Dignity Health Physical Therapy in Henderson on Horizon and College is beyond description. I started treatment with them November of 2025, and they "kicked me out" () this past Tuesday. Each and every person there was beyond kind, caring, compassionate and very professional and diligent in making sure I was able to reach my goals of standing and walking on my own. I highly recommend this office if you need physical therapy. Everything about this office was significantly better than another PT company I tried first. My therapy plan was effective, I was given good scheduling options, the therapists were professional, and I was able to bring my baby. This office is in a busy medical building by Chick Fil A on Stephanie Street. It's a clean area with plenty of parking. The constant flow of people made me feel safer in the parking lot. The actual PT office is clean and organized. The office never felt excessively crowded. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. It wasn't long before they remembered me. Check in was so easy. Once they knew me I didn't even have to go to the desk. They keep payment on file if you prefer so you don't have to pull your card out every week. The physical therapist I worked with was Kristin Palmer. It was a two month wait for the initial assessment with her, but after that it was very easy to schedule appointments that fit my schedule. Kristin developed a personalized, effective plan to help with the issues that brought me to PT. Each week I left with exercises to do between sessions. She had me start with very basic exercises that really allowed me to learn proper techniques. Everything moved at a perfect pace to working up to more advanced exercises. Kristin was SO knowledgeable. I exercise five days a week so I had many questions about how that all tied in. She was always happy to answer my questions too. By the time I was done I felt empowered to continue improving at home. The amount of sessions I had was perfect. It was enough to learn what to do at home and to see improvements, but didn't drag on. I love the physical therapy approach of learning the exercises and moving on. I worked with Naomi one week and she was also great. All of the therapists were really friendly. It seemed like a family atmosphere among the staff. A MAJOR thing that made me love this office was that I was able to bring my baby to my appointments. My previous PT office (another company) didn't allow kids. That would have been a barrier to receiving PT for me. Kristin even gave me exercises that allowed me to hold my baby when she was fussy. Kristin never acted like my baby was an inconvenience. I really appreciated her flexibility with bringing baby. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So many medical offices have this all wrong and I appreciate the ones doing it right. I'm so glad that I was referred to this office. Absolutely, hands down the best Physical Therapy location that I ever experienced and Ive been through a few in town. This time I chose DHPT on Stephanie and Warm Springs. after a Total Knee Replacement. Best decision I made in quite a while. Dylan, John, Eric, Naomi and everyone, including the Front Desk Staff were courteous, professional, friendly and just a joy to be around. Definitely people-persons. Strangely, I actually looked forward to my PT sessions, no matter the pain. The therapist I got assign to mostly was Dylan. An absolute asset to Dignity Health. I felt comfortable with him from day one. I always got the days and times that worked best for me. After close to 4 months of PT I'm actually going to miss coming here. My mom recently had two surgeries which has limited her mobility a bit. After her procedures, she was recommended for physical therapy and I'm so happy her primary care doctor referred her to Select Physical Therapy. From booking appointments to their in person interactions with patients, I'm so pleased with the care my mother has received at this facility. Her PT Eric is awesome and he helps push her to get stronger and more mobile. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for my mom so far and I'm excited to see how she continues to progress through her treatment. If I could give no stars I would! Not consistent with therapy every visit it was more whatever came to mind that day, I had major surgery on my foot and needed lots of stretching, strengthen and scar tissue help therefore I needed a set of exercises that would help not random things I did once and never again. The focus was more on my clothes she felt my shirt was to big for me! If you have a choice go somewhere else! I called and voiced my concerns never even heard from a manager nobody they don't care. Wow recieved a missed call from them after I voiced my concerns Jena at the front desk said its just appt. Reminder!! Like seriously I am without any physical therapy now!! I was very nervous going in. I had fractured my wrist in 4 places and had been in a cast for 6 weeks. My wrist was very stiff. I met RJ (Richard) and he did some measurements and showed me some exercises to do to try to loosen it up. Very nice! The next week I went in and Darrin worked with me and it was WAY more intense. I left crying. Not because he himself hurt me but because my wrist was in pain but it was moving!! I was able to touch my thumb to my pinky and had not been able to do it before. The next day I saw RJ again. We did some more exercises and he did some stretches and manipulating of the wrist. It hurt. But I kept saying it hurts so good. He said he liked that I was making progress which was sooo nice to hear. I know the end result out weighs the pain right now. He was super compassionate and very easy to talk to. We chatted while he was stretching my wrist and maybe he was doing it to distract me but to me it felt genuine. Anyway... long story short. Would highly recommend. Both RJ & Darrin are great guys! I have seen more progress with my finger in 5 sessions than I did in 2 months with ATI. I went to ATI from Aug 2019-Nov 2019, and I complained that since Oct, I have not been able to straighten my finger with the exercises I have been given to do at home, combined with therapy with OT. I had a finger laceration that was taking longer to heal, and despite complaints to the ATI OT that the exercises were not working, they tried to discharge me with a crooked finger. When Dr Grabow learned of the discharge, he said definitely not and continue therapy. So I found a new therapy office closer to my home, and I'm so happy I did. Select never overbooks patients, and it's only you and one other patient for the OT. It's full dedicated personal time to your healing. I highly recommend coming here if you want to see quick results and I recommend seeing Darrin! read more

I fractured my humerus 3 months ago and after 6 weeks strapped down in a sling, I started therapy at Select! Great choice! After 5 weeks of therapy, 3 times a week, I can again take total care of my husband! Not bad for a 73 year old, all due to the excellent treatment plan by Jon with honorable mention to Jeff, Richard & Erik! You guys kept me on track & provided caring, professional therapy! I had knee surgery 9/24/10. the therapists at this office are great. I do have a favorite(just ask,I won't post it)! I am hard headed and eager to race,snowboard and fight now! they have pushed me just enough and also talked me out of being to crazy. due to my own fault I did have a clot scare, but I was overdoing it. at only 13 week out I'm already doing dynamic and lateral workouts( although yesterday my surgeon said he was uncomfortable with my training level and wanted my to stop running,jumping legs presses and side shuttles. told him I would but....... .. athletes know there bodies and I'm ready for this. read more

This review is overdue, but I want to thank Select PT for the great experience I had with therapy at their Stephanie office. I was sent to Select PT after carpal tunnel surgery. Scar tissue was causing pain. I was skeptical that the treatment described would alleviate the pain in my hand. Trust me, these professionals know their jobs and do them well. The therapist was a great guy, very patient and informative. After a very few visits my hand completely recovered..The scar is minimal, the pain is gone. read more

This place majorly scammed me. I was given a referral for a hand brace by my doctor. Before the appointment I was told the price was 120$ total. I showed up with my referral and the brace was made and I paid the 120$. I later received a bill from them for 153$. They are saying it was for a consultation which I never had. Insurance scam, and left me with a ridiculous co-pay. Worst part of the brace they made immediately started failing. The glue did not hold the Velcro and it is a sticky mess that does not work. I'm too afraid to go back to have it fixed cause lord knows what bill would show up next. Very frustrating and unhappy. Lesson of the story, if you go there to self pay, don't give them your insurance card! Had I not, the brace would have remained 120$ as originally quoted. read more

I went to Select Physical Therapy for PT for a herniated lumbar disc, and feel I was pushed too hard for the pain I was in. The first day was the evaluation, but at the second session the therapist had me on the bike already, yet I could barely walk 20 ft without having to stop for a break. I left the building crying in pain. After several more visits, I told them that one specific exercise made my pain worse, but they insisted I continued to try it. This ultimately made the pain permanently worse, and I consulted with my doctor who suggested I stop attending sessions. Additionally, I feel that the therapists at Select Physical Therapy didn't care about me, as there were instances where the therapists didn't know my plan before I came in, and read through my record and notes as I was doing my exercises or laying on the heating pad. Years ago I had PT at a different clinic out of state for a previously herniated disc, unrelated to this one, and the first thing they had me to was work on building the core strength before doing any exercises that put stress on the back, and knew my plan before beginning our session.
