I'm one of those older guys who always thinks he can do more than he probably should, so I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit. That usually takes a toll, but these guys keep putting me back together and keeping me active. I'm physically stronger and in less pain now than I was 20 years ago, and that's because of this place. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and great at finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful they keep me in the gym and on the road, running virtually pain-free. And yes, they now see my entire family, because they're that good. They currently treat my son for a knee issue and are amazing with him, especially since he was nervous to come in because of his autism. My wife goes there for herniated discs, and they've helped her feel stronger and so much better. Even my daughter came in after waking up one morning with severe back pain, they fixed her right up, and she didn't even want to stop coming once she hit 100% (we finally had to tell her she was good!). Thanks Align, for taking such great care of our whole family!

I went to the clinic, and spoke with the staff. They were very friendly, and showed me around the clinic. They told me about the treatment option, and said the could fit me in right away. I gave them my referral from my Orthopedic doctor, and they scheduled my appointments for the week. The the 1st appointment after waiting about 15 minutes, my therapist said he was just doing an assessment of my range of motion. I only took about 30 minutes. He massaged my shoulder, did some slight movement of my arm, and instructed me to do some rotation and sliding exercises. He put a heating pad on my shoulder, and that was it. The 2nd appointment I had to wait 15 minutes before similar treatment. The 3rd appointment, I had to wait 20 minute before being called to a massage table. My assigned therapist was working on another patient. I was given a table just a few feet away from where he was. I was agreed to a heat pad on my shoulder while I waited for my therapist. I sat with the pad for another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed. Why schedule an appointment when you clearly are not available. Another therapist named JC came to my table and took the pad off my shoulder. He tried to change the position of the table, but he did not know how to operate it. He went over to another therapist to ask for assistance. That is when I realized that he was new, and obviously inexperienced! He massaged my shoulder for about 5 minutes. I was visibly in pain, and he was scared to treat me. He said it was unusual for a patient to be in that much pain even though I had surgery less than 3 weeks ago. He told me that I needed to call my doctor. I was shocked and mortified that Align clinic would assign such an experienced therapist who didn't know how to treat me. I waited 40 minutes for about 10 minutes worth of treatment. I called my doctor's office immediately after I left, and was advised not to return to Align clinic. I then called Align clinic, and told them that my doctor and I decided that I was not a good fit for this clinic and I would not be returning. In my opinion this clinic is more like a gym than a therapeutic clinic. The staff is pleasant, and the clinic is clean, however I think the clinic is not organized, as I didn't see anyone writing notes or looking at records of their patients. The clinic was very crowded and it seems the priority is on getting the most business instead of making sure each patient gets the best treatment.

A Truly Exceptional Level of Care!…read more After more than 25 years of dealing with chronic pain and complex health issues, I've relied on countless PT facilities across California and Nevada. I honestly can't imagine living a week without physical therapy, but since I found Synergy Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge nearly two years ago, I finally understand what truly excellent care feels like. This team has been instrumental in my recovery from major, complicated back fusion and shoulder replacement surgeries. From the moment you step in, you are surrounded by genuine attention and care. The entire team--from the front desk to the therapists--is incredibly professional, friendly, kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every single staff member knows every patient's name, condition, and needs. My progress is dynamically evaluated, and my exercises are thoughtfully adjusted session-to-session, not just once a month like I experienced at other clinics. My therapist, Alexandra Wilson, is a consummate professional whose expertise is matched only by her kindness. She is fantastic! Additionally, Manager Alia Jenkins and the front desk staff always do their absolute best to accommodate the best possible schedule for you. Beyond the superb clinical care, the atmosphere is simply great--it feels like you're working with a group of good friends. They celebrate every day of life, and the environment is always positive and upbeat. I highly, highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy! They set the standard for what physical rehabilitation should be.

From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of something special. Remember the show "Cheers"? It's like that--everyone knows your name. I'd walk in and be greeted with a warm "Hi, Robert!" every single time. Let's be honest, physical therapy isn't exactly something most people look forward to. But Phil and team (shoutout to Miranda and Juliann) go out of their way to make the experience not just bearable, but actually enjoyable. They take the time to listen, adjust the program to your specific needs, and keep you motivated throughout the process. Phil's personalized program helped me tremendously with my lower back and hip issues. The progress I've made is undeniable. And one more big plus--they keep the place very clean, which matters a lot. If you're looking for a physical therapy clinic where you're treated like a person (not just a patient) and where the staff genuinely cares about your progress, Synergy is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I was willing to give it a whirl, especially since the alternative was popping pills like a human Pez dispenser. First, I chatted with Nichole, the Business Manager/receptionist, who was as nice as pie and well-versed in the labyrinthine world of insurance. Lindsey was my therapist, and she immediately put me at ease by outlining the game plan for the next few sessions. She presented treatment options with the finesse of a game show host--always giving me the chance to pass on the prizes if they made me uncomfortable. Keep in mind certain PT methods can be a tad painful, but keep going, it will get better!!! After weekly sessions and a mix of in-office wizardry, home exercises, and some diet tweaks (goodbye, junk food; hello, hydration!), my pain has dramatically improved. I'm still a work in progress, but I'm feeling like I'm getting pretty close to that elusive 100%. Lindsey is not just friendly and well-informed; she's the ultimate cheerleader. She even tossed in a book recommendation, "The Way Out" by Alan Gordon, which was the icing on my "cure cake." She's been a constant source of encouragement and support, making me feel like I'm part of a winning team on the road to recovery! Thank you so much to Lindsay and the amazing staff. Also. What I LOVE about this place is you only see your doctor. Not an assistant. Or a student. Or some new person every time. It's the same doctor. DOCTOR. Every. Single. time. And you're the only patient. It's not a room full of patients with one doctor like some places have it. Again. Call now. The only reason this is a five-star review is because of their care, skill, and professionalism once in the clinic. The initial contact through the initial call service was disappointing: the interaction felt cold and short-tempered, and being told it would be about two months before an opening sent me searching elsewhere. However, because of the shortage of occupational therapists who specialize in adult hand therapy, my search ended unsuccessfully and I got a call from ATI St Rose about an opening Taking the ATI St Rose appointment turned out to be the best decision. Sarah is a very talented and passionate Doctor of Occupational Therapy who clearly cares about her patients and their outcomes.
