I had sent him a text (number listed on the website) in the early am and he responded pretty quickly. He advised me to go to the back of the building where there was a roll up door. I arrived about 10 minutes before class and Brad was friendly and inviting. He never made me feel like I didn't belong and treated me as if I had been a member there for a long time. The space was very organized and there was plenty of good working equipment. They have many white boards so the week prior was still up with the results and also the WOD. PFC CrossFit was the best part of my Tuesday! I loved the vibe, the members, and the space. If my schedule allows, I'll go back this week while I'm still in town.

I was experiencing some life stuff and in the midst of grief at the time, and the gym slowly became my therapy since then. I don't have the monthly membership. I preferred to do class packages as my work schedule varies. I know each studio has its own pricing and promos, but typically a 20 class pack runs around $375. Sometimes they'll throw in some extra classes if there's a special. The heart rate monitor runs around $100-$120, but you can easily buy used ones online for cheaper. I bought the latest one and love the new features. I typically do the 2G workouts, where the class is divided into two groups. One group starts on the treadmills, the other starts on the rower and weight floor, then they switch. You'll see your stats and everyone else's on the TV while you work out. I think this is a great motivator if you're driven by numbers. I like how you get a report emailed at the end about your workout/progress, too. Personally, I burn around 450-550 calories per class and feel great afterwards. The coaches are friendly and help to push you. I usually train with Rocky, Melissa, or Sydni. I'm not very good at weight exercises, so I always appreciate when the coaches fix my form or offer modifications, especially Melissa! The studio itself is kept clean by the friendly front desk employees, and sanitizer wipes are always accessible when switching equipment. The class times vary, starting as early as 5am to 6:45pm.

Savanna didn't have me listed as attending, even though I was confirmed as a guest visitor and had already signed the waiver. She told me I couldn't work out because I didn't arrive 15 minutes early--yet someone walked in after me and was allowed to join in on warming up and work out immediately. If this is truly about "safety," it should apply to everyone equally. The guest care was disappointing: it took her a few minutes to even greet me, there was no warmth or welcome, and no attempt to problem-solve or accommodate. The only solution offered was "someone will call you later." Why would I come back after being treated like that? This experience reflects poor customer service, lack of compassion, and weak front-desk management--especially for new guests. If the waiver is signed and you're confirmed, the rest shouldn't feel this messy or unfair. NOTE: I checked my email and a copy of the waiver I signed was there. Not sure how or why they didn't have it. FACT IS I still wasted the gas/electric and more importantly, my time! It's too bad because I was looking forward to trying something new. I'm pretty fit but wanted to switch up my routine.

I'm a trainer, coach, and instructor and this is where I go for my personal fitness. It's my early morning prep for the day or else my break in the afternoon. You often get the sauna to yourself or occasionally share with one always-friendly person. I've never seen three sign up for one room unless they came together. The intensity is mostly up to you. You can follow along and do modifications or progressions. Some ppl just come and do their own movements if they got the room alone--which happens a lot. If you only do some of the movements with lots of rest/breaks but stay in the sauna you will burn fat and begin to change your body. The instructors are well trained and giving you a great sequence of exercises. The more you do the movements and holds, the deeper you'll go in your fitness and transformation. I'm super fit but these exercises still train me. Honestly their slogan, "More workout in less time" is totally accurate. The infrared is healing and pain-relieving in so many ways. The heat training helps to regulate appetite, reduce cravings, and soothe the nervous system. The list goes on. But I'm grateful for this location. The owners are welcoming and friendly. Ken makes it feel like the show "Cheers" lol--where everybody knows your name, if you know the theme song. The fact you can come anytime 24 hours/day is SO helpful. I don't only recommend HotWorx to my clients for sustainable fitness and body recomp, I pray one day to own one. I've heard SO MANY stories of people's pain going away, people losing 50-100+ lbs, people gaining strength they never had before. It would be an investment to feel good about bc it changes people's lives for the better.

I was looking for a decently priced hot yoga studio for a while. I didn't want to pay $150 a month,…read moresign a contract, and give the blood of my newborn for it either. Luckily a friend told me about this 24 hour studio. Well, now I can't use the excuse that it doesn't fit my schedule. I went to my first class yesterday and after the yoga session I felt so powerful. There's something about working out in a sauna that reminds you of how you can push through anything. I ended up staying and doing a Pilates class also. Enough about my experience let me tell you about the studio. There are ten, I believe, saunas. They each have preset classes and can fit up to 3 people at a time. Classes vary in time and intensity but there is always an option to modify whether harder or easier. The classes range from cycling and rowing, to resistance training, and to yoga, Pilates, and barre. From what I've been told the workouts change after a period of time so that your body doesn't plateau. It is also recommended to use the various saunas in your workout routine so that you can keep your body working hard. The place is very clean, has updated workout equipment, the saunas work very well - though I would suggest arriving at least 10 minutes before your class to warm up the inside - and the staff is very friendly. Like any gym the equipment and nutrients are pricey - but that's business. Something really neat is that there is a little workout room I'm the back for weight lifting. I'll snag a pic next time but there's free weights, a pull up bar, press equipment, and weighted balls. In this area there is also a vending machine with snacks and keys to the lockers which contain equipment if you forgot yours at home. (Yoga mat, resistance bands, and towel). Though you don't need this if you're only going on the bikes. There are 2 unisex bathrooms and one has a shower. Just bring your own shampoo and conditioner! So how this works is you sign up via the app for your desired class. If 3 people signed up you cannot signed up for that class - but if you are there and one is more than 5 minutes late you are able to jump in their spot. I've used the app twice and it is pretty intuitive. There is also an app that allows you to open the door during non-staffed hours. I've used it once so far and it seems to work easily. So the price is $59/per month (for one location - $79 for all) and you must use their mats and towels. There is a $96 bundle to get a mat, towel, and mat strap. (Which I suggest to make it easier to carry.) You commit to 3 months - you cannot pay it all in advance- and then it goes month to month. If you want to cancel you most provide 60 days notice. They will take out $59 for the remaining 2 months but you will still get go until your contract actually ends. Seems to good to be true? Does to me too. If we pull back the curtain and it's a lowly old wizard I'll be back and edit my review. However, so far it's left me feeling like a champ who can take on anything in the day. Tip- if you are sick of the videos and go during a less busy time you can get a room to yourself and do your own video or practiced routine to just utilize the benefits of the sauna. The world is yours! Go get it!

But honestly, I have been waiting for changes here but it has not changed. For one thing are the broken treadmills!!! I'd give one star if I could. They just keep patching them with black tape like it's a broken G.I. Joe toy. Part of one of their classes like the REP utilizes the treadmill. If you are sprinting and running on it for like how many classes they offer a day, of course they will wear and tear so quickly! Like 3 or 4 of them don't even fricking incline anymore and one of them have like labels on it that says not to incline. It looks tacky AF! Like why am I paying a monthly more than some people that are offered lower monthly rate, when you guys can't even get new machines to replace these broken ass treadmills. The floors are dirty and found a gob of hair at one point. Not sure if they are vacuuming the Rep room after each use. I refuseeeeeeee to lay on the ground when we have to. I don't want to play...is the ground clean today or is it dirty. Maybe have bigger mats available for people; not the little tiny knee mats if floors are not maintained . The last thing I dislike being a member more lately is how full the classes are. Like I thought there is a cap to each classes, why are there more people allotted to the class?? When every spot is taken, why is there extra people that are around when there is no spot left? This baffles me. Like it's already crowded sometimes, and there's more people added? Like you go for heavier weights and you can't because the extra people are using it. It doesn't help when they also have their promotions; then you really have to book your class a week in advance because the classes get so full a sudden. It's like why pay membership for unlimited if it's always full. Last rant I have is the icing on the cake. I get an email from a staff member saying that this was their 3rd attempt to supposedly reach out to me about my updating my credit card when I missed 2 payments and that she would have to suspend my membership and cancel all my classes until I paid and updated my card. Okay welll first of all, I have been coming 2-3x a week from January and not once did I get an email, phone call, or a reminder from front desk about updating my card information. NOT ONCE. But she claims they attempted and this is supposedly the "3rd time". You're delusional. I know I should have updated it once I cancelled my card in Januarybut I completely forget to let them know since Im a busy person saving lives in NV. Well if you needed it- it's your staff's duty to also let me know especially when they check us in. Also, there was a better approach to this like for example- calling me anytime from January to now! Duh. But I never got a call, email, or staff tell me. This was just poor communication and service especially when I'm a regular! If it wasn't for the 5am class offering, I'm so close to just saying bye to this gym but I'm really trying to give this place a chance to hopefully be better. . There many improvements that can be made here. Hopefully you guys take notes and get new machines.

Four stars because this is the only workout facility I've seen that doesn't have a water fountain or a dispenser, just water for purchase. Sometimes it's a combination of weightlifting and cardio (cleans/deadlifts with box jumps/running/assault bike) and some CrossFit style movements. Other times mainly strength with minimal cardio in between. Then another time just a whole damn hour of pure and fun cardio (sets of movements including 50 burpees, 500 jump ropes, 400 m runs, etc.), bruhhhhh. Theme days are becoming more common recently (glutes/legs day, ab/core day, etc.). In addition to the basic gym essentials, special equipment like sleds, tires, battle ropes, ski ergs, hurdles just to name a few are incorporated in the workout. Each movement may be modified for comfort and skill level. The earliest class is at 6:30am and latest at 7:15pm. Times and classes may vary. Class reservations are made online. The owner Edwin and other coaches are very knowledgeable. They're great at what they do. They will ensure that the members are able to perform the correct technique and movements to improve their performance as well as not to hurt themselves. You may even receive goodies for finishing the workout. Edwin will randomly reward you with cheese, wine, cookies, candies, air freshener :), etc. Almost all the regular gym goers that I had the chance to work out with were very kind and friendly. I like the motivation and camaraderie that this gym has. I sense the family vibe, lol. In terms of cleaning and sanitizing, the coaches and members are responsible for cleaning up the after themselves. Everyone (well, the majority at least lol) has been doing their part to keep the cleanliness of this place. Sanitizing wipes and sprays are used after each class. There are multiple hand sanitizers in the front desk area and in between the cubbies. Amenities: -Bathrooms-- Decent and clean. There are always at least 3 kinds of soap in the women's bathroom lol. Somehow the water is always cold though, but that's ok it's tolerable. -Cubbies-- Enough for everybody to put belongings in. I usually just carry my water tumbler and gloves with me which fit perfectly in the cubby. Some members carry big gym bags and they fit at the bottom cubby just fine. -Coffee/Water-- Keurig coffee by the front desk area is free btw :) No water dispenser, but there are water bottles available for $1 each, so always bring water with you. Price: First class is free prior to signing up for a membership. The membership fee is also a bit more affordable compared with other places that offer workout classes. You can sign up for monthly for $120, 6-month plan for $95, or 12-month plan for $75. All of these plans are unlimited, you can take 4 classes daily if you want lol. Punch card and daily pass are options as well. Parking: plenty of spots

It's a helluva community and I feel fortunate to be a part of. As for my personal results, I am proud to say I am now 186 lbs.
