I am a big fan of chiropractic care. So I was really excited to try this place, one since it's covered by my insurance too. It's close to my house. This place was very easy to find right down Eastern off horizon ridge parkway. I got there early to fill out the paperwork which was a breeze, the staff up front were very kind and friendly making the experience nice and comfortable. Waiting area was very well kept and very comfortable chairs. Went back to my room and really didn't have to wait long before Dr. Gamett came to see me. After putting a hot pad on my neck and having me lay on the stretching table for a moment, he came back in and was able to get movement out of my neck and back that I had not experienced in a very long time. If you were looking for a place to get chiropractic care, you could definitely do no better than this place. It's close by, they have great hours, and are usually able to take you in right then and there. Bottom line? Go check them out. I think you will be impressed with them just as much as I am. My daughter had been complaining about back pain for years and after a couple of years of imagings coming back without any major issues, our pediatrician decided to send us to a chiropractor to see if it would help her pain. After our referral was sent over to Siena Neck and Back, I was contacted by the front desk make an appointment for her. They were so friendly, flexible, and also worked with our schedule to get her care. The rooms aren't too big, but it's enough to get through a session comfortably. The office is always clean, and organized, and so is the bathroom! Dr. Loveland is amazing. He has been very patient and also reassures our teen when she's very nervous to get care. He asks her how she's feeling every time, goes into detail about what pain she's in, and tries to be social with her to make her feel as comfortable as she can be. I love that we found this clinic and this orthopedic specialist for her. If you have a child, or if you need care, come give them a try! They're amazing. read more

He was extremely nice, professional, and ensured that I was comfortable with what the plan was. He explained his methodology and his practice and made a plan for my visit. Dr. Gamett is a wonderful chiropractor. I'd thrown my back out after coughing so hard with bacteria pneumonia and he helped out my ribs back into place. I went I think a total of three times. First they had me lay on a warm massage table with roller massaging. Almost as good as the real thing. Then Dr. Gamett manipulated my back without me laying face down, which I appreciate as face down chiro always feels more invasive, the thrusting palm into your spine as you're pinned face down... is not my favorite. Next time I need an adjustment I'll go back. read more

Dr. Gamett is a fantastic chiropractor and his office staff are just as good. It is so easy to make appointments here, even last minute. All of my appointments were on time as well which is greatly appreciated. I had a previous bad experience with a chiropractor so when my lower back and hip pain came back I was hesitant to go again. As soon as I met Dr. Gamett I knew it would be a totally different experience. He listened to all my complaints and then had me lay on the heated massage table to loosen my back up. He then did a complete check of my back and did his magic. In only 3 visits my pain is almost completely gone. There was no pressure to keep coming back either, he just said to come in whenever it was bothering me. I had a minor billing issue but Dr. Gamett quickly and fairly rectified it. If you play tennis, Dr Loveland is the perfect person for adjustments. My mid and upper back were getting super tight but it turned out to be more rhomboid issues, he adjusted those areas and now my "wings" AKA shoulder blades feel free and no pain. My husband and I were referred to Siena Neck and Back and we both saw Dr. Melissa Anderson, who is fairly new to the office. She was excellent! She is very knowledgeable, funny and personable, and did a great job. We recommend her highly. We would continue seeing her for our adjustments, but unfortunately our insurance copay is $35.00 each, even though we have triple insurance coverage, so we need to look for another option that won't cost us $70.00 every visit. Dr. GAMETT is amazing!! We went to him 2 years ago for just regular chiro treatment. This year, we were involved in a bad car accident. My wife have been complaining of neck and lower back pain, but NONE of the other providers believed her, or even had the initiative to order MRI (she had xray in ER) after weeks and weeks of her complaining of pain. Dr. Gamett was the only one who listened to her, and ordered MRI. And true enough, she had whiplash and l4-l5 protruding disc. Dr. Gamett is the type of person/doctor who is emphatic and compassionate of his profession and his patients. He have the BEST bedside manner (me and my wife work at a hospital, so I know it is rare), address us with our name, and actually knows what is going on with us as patients.
