Having already trusted him with two previous knee surgeries, I knew firsthand the level of skill, compassion, and care he brings to his patients. Choosing him again was one of the easiest decisions I could make. Dr. Yee has a wonderful way of making you feel genuinely cared for. He is incredibly kind, positive, patient, and reassuring. He never makes an appointment feel rushed and always takes the time to listen, answer every question, explain what to expect, and make sure I feel completely comfortable with my care. When you are facing surgery, having a physician who can give you that sense of confidence and peace of mind means everything. In May 2026, Dr. Yee successfully performed my shoulder surgery, making this my third successful surgery under his care. I am incredibly grateful not only for his surgical expertise, but for the consistency of care I have received from him over the years. There is an enormous amount of trust involved in choosing a surgeon, and Dr. Yee is the only orthopedic surgeon I would wholeheartedly trust with my care. What also makes his practice so special is the extraordinary team surrounding him. His PA, Mikell, who assisted with my surgery, has been wonderful throughout my experience. Tiffany, Alyssa, and Megan have also been fantastic. Every interaction reflects the same kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients that Dr. Yee himself demonstrates. It is often said that a great leader surrounds himself with great people, and Dr. Yee has certainly done that. I am equally grateful to Almira, who handles and coordinates the seemingly endless paperwork with such care, and Joy, who helps coordinate surgery scheduling and made that part of the process so much easier. Megan also gave me a pill to help relax & relieve me of the pain I was experiencing. She started my IV, then the head nurse, Heidi came and asked several questions then they both left me & my husband alone. I never saw Megan again.That was around 10:00. From 10:00 until 10:45 NO ONE CAME DOWN TO CHECK ON ME, TO SEE IF I NEEDED ANYTHING,IF I WAS STILL ALIVE. I needed to go to the bathroom, I rang for help around 11:00, still no one answered I rang for help several times after that and we could hear the nurses at the nurses station talking and laughing and having a good time. My husband finally stood up and signaled for some one to come and help me, Heidi came, ask what I wanted, I told her I had been trying to get help for 45 minutes to go to the bathroom. She said maybe my light wasn't working, she disconnected the IV, put the bedside railing down and left me to go to the bathroom all by myself without any one escorting me to the bathroom. Half way to the bathroom a male nurse, Eddie was walking by, asked me what I was doing, where was I going, I explained to him what happened, he helped me to the bathroom, waited for me and then helped me back to the bed and connected me to the IV put the bed side railing up. I was the last patient to go in to the operating room, I was supposed to have my surgery at 11:30, it was after 2:15 when the surgery finally got started. I got up to my room some time after 5:00, had something to eat and a nurse came in and asked if I wanted an ice pac, I said yes and I sat with the ice pack for a few hours. I was walking the hallway and I saw the nurse and told her that the ice pack was thawed and if she would please come and take it and re freeze it for me. She said she would be happy to do it, that was around 8:00 pm. Another nurse came and took it from me around 6:00 am the next morning. While I was walking the hallway, Dr. Crovetti was leaving a patients room. I explained to him how I was treated and I told him I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything because of the way I was treated. It was at this point I realized he really didn't care and he was just going to blow me of. To this day I have not heard anything from him or his staff. I'm writing this review so others will know how it really is.
