I have been a patient of Tru Physical Therapy off and on throughout the years. First when I had my neck fusion, then with foot surgery and more recently with my hip and shoulder. Eric and his team are phenomenal. Not only do they work well together, the treatment that is prescribed has been incredibly helpful. Eric somehow manages to keep track of all of his patients and makes sure to address each of their issues. He also makes sure to work on the injuries as well. If you are looking for PT with someone who is hands on and keeps you involved with your therapy this is the place for you. I personally won't go anywhere else! read more

Staff is exceptional and DPT Cory is the best! They treat you well and provide exercise and tips to help you improve. Thank you

I've been having some very painful and frustrating right shoulder pain that just wouldn't go away. I'm so thankful to have found Tru Physical Therapy and their amazing staff specially Cory who performed his magic on me. He asked me about what was bothering me and after performing some assessments and asking what my goals were he went to work. My goal was to be pain free and regain my mobility so I could continue to stay active and keep playing softball at a competitive level. I gave him a deadline and he exceeded my expectations with the regimen he created for me. I'm now pain free and able to throw the ball to about 95% of my pre injury and plan on continuing to follow his recommendations that will bring me back to 100%. Huge thank you!! read more

Good facilities and equipment. Staff is knowledgable, helpful and genuinely interested in getting you well. Not too crowded so you get the attention you need. Been to a number of PT practices and this is best. read more

I have been going to True Physical Therapy on and off for about 5 years. I am currently getting help with my hip. The staff at Tru Physical Therapy are incredible. I am older and have been to various physical therapy places in my life. I can say that Chris and the rest of his staff are Masters At what they do. I highly recommend them. read more

I had to do vestibular/balance therapy prescribed by my ENT, I originally chose this place because of how close it is to home. But these people are amazing and so helpful and kind, and I would choose them again for anything else in the future, regardless of how close or far. I learned a lot and I'm excited to keep up with it at home, but very grateful for my time here. read more

I had knee replacement surgery and TRU Physical Therapy was my choice for PT. From my Physical Therapist Chris, the great team that works with him, and the office associates I experienced total professionalism and extremely nice people! TRU PT is a smaller organization and I liked that experience. Everyone who works there can assist in a patient's needs, and I liked the personal interaction. If I need PT again I'll be coming back to TRU PT! read more

I enjoy this center and their therapists !! I'm currently a month in for a knee injury and i love how they truly care and listen to your questions and take the time to show you how to do things correctly . But not just in the excercises but also in what's going on with your injury and how the body recovers and heals ( I like to ask extensive questions ) . You can truly see the passion they have for this work and what they do . read more

Truly the best PT in Las Vegas. I was going to an other place after a full knee replacement and it was like mass production and very poor progress. Tru was highly recommended by my new.PCP and I am so happy I changed to Tru. Chris explained in great detail my physical issues and the PT plan that I needed. PT is never easy but Chris and his staff are very supportive and encouraging. They closely watched me to ensure I was using the proper techniques and gave me lots of coaching. I was given printouts of exercises to do at home and trained how to do them correctly. In just a few weeks I had remarkable improvements and huge gains in range of motion. Chris is highly educated and was not only my therapist but my medical advisor, coach, and advocate. I highly recommend Tru Physical Therapy, it hurts sooo good :) read more

My wife and I have been going to Tru for various PT needs for the past 8 yrs., while the staff has changed throughout the years the high level of care has not! I would and do recommend them to anyone looking for or needing PT care. G Woodward read more

Feels more personal than other PT offices I've been too. Therapists are in the general room with patients & their assistants. This makes them more accessible for questions & for keeping an eye on their patients & changing things up as they see a need. Loved the Physical therapists I've worked with there - most recently Eric and Megan. Skylar is great too, but at their newer location. read more

I went to Tru Physical Therapy for a knee injury. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, encouraging, and engaged in helping to correct the problem. The therapy area is spacious and the therapists are attentive. I am very pleased to recommend Tru for physical therapy. read more

Sincere thanks to the whole team @Tru Therapy! (Audrey, Chris, Nick, Mia, Tyler & Melissa) They are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It is truly fantastic to be able to use my left arm/shoulder without pain again. My rotator cuff injury is completely healed! Cary read more

Very limited interaction from the therapists or their team. Zero follow through on the prescribed care, or patient status on how the PT is progressing. Nothing achieved here that I could not have done home alone without the travel inconvenience or their fee. Absolutely no follow-up or call back when I expressed dissatisfaction with my experience at True PT. Would not recommend if you are serious about your physical therapy care and results read more

Highly recommend for any type of physical therapy or training. Eric was great and was able to put together a program to relive the pain I had in my right forearm for months. I struggled working out, golfing, and performing normal day to day tasks. The strength training, stretches and focused work/attention to the area done by him and the team at TRU allowed me to get back to a normal life. My only regret was not going in sooner to see Eric and the team. Thank you All. read more

I am currently being treated at this facility for a total knee replacement. In the past 6 years I have had a lot of PT and it was never anywhere near as good as this place. The staff is amazing! The patients are amazing! I am making friends as well as healing. I've been going for several weeks and will definitely be sad when I am done but I'll probably stop in to say hi. Chris is an excellent therapist and very caring. I'm definitely going to miss Audrey a lot! As for the rest of the staff, including office girls.....I will miss seeing them all 3x a week read more

Tru Physical Therapy Clinic Review. Tru Physical therapies clinic is one of the best clinics in town because all the team members have genuine interest in caring for the patients' well being . In my opinion, this is the clinic with team members who deliver the highest quality of care and the main focus is the patient. I'm very much aware of their team's effort in delivering care because my husband and I were previous patients in this clinic. Team leader , Chris is a doctor of Physical therapy is outstanding in his expertise in doing history taking, physical assessment , provided plan of care, and at the same time ,managed and priorities the daily activities of the clinic. Chris Evans has been a life changer for me. I have complicated layered physical issues ( due to two car accidents) that He has been confident in treating, and to date, have avoided a surgery because of working with Chris. If you are in pain, a consult with Chris will be the best 30 minutes you ever spent. I no longer feel like I'm at the mercy of my pain, but rather have a real, doable plan to continue my healing progress. Five star all the way! read more

Uniquely impressive office. An appointment here gets you not just one assigned physical therapist but an entire team. I had a pain in my back that I originally was dealing with by taking medication and just ignoring. For many many years. Deciding to finally get up and do something about it and making an appointment with Chris Evans and team was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. This staff is very unique from any other medical office I've ever been to in the fact that they all get along amazingly well. I've never seen an office like it. I was constantly being attended to every session. If "down time" is your thing do not come here! The positivity, knowledge and encouragement you'll get from the staff here will not only be what you need to get better but inspire you to keep coming back..... I no longer take medication. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you for that Tru Physical Therapy Team. read more

Tru physical therapy and Chris Evans have helped me through the very difficult time with my chronic neck pain. Chris and staff have absolutely been amazing. I was diagnosed four years ago with injury related shoulder osteoarthritis. The pain was so intense and ubiquitous that I thought I would have to renounce all physical activity and weight lifting forever. My orthopedist highly recommended utilizing Tru Physical Therapy. Evan and the kind, caring staff at Tru put me on a therapeutic regime such that I rebuilt strength in my shoulder and eventually the constant pain pretty much disappeared. Now I'm back in the gym, I'm physically active, and I feel like I have my life back again. I would not hesitate to go back. Thank you, Tru! read more

I just wanted to send a huge thank you and also let you know how wonderful my experience was at Tru Therapy. I had the pleasure of working with Eric over the past few weeks and the level of professionalism, kindness, understanding and just overall "good guy" attitude he displayed made this experience so much more enjoyable. The way that Eric, Nick & James made me feel and handled my situation was truly one of the best customer service experiences I have had in Las Vegas. As a business owner, it is imperative to share all kinds of feedback so I hope that you know how great these employees are and because of Eric and his team I will recommend Tru PT to anyone I know that is needing assistance. read more

We found Tru when my youngest was diagnosed with a winging scapula. Not a crazy big deal, but looks trippy. We wanted to get some exercises that would help him gain control and strengthen the shoulders, and that he could continue at home. Eric and the team were amazing. Great motivation and cool enough to get through to a pre-teen (if you have one, you get it!). We even brought our older kid in for a few sessions and exercise pointers. Tru will be my choice as long as they are in my network!! read more

Chris and the team at Tru are wonderful! I came here for PT years ago, and have referred friends and family to them ever since. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, the equipment is always up to date, and the results you'll find here are the best around. I've gone to other physical therapists in Henderson before finding Tru, and the experience at other offices paled in comparison to here. read more

I have lived with chronic pain for well over 10 years. After numerous attempts on my own to relieve pain nothing was working. I had given up regular day to day activities that we take for granted and was getting more depressed everyday. Finally my dr convinced me to try physical therapy. I highly recommend Evan as he is very caring, listens and addressess all of the needs of all of his patients. read more

I have been using Tru Physical Therapy for over 10 years. Chris Evans is awesome! There are two other therapists, Evan and Chris, and they are excellent also. Chris and his staff are excellent! I am an ex- professional dancer and have a lot of recurring issues with my hips, knees and ankles. I went to Chris about 5 years ago with knee issues and he was amazing! He got me fixed up quickly and on my way. Then, last year I pulled my hamstring and decided to go to a different clinic on the other side of town because it was more convenient. I spent months in physical therapy and had been struggling with issues from that hamstring pull ever since. I finally got tired of the pain and went back to see Chris. Within a month I was functioning normally again! I feel like a new person! I have been to many physical therapists over the years but Chris is one of my favorites. He knows what needs to be done and wastes no time. He allows you stay at the clinic as long as needed each session to do what you need to do to get well. As long as I live in Vegas I will always go to him and send my friends to him as well. I am so happy to have found such a great place! read more

I have gone to Tru Physical Therapy a number of times over the past 10 years or so. My wife, nephew and friends have also been treated at Tru by Chris and his team. I went in for shoulder strengthening prior to surgery, therapy after the surgery and later for a back injury. My nephew had severely cut hand and when it was time for physical therapy I took him to Tru. Chris Evans and his team provide a clean, friendly, professional atmosphere while ensuring that you get the treatment that's right for you. I've been to Tru for two surgery recoveries of the same kind. I wouldn't have been able to recover as well as I did if it weren't for Chris and the staff. I never imagined that physical therapy could be fun - however, TRU Physical Therapy and their staff actually turn recovering and rehabilitation into a good time! The staff is very welcoming and take the time to get to know you and understand your injuries. The collective knowledge that Chris, Ancell, and Evan have is quite amazing. I've been through some tough shoulder surgeries and Chris Ancell has gotten me from not even being able to lift my arm an inch to regaining so much strength and range of motion. He has kept me encouraged when I wanted to give up and was compassionate when the pain brought tears to my eyes. The facility is super clean and well equipped. Their hours and scheduling are very flexible and their front office staff is quick and efficient. It has been a great experience to watch people come in for their initial consultation and then be able to see their progress throughout the months. Whether therapy is for children, adults, or seniors, TRU Physical Therapy should be your first choice! read more
