    Chick did an amazing job training me. Even though we are friends he wore an entirely different cap while we were in the gym. It's you, him, and the weights. If you listen to what chuck says, you'll get the body you want. Just tell him your goals in the beginning and he will mold your body to your liking. Want to be strong? Chuck will have you do workouts that will improve your strength. Want to have bigger muscles? Chuck will give you workouts that focus on hypertrophy. Want a nice a ss? Pretty sure Chuck can do that too haha

    I've worked with trainers my whole adult life and Chuck is the BEST!!! He specifically addresses all of my goals and needs. I thought getting in shape would be a super hard and long process, but within a few weeks I saw results in my body that I didn't even think we're freaking possible. He always listens to my concerns, and answers my questions in a knowledgeable, professional way. I can't reccomend him enough, but the proof is in the way I look. Give him a few months, you'll NEVER look back!

Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does.     Shawn is the BEST trainer! I have we been struggling since my stroke several years ago. I could…read morebarely walk because of my limited feeling on my left side which affects my balance. Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.

After my first consultation, I found her to be an open professional, which I was very comfortable opening up to about my personal health problems. She is a walking book FULL of information and truly cares about creating a genuine relationship between her clients and helping solve their problems. For every health problem or issue I had, she had the explanation and solution. For supplements I was concerned about taking, she explained it and was knowledgeable about every ingredient listed. I am currently feeling a lot better and on the road to healing. I recommend her if you want to find the root cause of your current health problem or issues.
