Whether you're brand new to boxing or already training, it's a great environment to work on technique, get a solid workout, and push yourself. The facility is clean, the equipment is high quality, and there's plenty of room so it never feels crowded. They even have recovery drinks and snacks available, which is a nice touch after training. She entered the store carrying bags of chips that she wanted to return. When she approached the supervisor, he politely explained that all returns needed to be processed at a checkout register. Once at the register, the cashier explained that without a receipt, the store could only issue store credit in the form of a gift card. Apparently unhappy with this policy, she demanded to speak with a manager. Management explained the same policy and offered her store credit since she did not have a receipt. Rather than accepting the explanation, she became upset and stormed off. As the manager politely told her to have a good day, she responded, "Fuck you, bitch," before leaving the store. I find this behavior absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. There is no excuse for verbally disrespecting employees who are simply doing their jobs and following company policies. What makes this even more disappointing is that this behavior came from someone who is well-known and has a public platform. Being a public figure does not place anyone above basic human decency, respect, or the rules that everyone else is expected to follow. I want to commend the Sprouts employees and management for remaining professional throughout the situation. No retail employee deserves to be verbally abused simply because a customer doesn't get their way. Respect costs nothing, and fame does not excuse disrespect.

If you don't ask one of his pre-programmed questions, he has no idea what to do. It hasn't been an issue for me, but I think this is where one of the negative reviews is coming from. - Water: 8/10, this is a huge one for me where LV struggles over and over, they at least use a filter. I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

You can tell he is very serious at yours or your child's progression and learning. Renzo is a very funny and passionate person, he makes sure he walks around observing and correcting, he does demonstrations on certain movements, and each day of the week its a specific training day. We contacted the coach afterward and were under the impression the situation would be addressed. On the third day, a 9‑year‑old was sparring in the adult class. My son (5'8", 174 lbs, and on only his third day) tried to guide the younger child by reminding him to keep his hands up. At some point, the coach felt my son made contact too hard. An adult student named Greg--over 6 feet tall and more than 300 lbs--then asked to spar with my son; my son being new and being instructed to spar with everyone accepts to spar. He struck my son hard multiple times and got a clean hit to the face. When my son asked him to tone it down, Greg responded that my son should have done the same with the younger child and if he wanted him to tone it down my son should do the same with the 9 year old. The coach later stated that he had been watching the interactions but did not step in. He defended Greg's behavior while also saying it "wasn't okay," and his only proposed solution was to talk to Greg. He also questioned why my son returned after feeling uncomfortable on day two. The coach repeatedly emphasized that this is a "fighting gym," yet allowed a clear size and experience imbalance to escalate without intervention. This environment does not appear to prioritize safety, supervision, or appropriate pairing--especially for beginners or younger participants. The coach acknowledged that if Greg had gone "really hard," my son would not have been standing, which raises further concerns about oversight and risk management. If you are looking for a structured, safe, and positive learning environment focused on skill development, discipline, and proper supervision--especially at $200 per month per person--this may not be the right fit.
