When I went they hurt me so badly and had to get readjusted by a chiropractor that has way more expectancy felt 100 times better when someone fixed their mess up. Where is Dr. Smith??!! He is our favorite doctor and he is gone all of a sudden. That guy held this place together, consistently provided a high standard of care and always treated patients with the utmost respect (even on days when he's the only doctor aka heavy workload and stressful). Without him, we are rethinking our subscription and might just cancel it. I'm so sick and tired of seeing this place lose good doctors - it really devalues the customer care. Management didn't even bother communicating anything to us patients about Dr. Smith no longer working there - it was just so abrupt. It's hard to find good doctors in the valley, so when you find one, you stick with them. But this place keeps losing the good ones and you have to wonder why. I've been suffering for two years from a bad accident in the past. While I've had treatment here and there, I was never able to find someone that I felt comfortable enough to go to regularly and prices were always crazy. I spotted the deal for The Joint and decided to give it a try. I happened to be in the area and stopped in without an appointment, the girl at the counter was very sweet, and welcoming. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen and this was with squeezing me in around existing patients and new customers. The experience was amazing. I felt comfortable the whole time. The Chiro took to the time to go through my history, access my concerns and advise and focus what he was looking for. The adjustment was incredible. I'd been having trouble walking for the last few months as one leg was shorter from all of my locking up and muscles- he popped that pelvis and neck right back into place for me and I was on my way. Let me tell you, I felt so great I cleaned my garage for two hours lol. The pricing was great too and the adjustment plan made sense for what I needed and didn't at all feel pushy, selly, or as if they were trying to make a buck. I can now have affordable treatment I desperately need. I signed up for their $20 plan and I'll definitely be back! read more

I have been going to the Joint for over 10-years...8 years here at the Sunset location. Today around 1pm, there was not an office attendant (2nd time this month) to check in. I walked in at the same time as another female patient. Two drs were working. A preferred doctor that I was hoping to see opened up next to my chair, but I let the other patient go before me since she was one step in front me when we entered. I didn't want to see the other attending newer doctor because two weeks ago he about ripped my head off and after 4-days I was in a neck brace with the worse pain in my life...even after a root canal, my neck pain was a phone call away to go to the emergency room. Needless to say, I asked if Dr Smith still worked at the company, and the preferred doctor told me no. So I waited patiently. The lady and my preferred doctor kept talking and talking and talking about, white powder sugar and other recipes, etc. which he would stop and talk about other food receipts...," this went on for a quite a while.....I waited and he still never looked my way nor did he acknowledge I was even there....(4-ft from his table) Needless to say, since I didn't want my head ripped off, I grabbed my jacket, purse and phone and slowly walked out. Not one person commented on my exit. So Now, that another doctor who was able to adjust my challenged body to adjust I am off to find another doctor office. And I can honestly say, this will probably be my last year going to the joint. The price is great but the quality of customer service is terrible. Unfortunately, They turn and burn their best doctors because they over work them. (sadness) Hopefully no one else receives this type of care.....good luck! read more

I would like to share with you the rude experience I had one of your locations. I called your location on Sunset in Henderson Nevada. During the call no one said anything about what you can and cant treat. I was told to come in about noon. So I went to this location with my son and my wife. My son was the one who was there to be seen for using your $29 consult and adjustment. Upon arrival I checked in with the lady at the front desk. I told her my son was the one being seen. She asked what his issue was. I told her he is having some back pain from a car accident. She said "oh i wish i told you that on the phone. Its ILLEGAL for us to treat any one with an injury" She said I think its on our web site also. I told her I looked and its not on there. She said yeah it illegal for us to treat him. I has what law they where breaking by treating him. She could not answer it. She said our sister clinic can treat him if you would like. I asked is that the same clinic with a $500 retainer. She stood quiet and said sorry. My son was already seen by a medical doctor in the ER at a local hospital. The ER doctor is the one that suggested seeing a chiropractor to help with the pain. All im trying to do is get him some relief with out using pain meds. I would be going through auto insurance but the person that hit the car my son was in is self insured and the claims adjuster wants final bills before they pay for anything. If you cant treat auto accidents you need to list it on your web site. I will also be filing a complaint with the local health district, the Better Business Bureau as well as reviews on Google and Yelp. I have requested that the Nevada Board of Chiropractors suspend or revoke your license. read more

I've always wanted to go to this joint and check it out. Today I finally had the time so me and the wife went. I can honestly say that I'm impressed and I walked out with more mobility than I walked in with. The intake was very comprehensive and Dr Owens spent time going over your questionnaire and provides detailed explanation. We sat in the lobby for a few so I was able to see customers come in and within 5 minutes. You go and get adjusted and get out. It's not a time based massage. I read some earlier reviews that were negative and stayed away. Glad I decided to go anyway. I signed up for one of the programs and will definitely go weekly. read more

I visited the joint chiropractic office today because my back was wrecked all of a sudden a couple days ago I think from carrying my daughter. I was promptly greeted at the front desk and given some paperwork to complete as their iPads were acting up. I initially was told it would be a 45 min - 1 hour wait due to a lot of walk in members on the weekends. I was in serious pain and unsure what other options I had on a weekend so I was perfectly fine with that wait, even though it ended up being closer to 10 minutes after I turned my paperwork in. Dr. Julie came out to meet me and took me back for my adjustment. The space is clean however it is not private so if that is important to you this might not work for you. I was asked to lay down on one of maybe five beds and Dr. Julie and I discussed my lifestyle and pain and then she went to town working on my bones. I almost immediately felt better! I didn't plan on signing up for a package, but I ended up anyway after seeing that their prices were pretty much the same as if I were to go through my insurance and I know this isn't a one and done kinda thing, I look forward to going back and feeling better as our treatments continue! read more

This was my first visit to the joint and from the minute I arrived, I was impressed with the cheerful, helpful checkin assistant and the initial process. This was only surpassed by the knowledge and skill of Dr. Keysar. I walked in feeling some pain which had improved slightly over the last week with pain killers and hot and cold compresses but my flexibility and range of motion was still limited. After this one initial visit, I left with the ability to lift my right arm higher and across my body with very little pain. I expect with continued treatment, I will be doing considerably better in no time and completely pain free. At this point, I am delighted with the service and happy to have been recommended to try the Joint. read more

First time at the joint and will never return. I had filled out my registration in the front and the Dr. Was ready to see me in the back. He told me that he wanted to go over the registration and do the consultation afterwards. As we were going over my registration, medical history, prescriptions ect 2 other people had walked in back as we were going over my personal information. I was in shock and also uncomfortable that strangers were sitting and listening to medical history and evaluation next to me in the back. By law this is breaking HIPPA with patient confidentiality. People should wait in front until the Dr. Is finished with their patients; instead I had 2 strange men who had sat there the entire time though my entire evaluation. Any women would be uncomfortable with this situation! People need to wait in front until the Dr. Is completely done and call you back, plain and simple! I will never return because It was very uncomfortable for me that I had 2 men looking at me the entire time through my evaluation, and all the positions that the Dr. Had me do due to back and neck problems. It should be more private with a door and have people wait in front. read more

I called The Joint Chiropractic in Henderson, NV. to schedule an appointment for a first-time adjustment earlier this week. My time is incredibly valuable to me, and I don't like to waste a single second, so I wanted to schedule a time to go in, get adjusted, and be done in no more than 30-45 minutes. I was told they only do walk-in appointments, but that it would take me "no more than 30-45 minutes to be in-and-out, including the paperwork I would need to fill out before being seen." I thought, fair enough, but did not like the fact that I couldn't schedule an appointment. I don't like to wait unless it's absolutely necessary! They can easily save their patients some time by scheduling appointments as well as having walk-in appointments available. That was the first red flag! Anyway, I thought they were close to my house and are cheap- with a first-time fee of $29 (all-inclusive). I have some pretty bad back issues from my time in the U.S. Army. I drove to my closest location to my home on Sunset Rd. in Henderson, NV. on Thu. Aug. 10th, 2023, and got there around 2:30 pm. and they were closed for lunch. Are you kidding me- the entire center closed for lunch? That was the second red flag that reveals how little they value others time. Just a note, why in the heck didn't the young lady I spoke with tell me they are closed from 2:00-2:45 pm for lunch every day- kind of important since they only take walk-ins! When I got there, there was a couple and an older gentleman waiting in line, so I took my place in line. They opened promptly at 2:45 pm. After waiting what seemed to be an excessive 15 minutes (a third red flag) to be addressed by the only front desk clerk/representative, she took my DL, told me I needed to fill out all the paperwork on a tablet and bring it to her when I got done. I quickly filled it out and turned it in to the front-desk clerk 6-7 minutes before the older gentleman, who was also a first-time patient, turned in his paperwork. Literally, less than 2 minutes later, one of the chiropractors came out and said they were ready for him. I didn't say a single word, continued to look down, and wait. (But another red flag- now we're up to four). I thought that seemed very odd; why would he be seen before me? I turned in my paperwork well before him- almost 10 minutes)- but okay, whatever. But I knew at this point I would never come back here no matter how good the adjustment was. There is MUCH more I can say that is very damning for this location, but I will keep that to myself for now. After waiting over 45 minutes, and still yet to be seen, I told the clerk to cancel my adjustment, how I did not appreciate her telling me something that wasn't true just to get me to come in and left. A couple of things: 1. Always go with a place that does appointments over a place that only do walk-ins. They are telling you that they value your time more! I am willing to pay more for that and you should to! If not, then your personal care and well-being is not your primary concern, but money is. 2. Any place that has to entice you with a super-low offer/price point for something that costs significantly more for something that is INCREDIBLY important- our bodies, overall health and well-being, take caution! Please consider ChiropracTED, VIP Adjust, Schleusner Chiropractor or Advanced Spine & Posture- just to name a few as much better options. read more

I started experiencing a lot of back pain this year and I thought maybe it was my posture because I'm known to slouch. I went into the joint and learned that my spine is curved a certain way and that I am shorter on one leg than the other. After just a few visits the Drs helped me figure out some good exercises and gave me advice on a few things I can do to alleviate my pain. I can now say that I no longer experience excruciating back pain when I wake up in the morning. Dr Stanton is so sweet and Dr Kaiser is strong but does a great job not making it painful! The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because sometimes I feel a little bit too rushed, like we are all just in an assembly line and there busting us out one by one. It makes me feel like I need to keep my appointment short and not have them adjust something so that I'm not holding everyone else up! Otherwise I really love this place. read more

I suffered from sciatica nerve pain on the left side of my back and leg. I also injured my right knee (torn meniscus) in November 2018. I have trouble walking or standing. I was referred by a friend to the office. I was a bit nervous because I had never been to a chiropractic office and didn't know what to expect. When I entered the office I was greeted by the front office staff. Let me say this is the most friendliest office I have been to. The front office staff made me feel right at home. I met with Dr. Stanton who outlined a plan on treating me. I decided to take advantage of the monthly plan. The price was reasonable. After the initial adjustment I felt so good. I was amazed on how great I felt just after one visit. My initial pain level was a 9 and after seeing Dr. Stanton and Dr. Keysar for a week my pain level have gone down to a 5. I'm feeling much better than the first visit but I know I have a ways to go. Looking forward to more sessions and getting my body to better health. I highly recommend Dr. Stanton and Dr. Keysar for your chiropractic needs. They are both amazing and they truly care about their patients. read more

I went there for a pinched nerve in my mid back and after over 2 months of 3 times a week, the pain barely lessened and they adjusted my lower back and my neck, which is in worse condition now. I was always able to stretch and crack by back from hanging and after their adjustments, no long can I do so. I wake up every day a twisted mess. Since then I end up buying an inversion table and after a week of using it, my back feels a lot better... Ugh.. Save your time and money and buy an inversion table. read more

I came in yesterday for the first time. It was busy so I waited about 20-25 mins to see the Dr.The front desk girls and the Dr were great, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The Dr. recommended I come in everyday for the first 7 days and then go do once a week after that, so I enrolled in the monthly membership. I came in again today (Sunday 9/16/18) at 3 PM for my second adjustment and it's closed. The clinic door and website info says it closes at 4 PM on Sundays, but here I am at 3 pm and It's closed. I was looking forward my second adjustment and now I'm quite disappointed. I hope this is not a frequent issue at this location read more

If you have any sort of pain related to your bones or body, try this place out first. I spent a total of $98 which gives me 7 visits whenever I want over the next 30 days to address the pain in my ankle/foot. Without paying hundreds for an MRI or an X-Ray, the doctors here were able to confirm that I didn't have a sprain or fracture. Ask for Andre if he's available. Came into this place with server neck and shoulder stiffness with also back pain. The front desk receptionist Yvonne recommended me Dr.Smith because he is very detailed with his exam/adjustment. So I gave it a chance and she was completely right! He went through everything and also kept in mind my health condition through the whole visit. I never knew my balance was uneven and he adjusted that first and then went up to my neck and cracked it that I immediately started feeling relief. I can't thank him enough because I didn't sleep 2 night prior to this visit. I am still coming to my visit as he recommended me and each time I am noticing the change in my neck movement.
