I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

When I asked what can the bank provide me so if shows this wasn't fault on my own, he also didn't not care and did state he didn't care if I left LVAC since I haven't been a member long enough. This is how LVAC treats its members.

What really sets it apart is the quality and variety of strength equipment you don't usually see elsewhere. The amenities are another big plus: clean showers, infrared sauna, and a cold plunge. On my first day, I trained in their class (which kicked my flabby ass), and then sat with the trainer (who is also a nutritionist) to discuss healthy eating. The classes are awesome. There are various instructors, so it's easy to find the one(s) with whom you click, and they are SUPER supportive and motivating. The meal plans from the nutritionist are so easy to follow and they MAKE SENSE. At the end of the six weeks I was down 24 pounds. I kept up with their trainers, and...as of today (Dec 17, 2017) I am down a total of 32 pounds. A lot of people say that these "challenges" are scams, etc...but I am living proof that this is NOT TRUE. If you have any inkling that you want to take control of your health, these are the folks you want to meet. You won't be sorry...I promise!!

This place has changed my life ..I met Nick at a gym we were both working out at and he was just starting his business Game changer lv this was his dream his passion to help people change their lives . I asked him to explain what his 6week program consisted of and he did and I joined. I was excited I was gonna get the support ,the encouragement the nutrition plan and the push if so needed to meet personal goals I set for myself, It was an amazing life change for me I feel younger and healthier then I ever have in my entire 43yrs of life. I have lost a total of 11% overall body fat and inches I not only reached my goals but exceeded them. Living a sedentary lifestyle, (behind-the-desk employee), I was afraid of joining this challenge. "I am getting on in years, I live too far away, I am completely out of shape, I should lose weight before making a fool out of myself in front of others", etc., etc., etc. .I am so happy I ran out of excuses and decided to invest in myself and enter this challenge. Nick is such a dedicated, patient and knowledgeable trainer, who makes you feel comfortable regardless of what your age, physical abilities or level might be. This is a fun yet challenging experience where through a series of different exercises and healthier eating habits, you work towards a personal goal while competing with others. The struggle is real, but so is the result! The rewards? Better health, better mood, more knowledge and have I mentioned weight loss and new friends? I started with Nick about 4 months back, being that I just had a baby I was very doubtful on wether I would personally see much as far as results go... But boy was I wrong! Not only am I seeing results but I feel better. My son is now 9 months old and I'm 6 lbs away from being at my pre baby weight!! He's patient with you but pushes you, keeps your form right and never puts you down! I've never been the person that was super motivated to workout but now I look forward to my training days! I'm new to the program and was hesitant to join because I'm middle-aged and WAY out of shape! Im on my second set of 6 weeks with Nick at Game Changer LV! Everyone there is so motivational and helpful! I never thought I would be where I am now. My first 6 weeks was not easy as I'm not someone who works out very much. Now I have kind of turned into a workout-aholic! XD I love being a part of a group of people who are all trying to better themselves. Nick will help you with good eating skills and help you lose the weight, if you stick to the program!!! Gamechanger is just that, with Nick runnin the place there is nothing that you can't do here. He keeps you completely motivated and delivers way more than he promises with his programs. It's not just the workouts he helps you through while at the gym but the help at home he provides i.e. The homework, and advice on meals and meal plans, and nutrition. This is the place to go if you are ready to make some changes in your life!! Nick, the trainer, is the most motivating person and he works hard to get you to your personal goals ! This 6 week program really works if you do what he asks of you. He changes the exercises up every week to keep things interesting, and you rotate between each one every 3 minutes, so you work every part of your body. His motivational texts throughout the week also help push you through your days off from the program and make you never want to take a day off from working on yourself. I love this gym! The morning class starts at 6am and it works perfect with my schedule. I can look forward to getting my workout in before work and not have to stress about being too tired after work.(Which is great!) Nick is motivational, he's an amazing instructor, he's informative, and he pushes me to believe my goals are attainable! I started coming to nick July of 2017. I struggle with depression and anxiety. I was at my heaviest and hated everything about my self. Here's my transformation just over a month, (5 weeks)…read more Right now we are on a cut/lose/tighten up process. Went from 200 lbs to 184. I have always workout 6 days a week for about an hour and a half each day. Did cardio here and there nothing crazy. I have always ate healthy, I was not really a fast food guy. I would rather cook than go out to eat. This all started with my girl friend going to a trainer for some time and results showed just after 6 weeks. Fitness has been my passion for some time now, but I was not reaching the ideal look I wanted to look like to become a Personal Trainer. So I wanted help. I reached out to Sidney Wilson (@sidneyWilson4) for help. Getting older my body doesn't allow what my younger self use to do. So I needed help with my eating habits and training routine. My "diet" consisted of more meals with smaller portions. Cutting carbs out with a higher protein intake. Consuming 2 gallons of water a day minimum. Even during my work schedule no matter what, I had to eat something even if it was a protein bar every two hours. Working out with out a time limit, listening to my body on when I was done and not pushing it, but giving my all each set and rep. On top of training, I was burning a minimum of 1,000 calories of cardio a day. If I missed a meal, one too many cheat meals, or missed a workout, I would have to double up on that cardio next training day. This program I was on was #Vicious. Sid puts you on a program for your body type. This is not a copy paste program like other trainers do for each of their clients. He adjust for what you can do and can not do. Notices strengths and fixes your weakest points and turns them into your strengths. He makes you better than you were the day before. It's a confidence booster each day you walk out that gym and waking up the next day to work harder then you did the day before. My end goal of this 4 month process is to be lean 195. Being a Personal Trainer is all about what people see, they can't see a number. So what I can do in 4 months and how I did it is something I want to show. I've seen other programs, heard of many other trainers but I have NEVER been so hungry to reach this end goal. Sid truly cares and is committed to helping me reach that Personal Trainer status that I want.

You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.
