Just signed my daughter up here on a recommendation from a friend. My daughter has done two classes and I signed up for 40 more sessions. I loved how personable the staff are and what a non-threatening environment it is to learn. My daughter isn't very athletic, but it is important to me that she gets some level of fitness. Bonus that she found it fun. Love that they have core values.

I went to D1 for a women's self-defense class, and it was amazing! I'm so glad I attended. Everyone was so friendly and kind! I learned so many great moves from Kellan and Josh that I hope I never have to put to use. This was a great event for women! In addition to the self-defense class it was all about empowering women, self-care, self love, and we ended with a lovely meditation! The class was led by Serena and she was such a sweet and positive soul. The owner, Taylor, was just as awesome. She gave us a workout during our warmup and Alicia let it be known they aren't just any training center. They have Elite trainers with resumes and bodies to back it up. D1 offers group or individual classes. The best part is you can bring your young ones with you starting at age. Where was this place seven years ago when my son was seven I will definitely be back!!

For the most part, I enjoyed having my son workout here at D1 for the last year. We came here after meeting former manager Honda. Asked what my goal was for my son. He plays football/basketball. We started at the DEVO level and quickly moved up to Prep/Adult classes after about 5 months in. Starting off with the basic for any age athlete or non athlete is a must. Coach Emmanuel is amazing all around but he helped my son with his progress. He helped make the decision to move my son up. Thank you coach for that. As we moved up, our new favorite trainers were coach Kyle and young Aaron (not Canada Aaron). Training never skipped a beat. Both made it fun but pushed my son in his training. Owner never really warmed up to me until towards the end of our contract. She is a really good person who ultimately cared about my son's progress. But unfortunately manager Honda left and things changed. I'm speaking for myself and our experience. I felt personal training was king now and for me as the weekly payment customer we were treated differently for not paying the enormous amount of money for personal training. The coach Canada Aaron was big on trying to get my money for one on one training but I wasn't interested. He was my least favorite there because he was distant after I denied training with him. Maybe I'm wrong to some who like him but if you're there to make young and old better shouldn't matter if you got a lump sum of money for personal training or not. He never greeted us when we came in, during or after. My son didn't want to attend the classes he was teaching. Most of those classes didn't fit our schedule so we stuck with Kyle, Emmanuel and young Aaron. All in all D1 did help my son get stronger and more confident. Helped him during his fall season of football. I feel personal training is where the priority is. The cancellation process was easy but be aware they still charge you after contract is up. So make sure you check bank account after cancellation date.

Great trainers. Great staff. Really fun environment. Won't have been able to get the physical shape I am in without them.

The EōS Fitness on Sunset & Stephanie is a solid gym overall, but it's important to know what to…read moreexpect during peak hours. From about 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, the gym gets extremely busy. Parking becomes difficult -- the lot fills quickly, and you may need to circle a few times before finding a spot. Inside, most machines are taken during this window, and certain equipment, like the abductor/adductor machines, tends to get "camped on" by people who stay on them for long stretches. If you're planning to attend a late‑afternoon or early‑evening class, it's best to arrive early and give yourself extra time to navigate both parking and the crowds. Part of the congestion comes from the location itself. The Stephanie & Sunset area has grown rapidly, and the gym sits in the middle of a busy commercial corridor. You've got Texas Roadhouse, LongHorn Steakhouse, Golden Corral, Sunset Station Casino, Target, Lazy Dog, and the newly opened Smith's all within the same zone. With new businesses continuing to open along both streets, the entire area draws a steady flow of people, which naturally spills over into the gym. Despite the rush-hour challenges, the gym offers good equipment, solid classes, and a convenient location -- just make sure to plan your visit around the peak-time traffic if you prefer a smoother workout experience. Come in on a Sunday or ealy Saturday morning or early sunrise on a weekday I believe you will not get the congestion.
