I had a great experience with Align Physical Therapy while recovering from severe tennis elbow and significant forearm pain and limited mobility. The team helped me make meaningful progress through a combination of strengthening exercises, stretching techniques, and hands-on massage therapy. When I first started, the pain and immobility were really impacting my ability to use my arm normally, and I'm very happy with how much stronger and more functional it became throughout therapy. I came in due to a knee and glute problem. My first experience went smoothly it started with asking me the problem and assessing the area of concern. I decided to do dry needling with electrodes, followed by a warm compress on the area, and on other days I do Neubie Neufit (a direct current stimulation device). It really helped me get back on track. Just a few sessions in, I started to feel better and was able to do the things I wasn't able to when I first came in. The staff and the therapists are knowledgeable and professional at all times. I can truly say they care about their patients and will do their very best to get you back on track. Now, my 10-year-old son also comes here since he hurt his shoulder from tackle football. My son did cupping and used the Neubie Neufit machine, and just after the second session, he was feeling much better, with his pain scale dropping from 8/10 to 3/10. I've been coming here for about five months now, and I honestly don't want to stop, this place has knocked at least ten years off my body. I'm one of those older guys who always thinks he can do more than he probably should, so I'm constantly pushing myself to the limit. That usually takes a toll, but these guys keep putting me back together and keeping me active. I'm physically stronger and in less pain now than I was 20 years ago, and that's because of this place. The therapists here are extremely knowledgeable and great at finding the root cause of issues instead of just treating symptoms. I'm incredibly thankful they keep me in the gym and on the road, running virtually pain-free. And yes, they now see my entire family, because they're that good. They currently treat my son for a knee issue and are amazing with him, especially since he was nervous to come in because of his autism. My wife goes there for herniated discs, and they've helped her feel stronger and so much better. I had my 2nd rotator cuff tendon surgery on November 25, 2025, after a work injury. I researched in-network clinics in my area, and found Align Physical therapy clinic. I went to the clinic, and spoke with the staff. They were very friendly, and showed me around the clinic. They told me about the treatment option, and said the could fit me in right away. I gave them my referral from my Orthopedic doctor, and they scheduled my appointments for the week. The the 1st appointment after waiting about 15 minutes, my therapist said he was just doing an assessment of my range of motion. I only took about 30 minutes. He massaged my shoulder, did some slight movement of my arm, and instructed me to do some rotation and sliding exercises. He put a heating pad on my shoulder, and that was it. The 2nd appointment I had to wait 15 minutes before similar treatment. The 3rd appointment, I had to wait 20 minute before being called to a massage table. My assigned therapist was working on another patient. I was given a table just a few feet away from where he was. I was agreed to a heat pad on my shoulder while I waited for my therapist. I sat with the pad for another 20 minutes. At this point I was annoyed. Why schedule an appointment when you clearly are not available. Another therapist named JC came to my table and took the pad off my shoulder. He tried to change the position of the table, but he did not know how to operate it. He went over to another therapist to ask for assistance. That is when I realized that he was new, and obviously inexperienced! He massaged my shoulder for about 5 minutes. I was visibly in pain, and he was scared to treat me. He said it was unusual for a patient to be in that much pain even though I had surgery less than 3 weeks ago. He told me that I needed to call my doctor. I was shocked and mortified that Align clinic would assign such an experienced therapist who didn't know how to treat me. I waited 40 minutes for about 10 minutes worth of treatment. I called my doctor's office immediately after I left, and was advised not to return to Align clinic. I then called Align clinic, and told them that my doctor and I decided that I was not a good fit for this clinic and I would not be returning. In my opinion this clinic is more like a gym than a therapeutic clinic. The staff is pleasant, and the clinic is clean, however I think the clinic is not organized, as I didn't see anyone writing notes or looking at records of their patients. The clinic was very crowded and it seems the priority is on getting the most business instead of making sure each patient gets the best treatment. read more

Yelpers Sadly I cannot recommend APT. The reason why I cannot has nothing to do with the actual therapy. In fact , my first visit with APT was actually very positive. I met the owner, ( Adam ) who was thoughtful and friendly! I came in for a 2nd opinion of my knee injury and Adam was very proficient with his diagnosis and treatment. Where it all fell apart was Adam's follow through or lack of follow through with his clients. I asked Adam to simply provide a report of his findings on my knee injury and even after 3 calls (!) Adam never called back. It was very disappointing as I was planning to go back to see Adam for more treatment but I now have 2nd thoughts due to the lack of care by Adam the owner therapist. read more

I went to another place for my right shoulder and they ripped it out after my surgery and so I've been scared to really get after it, but I haven't had my surgery yet so these guys have been working on all of my other muscles around my rotator cuff which is torn completely but it's been working really well and with what they are doing it's helping me to get back to it! Full Story- Align Physical Therapy has given me back my life. Full range of motion is something I used to take for granted each day until I did not have it. I first went to my doctor, which felt like a 6 week waste of time and money. After x-rays, other tests, and visits, the doctor finally gave me a referral to a physical therapist after I requested it before I was willing to allow them to continue with more test. I was able to make an appointment with the company my doctor recommended (another company I will not mention). When I looked at their 2.5 star rating, I decided to do my own research to find a better facility. I found Align Physical Therapy. Thank God I did! My first visit was with Adam and he properly diagnosed my issue within the first five minutes. He then explained the process and estimated time frames for full recover. I appreciated that because now it gave me a timeline and proper expectations. Since I typically try to beat any expectations, I now set a goal for myself. Not sure how Adam professionally assessed pain tolerance, but he did. Adam used that to know how much he could push me. I had always heard the phrase, "no pain, no gain". Most of my life I associated that phrase with working out at the gym. Adam explained that if I wanted to shorten my road to recover, then I had to know that up front. I also appreciated that Adam explained why he recommended two sessions a week without being like a pushy salesman. Adam stated it once and never brought it up again. He allowed me to make that decision. Prior to my first visit, in one of the reviews I read about dry needling which was a term I had to research afterward. My definition after completing a physical therapy session with dry needling and opting out of it on another session is this: a therapy which reduces the length of time you feel "the pain" after a physical therapy session. It really helped me, and I highly recommend it. I started following all the exercises Adam trained me to do, and attending two sessions a week. By the end of the first week, not sure if my pain threshold increased or I just felt better, but I was able to get about 25% more range of motion. After my second week, I started to do more things with tolerable pain levels. I no longer felt the sharp pains which used to make my whole body freeze. My journey is only a couple weeks in, but I have to say, so far, I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend Align Physical Therapy to anyone! read more

I first met Max after I received a Cortisone shot after a knee injury. I am happy with Align Physical Therapy because they healed my knee. After I received a Cortisone shot from a knee injury, I was still walking like I had a knee injury. I was given a piece of paper with an exercise to try. I then realized I was on my own. I came to see Adam for a second opinion before a pain clinic put me on the road to surgery. Turns out, the true cause of the problem was different than what the spine doc and pain clinic thought. After just a few sessions of active treatment and exercises, I am 95% pain free and my core strength and overall flexibility is way up. Service: I have never had physical therapy before and I was a bit intimidated and nervous for what was in store. But, Max was patient and made sure he did a thorough assessment of my mobility. I left with helpful knowledge on different stretches and exercises I can do at home to help prepare me for our next session and to keep me in good condition. It was not difficult to find at all and if you use any gps system it will take you right to their store front. Had great results with Max treating my extreme lower back pain that comes and gos, but was extreme when I called Align. After a couple treatments, I was feeling much better.
