I just finished physical therapy at Comprehensive Therapy Center on Sunset Rd. Everything was great and I highly recommend them! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful and the physical therapists are amazing. I worked with Dr. Traci Cassidy and she was able to help with rehab that relieved me of pain I had been experiencing for months when no one else could get it diagnosed. (Thank you Traci!!) I had the opportunity to work with the other physical therapists there on occasion and they were quite knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would highly recommend using the Siena Clinic if you are in need of PT, especially post surgery. Instead of selecting a large, corporate facility, it's my experience that you get better care and treatment from a smaller clinic where the therapists provide a more personal touch (i.e. they will actually manipulate body parts, which is drastically needed for optimal results, unlike some clinics whose therapists never touch their patients). All 3 therapists at Siena work closely with their patients to assure maximum recovery. Since Art, who is fantastic, was my PT, I would recommend him. But, having watched Henry and Andrea work with their patients over 3 months, they would be great for you too. And, you won't find friendlier or more helpful front office staff than Melissa and Delinious. read more

I recently completed several weeks of therapy for an arthritic knee. Traci was my therapist and she is terrific. Both kind and very knowledgeable. Went for a intake, therapist came out and called me but she called me by the wrong name. Explain to me how you are already making yourself vulnerable by going to a psychologist and they cannot even get your name right. In fact my name is Janel and she called me Janice..... added all kind of different letters to my name to make up one she saw fitting. Went in anyway and she told me the reason she couldn't see me but she was referring me to a colleague, went the front and she had it all wrong! The colleague was not even taking new patients. It was a cluster and needless to say I was very upset walking out of there. It was a terrible first experience! read more

I choose Comprehensive Therapy Center since they opened at 7:30am and was close to work. I met Traci on my first visit. Over almost 3 months. I was given back my life. I am camping and hiking again. From the first visit, I was given the tools to gain strength and the use of my new knee. Traci ( and staff) helped me improve range of motion and then "gave" me the ability to move safely with confidence. She is open and sensitive to what motivates you to get the most out of your visit. I've been battling some back pain over the past month or so. At the advice of my doctor, I sought out physical therapy. A friend recommended I visit this clinic, and since they took my insurance, I made an appointment. My therapist is Traci. I came in with a TON of pain throughout my back and shoulder. After my initial and very thorough consultation, Traci helped prepare a roadmap for my recovery so I can be normal again. Already, after one week of therapy (along with my homework exercises), I am noticing reduced pain, increased motion and I generally feel better. I've been back a few times, and will need regular therapy, but I really think this clinic is THE best! They do a lot of listening after asking you questions. The facility is very clean and modern. The rest of the staff is very friendly. If you need physical therapy, you should definitely make an appointment. Traci rocks! read more

Comprehensive Therapy Centers at 10651Jeffreys St Henderson, NV. Is a Jem!!! This place has 1 DPT to each patient and 1 licensed PT. This is the clinic I have been going to seeing Andrea Mulligan DPT under the wonderful managerial supervision of Henry Banzon is by far the BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY I have ever received!!!! They truly are the best in town!!! I have re- injured my back with a vengeance and additional injuries to boot. I have done exercises I never new existed before!! Never go anywhere else my in pain and injured friends out there. Im in my 50's but danced my whole life so in great overall shape and jogged 7-15mi. per day when I started I couldn't drive. Now Im up and going after only 6 sessions. BRAVO!!!! I should know, I broke my back ( fell down my stairs at home, ruptured discs, almost severed my spine, shoulder and hip injuries, etc ) 3yrs ago, I went through many different PT places during my healing process including, but not limited to, ATI where they have 30-35 patients being treated by 4-5 maybe Licensed physical therapists and a handful of non licensed PTs in school etc. with that many in the waiting room. read more

I'm in my early thirties and have been in extreme pain for a few months now from a bulged disc in my lumbar. I saw several doctors and spine specialists, and was eventually told to go to physical therapy. My friend referred me to Traci and SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!!! She was the first and only doctor to sit down and go over my MRI with me and really explain what was going on with me. She made things so clear. She knows her stuff and honestly cares about you as a patient. She is so determined to get you feeling better and it quickly got me determined too! It's a great feeling to have after months of pain and no end in sight. She talked with me first and listened with care, then assessed me and even started treatment the day of. I did 15 min with the electric stimulator on with an ice pack, while Traci talked with me about her plan of action to get me back to normal. I had a bad lateral tilt as well, and Traci was able to preform a pelvic slide to get me walking straight again. Alex Delgado is a highly competent, well trained, and friendly person. He is recognized as "One of the Best" here in the area. The staff at Comprehensive Therapy Centers are well trained, efficient, and friendly. I have been treated by Alex for many years. He has returned me to health from such problems as broken ankles, a fractured pelvis, and a smashed femur. Most of these required emergency surgery and then long periods of healing with therapy to strengthen muscle and heal bone so that I am able to walk again. I walked into a very pleasant clinic...smiling faces all around...Then out came a sullen angry looking woman that ask me if I wanted to come back with her. The intake began with the normal information talk, normal questions to start then she attacked me because I did not answer the way she wanted me to? She ask how old I was I said I think I'm going to be 62 next week, she raised her voice and said " I am trying to get to know you how old are you?" the tone she used took me aback and I had to really think and count and said I will be 62 next week. Cherry on the top of the sundae was when she ask me a second time if I was having legal problems, I ask her why she ask me that again when I already said no, she again changed her tone with me when I questioned her..at that point I knew this was not going to work so I said that and got up to leave and she said as I walked out her door I will have to charge you for this visit...I could only take 30 minutes of the 45 minute hour she offered me. I will never use Mary Schumacher Stein and I will tell anyone that asks me about her to run fast the other way. read more
