I've been very hesitant about sharing for many reasons. Shame, fear, embarrassment, regret are remnants of the old me that I face everyday. She's my greatest enemy and alternately, responsible for me not giving up. A year ago, I asked @sidneywilson4 to help me. My first day was his infamous #ViciousFriday workouts and I survived (barely) and pushed myself to return each day for more. Working with Sid, I learned to be uncomfortable, to push, to do something that I never thought I could do. (It's obvious that he wouldn't ask me to do something if he didn't think I could do it, right? It was just a matter of time before I believed it too.) I was no longer the observer, I became the doer. Sid's guarantee is that each workout is different. Some days it was physical, some days it was mental. No matter what, Sid was with me each step of the way. I still struggle with the old me but she's learning that this journey is about growth, perseverance, peace, humility and courage. I used to regret the slow progress but the proof in these pictures is that I am already stronger than the old me. It's only fitting that I waited to get through my first year before sharing. If you're looking for a shortcut or for easy, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a lifestyle change with results, you need to come in and talk to Sid. He's not for everyone. He's for those who have not given up and want to #GetVicious!

I found out about Sidney through other friends of mine who were training with him, it took me a few months to finally work out when I could start training with him too, and I am SO thankful that I am. He's amazing, so motivational, but still funny and realistic. The workouts are intense and sometimes I think I'm not going to make it through everything, but I continuously surprise myself and I always do. I am so much stronger and I feel so much better about my body. I signed up for a 6 week program, and without a doubt I am going to sign up for the same program again. Workout out with Sidney has changed my life, and it's not a crash diet or crazy workout program. It's a real, life change for the better. I would 100% recommend Sidney Wilson!!! Here's my transformation just over a month, (5 weeks). Right now we are on a cut/lose/tighten up process. Went from 200 lbs to 184. I have always workout 6 days a week for about an hour and a half each day. Did cardio here and there nothing crazy. I have always ate healthy, I was not really a fast food guy. I would rather cook than go out to eat. This all started with my girl friend going to a trainer for some time and results showed just after 6 weeks. Fitness has been my passion for some time now, but I was not reaching the ideal look I wanted to look like to become a Personal Trainer. So I wanted help. I reached out to Sidney Wilson (@sidneyWilson4) for help. Getting older my body doesn't allow what my younger self use to do. So I needed help with my eating habits and training routine. My "diet" consisted of more meals with smaller portions. Cutting carbs out with a higher protein intake. Consuming 2 gallons of water a day minimum. Even during my work schedule no matter what, I had to eat something even if it was a protein bar every two hours. Working out with out a time limit, listening to my body on when I was done and not pushing it, but giving my all each set and rep. On top of training, I was burning a minimum of 1,000 calories of cardio a day. If I missed a meal, one too many cheat meals, or missed a workout, I would have to double up on that cardio next training day. This program I was on was #Vicious. Sid puts you on a program for your body type. This is not a copy paste program like other trainers do for each of their clients. He adjust for what you can do and can not do. Notices strengths and fixes your weakest points and turns them into your strengths. He makes you better than you were the day before. It's a confidence booster each day you walk out that gym and waking up the next day to work harder then you did the day before. My end goal of this 4 month process is to be lean 195. Being a Personal Trainer is all about what people see, they can't see a number. So what I can do in 4 months and how I did it is something I want to show. I've seen other programs, heard of many other trainers but I have NEVER been so hungry to reach this end goal. Sid truly cares and is committed to helping me reach that Personal Trainer status that I want.

I've been training consistently with Sidney for about 3 months now. I had been before on and off because let's be honest, i'm kinda lazy I finally got to a point though where I wanted to change my body for me, so I have been working hard at it and sticking with it. I like that he makes me take progress photos every week so it helps me actually see how far I'm coming with my body and my workouts. He is tough, and you'll sweat and probably hate your life at least once or twice during your workout, but hey, no pain no gain!

If you want a hot body, go to Sidney. I found him through Instagram (sidneywilson4) so me, my sister, and friend decided to try it out. Results were great!! The work outs are intense but you get what you work for. Sidney is motivational and will give you what you want!! I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, get tone, or even just want a better booty!!

My body is so amazing, he's always making up new workouts and always keeping me motivated. I went from 145lbs to 128lbs in 8 weeks. So excited to continue to work with him. He's worth every penny. Sidney Wilson is an absolutely amazing trainer. He likes to mix things up when you work out with him so no day is EVER the same. Sidney is big on incorporating strength training as well as cardio to get your maximum results. He's also big on nutrition and teaches you what to gravitate towards and what to stay away from. If you are looking for a personal trainer in Las Vegas, Sidney is as good as it gets!

Shawn is the BEST trainer! I have we been struggling since my stroke several years ago. I could…read morebarely walk because of my limited feeling on my left side which affects my balance. Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.
