I scheduled an appointment last year, my back and neck was bothering me. Upon arrival, i was greeted warmly by a woman who turned out to be Dr wife. She was nice. Everything seemed so good until he said i needed an X-ray and my medical would cover it. Ok! Xray done. He takes me to a room, i take off my shirt and as i sit there, the door opens up. A toddler looking at me half naked. It was very uncomfortable. Dr closes the door, again it opens, toddler and wife appears! Even more uncomfortable i felt. So i let it go and try not to think of it. At this point he explained what i needed done. He adjust my neck on one side and tells me i need another visit. Preferably 5 more visits to correct my spine. It seemed like the thing to do. So i agree. I walk out the room, neck still in pain and back still in pain, it wasn't much of an adjustment. I go to pay my co-payment and they tell me i need to go on a plan in order to get my body corrected. I agree. She then tells me my total is $250.00, i said $250!!!? For what? Well the office visit, the xray, She tells me it needs to be paid today, i said didn't my insurance cover the xray? She said NO! Now i realize the Dr lied. (I guess he needs a way to pay off that machine so you rip people off). Pissed me off. I pay the money (not happy at all). Once i leave, i get a notification 15 min after leaving for another $100 for my next visit, i haven't even scheduled an appointment and your charging my account. That was the last draw!!! I called them to cancel everything with in 25min of leaving their office. I asked for a refund a was told oh no, you can't get a refund and that i had to do my next visit. I said oh no, i started grumbling with them. They finally agreed to not charge me anymore but i wouldn't get my $100 back. After awhile i told myself forget it. It's not worth the stress. 6 months later, i receive a charge for $100, this was yesterday. Not only are they trying to charge me, i haven't even scheduled any appointments and i will never ever go back there. DO NOT GO HERE!!! It's a RIP OFF!!! This business needs to be closed!!! I would have let this go and not think twice about this business, but months later you try to charge me $100!!! This is what you get!!! read more

I went in for the appointment for them just to tell me that they didn't take my insurance a complete waste of time when I originally called to make sure they would but the guy who answered the phone, said I had to come in and they would check it then. This place is a SCAM! Came here last Aug because they are accepting my Blue Cross-Anthem insurance which is the main reason I went with them because I know that I will only have to pay my co-pay and not their regular price of $40 per chiropractic adjustment. As others have mentioned, they will charge you for the initial visit of $47 consultation plus $150 x-rays without getting any treatment first, then they will present you a treatment plan (20 chiro-adjustment in my case) on the next visit where you can fully pay or go with a 6-monthly payment terms. But they will not start any treatment unless you accept the treatment plan. So, I went ahead with their 6-monthly payment plan after they confirmed that they will make the price adjustment and refund me for any overpayment. Well, big mistake!! They continued to charge my credit card monthly from Aug even after they started receiving payment from my insurance. I have complained about this issue and was promised that the auto charge will stop on Oct. Obviously, it did not stop charging. I continued with the treatment hoping that all billing adjustments will be settled. Furthermore, instead of giving me a refund, they pulled another scam on Dec and revised my treatment plan and added 6 more visits that will continue until Jan and told me that instead of they giving a refund, they will apply the refund to the newly added 6 visits that has not occurred yet. They are basically double dipping by getting your money and at the same time collecting money from your insurance. Finally on Nov, they stopped charging my card but I also cancelled the rest of my treatments because they are not making any effort to give me my refund. It is also frustrating that you cannot discuss any billing issues because they said that they use 3rd party to do all their billing and cannot be contacted. So, I have no choice but to dispute the last 2 charges in my credit card. After disputing, they started auto-charging my card again on Dec 2022. This made no sense that they owe me money and yet they started charging my card again. I had to dispute once more with my card company. I have spent many hours filing grievance report with my insurance hoping they can explain to them that I've overpaid and they owe me. Not to mention my time spent with my credit card company disputing the charges. And until now in March, they are not able to provide me my account statement to explain why they are not issuing me my refund. They even came back stating that my insurance has stopped paying them since Oct even if I had treatments until Nov. I found out from my insurance that they dropped out in Oct and no longer an in-network provider. Since they did not inform me that they stopped accepting my insurance and they continued to treat me, it is their fault that they did not discuss with me first if I still want to continue with the treatment without my insurance. If I was told, then I would have discontinued treatment and look for a different place that will take my insurance. There are so many fraudulent activities in their billing practice and how they conduct their business that they should stop accepting any insurance. Insurance EOB for Aug visit indicated that my co-pay for office visit is $34 and not $47 and my chiro treatment co-pay is $6.80 per visit and not the $40 they charged me. It has been more than 3 months now and I have not seen any refund nor detailed account statement showing why they are not able to give me my refund. Next step is to file a complaint in BBB and maybe sue them in small claims court. Do not go to this place if you will be using your insurance!! read more

I decided to go here as they are located near my house and it would be really convenient to go. I did get some X-rays done here and then was told that I had to come back for a group appointment to go over why X-rays were done. This seemed a bit odd that I needed to come back for a group appointment and would basically have to complete and pay for 2 complete appointments prior to being treated. I made a conscious decision to find a chiropractor who specialized in gymnasts and aerial artists as that is where my injury stems from. Since I had my X-rays performed here and paid for them I called and requested that they be sent to me. I have called several times and have yet to receive my X-rays which is so unfortunate. read more
