelle! She has been so instrumental in helping me understand what I should be eating to support my workouts. When I first started working with Michelle, I was feeling out of shape and lacked confidence. Over the course of my time working with her, she helped me to get stronger and feel great. I always felt like my workouts were customized to my abilities but also to continue to push me. She listened to my feedback on workouts and really honed in on what I enjoyed but also what I needed. When I first started I hated the lunges! But now I've got them down and they're one of my favorite exercises in the rotation. In addition to the workouts, she also spent a lot of time with me focused on nutrition and diet, as well as mindset. I have a high stress profession but my my twice-a-week sessions with Michelle were always a great stress relief and provided an outlet to reset my mindset and attitude. She also sent weekly reminders about nutrition and mindset. There was a period of time that I was working to establish a routine of eating breakfast. She texted me every morning to help keep me accountable. In addition to my twice weekly sessions, Michelle also loaded workouts into the Trainerize app. This allowed me to do a third workout on my own each week. Also was very helpful when I was on vacation - even if I was going to missing my in person session, I could still do the workout on my own. I would definitely recommend Michelle's services to others.
