Best PT I've ever had, and I've had a decade straight of PT. Kass, Renae, and Grant have changed my life with their approach to physical therapy. They are extremely knowledgeable about pretty much any physical issue you can throw at them, and they all clearly have a huge dedication to their craft. I've worked with all three of these guys throughout an ACL rehab, and each one of them made themselves familiar with the details of my injury, surgery, and recovery. I have never felt like I've been given just a generic ACL recovery plan; each session and my overall plan has been specifically tailored to my medical history, goals, and specific feelings and thoughts throughout the recovery process. In my experience, a lot of PTs will throw basic exercises at you based on where you should be rather than where you are in your recovery process, but these guys have been super locked into my recovery and what I need out of each session. They do this with every patient too, which makes it even cooler to see how much care and attention they place on everybody's recovery process. These guys are the best. This is my 4th orthopedic surgery in my mid 20s and it has genuinely been the best recovery process yet. I played 6 years of college soccer with top tier physical trainers who couldn't even chat to these guys. My only regret is not having done the rest of my surgery recoveries with these guys earlier. Also, the facilities are great, lots of equipment that allows for a huge range of exercises for different phases/types of rehab processes. You can get these resources in a lot of PT clinics, but I guarantee you will not get the attention to detail and care that these guys offer to every single patient and every single session. Earnest PT is the best of the best, and when I inevitably need more PT, I would not think twice about coming here again. Also, Hanna is the queen of reception. Have been sent for therapy! Neuropathy, numbness in legs and toes, balancing, using incorrect areas of body to keep myself upright. The Ernest team has been working with me, enabling me to strengthen legs, to stabilize myself and remove the fear of falling. This team listens to your thoughts on how you are feeling and works to improve your body. Believe me when I say that as you work for these improvements, adjustments are made so you will meet your necessary goals. When you feel you can't accomplish an exercise, they are on your side and let you know you can. A positive attitude is necessary to accomplish your goals. Earnest Physical Therapy shines in the physical therapy world. I arrived with a diagnosis of Spinal Stenosis; possibly looking at surgery- definitely pain mgmt. Because of the excellent care I have received here, I have not had to experience either. I will always have this problem, but Kassidy, Renae, Grant, Heidi, Spencer have orchestrated programs for me to address my issues and continually make me feel better ALL of the time. In addition, these professionals have super people skills so I always feel that I am with family. My physical and mental well being has been so much better since I started treatment. Absolutely the best. Every staff member there. My very favorite is. Cassidy. She truly has helped me get my life back. I was completely derailed when I had to have a total knee replacement. I was referred to Ernest Physical Theropy by Full Throttle Law. What a powerful combination I will tell you that. Every session I've had, which is once a week, has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on my recovery. I go for dry needling and treatment for my neck and headaches, and Kassidy takes the time to make sure my treatment is effective. I walk out feeling great, and my headaches have decreased. I actually enjoy dry needling now! What really stands out is her patience and encouragement throughout the process.
