I've been coming to Jackson PT since I had to have ACL reconstruction. They were recommended from a prior patient and I'm so glad she did. At one time I liked Jackson Physcial Therapy but they gone down hill so I stopped going and found my favorite PT. Their accounting dept at JPT sucks. A few months ago they hit me with a bill for $140 so my husband went over the bill and said ok we will pay it but is that all we owe and was told yes. About two months ago they are saying we still owed $15 for my last visit but we sent proof that was paid. We were told that $15 was not applied to my visit but was for something else!!!! Really now. They can find that $15 that went somewhere else and put it back where it belongs and stop harrassing us for $15. I know they are going down hill but get a better company to handle your books. If I worked like their accouting dept. does I would be in deep shit. read more

I was nervous to do physical therapy for the first time but there was no need as they are very patient with everyone they see. They work with you and gauge your weaknesses and strengths and inform you of what areas need improvement and any changes that come. If you need a break or feel ill or in pain suddenly they'll monitor you and lessen your exercises if need be because they want you to be at your best so you can do your best. For those like myself who are gender nonconforming they'll use your pronouns and the name you'd like to be referred by with no issue. I started going to Jackson PT three weeks ago. I had a shoulder replacement surgery and wanted to try a new facility. I'm so glad I tried this place. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. They have private rooms to have heat treatments in so you can relax before you start your workout. This is my 3rd experience utilizing PT. I have been going to the Henderson location for the past couple of months. When I arrived, I could barely walk without severe pain in my right knee and leg due to meniscus repair surgery and also sciatica pain since the surgery. From the very first appointment, I was extremely impressed with the care and concern of staff at this office. I went 3 times per week for awhile and then reduced to 2 times per week. Alfredo, Emily and Ace were excellent in their ability to recognize where my pain was and their application of different techniques to alleviate that pain for me. Most days I walked out of the office pain free. The pain would return but each week it would get a little better. All of the assistants were wonderful in assisting me with questions and concerns and documentation of my progress. The ladies at the front desk are always there with a smile and gracious welcome every time I arrived. Emily suggested Alfredo try dry needling for my sciatica pain and this is one therapy I will ALWAYS come back to! It was amazing what massive improvement I was able to experience with just a couple of sessions of this procedure. Brandon, I was a patient at your Green Valley location until the end of 2023. Because I had to go with another Medicare provider, I am no longer able to continue with my PT. Unfortunately, I had to make a financial decision and you're no longer on my plan. I want to give a shoutout to the staff. Carson was great! She always worked with me with my work schedule and is friendly and patient. Sara and Emily are amazing! Emily did a great job with my massage and manipulation therapy. My primary care doc referred me here bc I have an extremely tight muscle in my back. Conveniently in the same building, I went upstairs to fill out the paperwork and schedule an appointment. When I walked in, I noticed the office is extremely clean. A little hip with their set up - 2 tvs with enough chairs. While filling out my paperwork, I asked when the soonest availability was, and Antonia says, "How about today?" Ha! Sure! So I made an appointment for a little later that day. Came back ready for my first PT appointment! They took me back to a room with a freshly sanitized table (they leave a note letting you know). Being that it was the first appointment, the Dr asks you some questions before starting anything. Dr's Brandon and Bart are both really kind and really want to see you get better. Each person coming in is there for a different reason, so care is catered to their needs, but they listen to you and give you exercises that benefit you. When you go into the gym, there are different machines, therabands, and equipment for use based on whatever exercise they give you. All clean of course. Different tvs in the gym show different channels. to direct/help you with whatever you need. Friendly Technicians are on the floor to guide through your exercises and help you with what you need. I enjoy coming here as I've since been back,and again, staff are always so kind! They're actually pretty funny, too ha! I appreciate the cleanliness as well. Instead of walking into Jackson physical therapy it was more like I waddled in in baby steps of pain I felt at least some minor pain relief after heat and manipulation and more relaxed than I've felt in several years. However, after my first workout I felt somewhat exhausted and knew I'd been put through a focused routine. Today I had the heat therapy and a very very good and focused massage on the hip muscles that hurt me so much and felt so much better just after that. The exercises I did today were a bit different than the day before but I'm am finding all the effort beneficial. The staff are all very nice people, and very professional. It's so nice going through all this with people who take what they do seriously, professionally and caring. I have faith that if therapy can help me walk and stand pain free, this is where I will find the help I need. I have been to therapists before and they were flakie and distracted, Jackson is professional. All the benches etc were cleaned between use and face masks worn. Social distancing observed. When you first enter the office the two receptionists will greet you pleasantly and everyone inside does the same. Relax.
